Hello,I am creating a new image for our office using Windows 10. I am finding that with Assistive Technology Support enabled my test users are running into issues when using RDP to remote into their computers. I would like to know how this feature can be disable in my image, is their a registry entry, or a way to disable it in the Adobe Customization Wizard? If need be I am also open to disabling it in the program itself pre-image capture. I haven't yet tested to see if the option is stored in the user profile or not.Thanks Bryan

We have used Adobe Standard products at our company for a department for many years.  User's need access to a few tools, one being the stamp which traditionally grabs their user info.  I've discovered with the online activation portion of the software it appears to share custom toolbar button inclusions which is awesome.. however it also shares the user info traditionally set on each machine.  I'm using the same user ID for all of our installs.  Never been prompted for this with older versions of Adobe Standard Products.  So far I've installed on three machines and the stamp seems to follow whoever last set up the info for the stamp... which isn't how we want this to work.  We'd like each user to be able to stamp their name for accountability sake, so a user stamp stays set for the user profile on that machine.  Some machines have multiple profiles/users that will log in and be stamping PDFs.  Can we turn this sort of function off easily or do I

Is there a way to standardize some Quick Tool menu items?  We deploy Adobe Standard for a select department where I work, where they utilize a select group of quick tools.  It would be nice to be able to have these populate for all users.  I have disabled synchronization for our user's since their stamps MUST be unique.  I've looked through the customization wizard and don't see anything outside of the Tools.  I've created a special Tools group they use, but it does not auto load to the toolbar... a uniform Quick Tools would be awesome and perfect... help?!

I've been trying to create a deployment package for Acrobat Pro DC to be used in a university environment. It's deploying fine, and it's not prompting for a license, but every time you open Acrobat via shortcut or just from opening a pdf, the Creative Cloud sign in page comes up prompting a sign in. The user can just close the window and proceed to use Acrobat, but I'd like to get rid of the sign in page to avoid confusion. I created the installation using the customization wizard and checked "Disable all services". The serial number is in the Personalization Options dialog, but when I click "Grant Offline Exception & Disable Registration", it throws an error: "Offline exception grant process failed. Please refer to oobelib.log in %temp% for details." I can pull those errors if it will help. Thanks!

When Reader DC is installed on a machine that already has Acrobat Standard, DC is taking precedence when opening pdf documents. We tried to change the default to acrobat and doesnt seem to solve the problem if Business Objects. Does any one know when we can open the pdf documents with acrobat in Business Objects?

I had this summer a CC2015 update for both Photoshop and Illustrator. Enjoyed the Libraries function, and experimented with the apps Adobe Shape and Adobe Color, Adobe Brush. Perfect to have this combination of mobile (both an Android phone and iPad) and computer! Started with my design lessons at the Game Education of Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht and wanted my students to work with these libraries, and for instance use the Berlin Library of Dave Masha. But now I have the "New" Adobe CC 2015 version of Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht downloaded, and my Libraries are gone. Vanished. This is on my home Mac, tried it on my laptop and there the function is visible, but only the Adobe Color colorpalettes can be used. What is wrong with you guys? Do you have a special Educational version where the Libraries function is gone? Now I understand why the rest of the teachers aren't using it...a

I've recently setup the Creative Cloud suite on two office PC's (Win7 pro x64). One of the machines is able to connect to the licensing server however the second machine which is on the same network is not able to connect. The PC that is able to connect shows under device licenses in the admin portal.Both machines run the same security software.At this moment in time I've tried:The troubleshooting steps for not being able to connect to the licensing serversTurning off the firewall/making sure CC etc. is whitelistedRemoving all security softwareSafe mode w/ networkingTurning off all startup servicesAny other ideas?Thanks

Adding a Stamp to the Document, the information screen does not automatically open for my users to enter the information that appears on the stamp. For them, they have to put the stamp on the PDF the go to Edit/Preferences/Identity/then fill in the identity each time. They do enter multiple identities on the stamp. Is that why? is there a way to set a default?

My organization does not upgrade at each software cycle nor does it have a need to cloud author PDF documents. My MAIN goal is to be able to create and manage PDF forms.My organization does NOT need a cloud solution for this purpose. Is there a standalone purchase that is newer than Acrobat Pro 9.0? Currently am working in a Windows 10 environment and there seems to be insurmountable issues with Pro 9.0.Thank you in advance for your help and direction. I had Acrobat XI Std installed on a Windows 2012 R2 server running Remote Desktop Services. A user was having problems with it randomly crashing. I uninstalled it last night and installed a trial version of Acobat DC Pro as a troubleshooting step. This has already crashed at least once today. There are 3 application even log entries listed below related to the crash. The event ID 0 entry looks to be some event unknown to the Windows Event Viewer. Is there somewhere else to find info on that event?The root of the problem looks to be with the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable. She says that the crash happened when she was attempting to add a new page to a PDF doc. Hi There,We're in the process of migrating to Creative Cloud and have worked out how to avoid downloading and installing each machine separately - Creative Cloud Packager.We've made a test install and while the Creative Cloud Packager has worked great, we've noticed that the Creative Cloud app doesn't recognize that any of the apps installed by Creative Cloud Packager are actually installed - we're just seeing the apps listed with big install buttons next to them. Presumably this means that we can't run any updates for these apps either?We can launch and use the apps so obviously Creative Cloud is seeing the licenses but how to we get Creative Cloud to recognize that apps are installed?Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.CheersBen

If my organization creates an Enterprise account to manage users will I be able to limit what Admin users can see in the admin console? Scenario, I have a site that will have 6 computers licensed with Adobe CC on a "per device" license. At this site there will be a technician who will perform the install so their account will need to have sufficient privileges. However, I need to limit the tech from having access or being able to see all other license that have been purchased in the past. Is this possible?
