Having an issue with a program that uses Acrobat to open files stored in an Amazon AWS S3 bucket.I'm assisting with the support of this issue, but do not know enough about the firewall settings to know what needs to be opened:Steps to recreate:Through firewall, go to Acrobat. Click File > Open In the open field, paste the file location, which looks something like this:https://bucketname.s3.amazonaws.com/[path/to the file/ in the bucket].  When opening behind the firewall I get the following message: A few notes after playing the troubleshooting game:I tried doing the same steps on a document that was not using https and had a web based url... got the same message: leads me to understand that it is not just Amazon.. I have some questions I hope Adobe can answer.  First let me give a bit of a background.  We have a 1591 serial number and every year we get hundreds of new computers that get Acrobat and CC programs (that I made with the packager) deployed.  We use a MDT/WDS/SCCM combination to deploy our image as well as our application packages.Last year, the process was to deploy Adobe via the Exception Deployer BEFORE installing the CC package I made.  Is it my understanding the process has changed again?  The latest documentation is outdated and consists of very confusing verbiage with one document saying to use the Exception Deployer pre CC (last years way), another saying to use setup.exe in Build folder and another part telling us to install via Acro.msi deep in Exceptions folder?  Can someone just simply explain how I am going to roll this guy out to hundreds of machines?The first part of MDT installs my customized image of Win7x64SP1, joins domain, ect, ect, ect

Why isn't my redemption code working? I keep getting an "invalid redemption code" error.

I am trying to type in my code but it doesn't type when it gets to this page. The cursor changes to a small cursor and then disappears. I've tried putting it in as serial number and I can type and paste on that screen but then it tells me I have to go back to the original one and enter it there. 

I have downloaded the appropriate update from Adobe's website, opened the .exe file, it tells me update is complete. I still don't have Folio Builder etc... What am I doing wrong?

I own a production company and its very disapointing not been able to buy this product online.someone that can give a solution or alternative to get the latest photoshop or lightroom.Regards

My client's system recently upgraded from Acro Reader 11.0 to Adobe Pro.  To open pdf files from within a database, I need to identify the path & file that opens pdf files.  Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi all,I was wondering when deploying one single Adobe application, in this case Adobe Photoshop CC 2014, are you supposed to use the Creative Cloud Packager? Because when looking at the swidtag after running Photoshop, located in "C:\ProgramData\regid.1986-12.com.adobe", it clearly has attributes that shows it being a part of Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise. This is not the case since it is purchased as stand-alone.Is it posssible that I mistakenly created the stand-alone package with "Creative Cloud for Enterprise" as a base or similar in the Creative Cloud Packager?Any input would be greatly appreciated!Best regards,Jens Lehmann

I have created a package for Adobe Pro DC using the customization wizard but it is not removing the Adobe Reader from the machine being installed on.  I have double checked to make sure it has been check in the package to remove all versions of reader.

I have recently renamed the computers with Adobe CC licenses and I would like to refresh the Deployment window so that I can see the current names listed. Is this possible?

What is the enterprise key? And where do I get it?

I just followed the instructions here for an unattended silent uninstall for Adobe Creative Cloud.  (The latest version out today - June 19, 2014)Using the command line instructions is anything but silent.  It opens the application and prompts the user to 'accept', then make choices.How can we do this SILENTLY and UNATTENDED so that a remote user doesn't see it happening and is not required to do anything?   The instructions are misleading and thus don't work as expected.

Currently customer has Acrobat X and Xl licensing.Moving users to Citrix.All users Licensed with 1 of the above versions on their workstation.What do I install to the Citrix server they will be getting desktops delivered from?Can I install a single copy of Acrobat DC , the "Non adobe value incentive version" so I have a serial number, that will cover all users ?Or, do I need a copy of Acrobat DC for all users accessing this server ?how do I proceed ????Thanks !!!

I generated a reviewable PDF using Adobe XI Standard. It seems to work as expected and places the review copy on an internal server. But when a member of the team opens it using Acrobat XI version 11 or latest Acrobat Reader DC, it does not display the option to either connect to the server or any related errors. It seems to not recognize that it is a shared review file.When I open it using the Adobe Standard XI, it connects to the server and let me publish the comments.My question is why Acrobat reader XI or Reader DC do not work. Just for the folks who may not be familiar, XI Standard has more features and has a cost associated with it while Reader XI or Reader DC can be free but can't be used to generate a reviewable PDF. I spent so much time trying to troubleshoot the issue and tried various options and settings. I can generated a sample reviewable PDF and provide it, if that will help.Can someone help me resolve this issue.Thanks in advance.

Hi All,I work in a Citrix Environment running Citrix Xenapp 7.6, Windows 7 OS.We have built Adobe Pro XI into our desktop image including our license file. I have a user who is based in one of our offices in Spain and needs to use Adobe Pro. When the user goes to Start > All programs > Adobe Pro the application opens without issue and can be used. However if adobe is closed and the user try's to perform a function on a file by utilising right click and a context menu option adobe then try's to open in Spanish and attempts reactivation and fails to license as we do not have a Spanish license.The user wants to use the application in English and not Spanish but needs to have her regional settings in windows set in Spanish to ensure currency conversions etc are correct.All of the other applications the user uses are set in English along with the MUI.Is there anyway to stop adobe from trying to launce in Spanish when using the right click context menus?
