Hello,,Multiple Creative cloud users are facing the atatched issue. Tried uninstllating and reinstalling CC, but no luck , Tried removing service.xml file also. This happening for MDM managed and non managed mac devcies. Please help. Users are logged in with enterprise ids. Regards,Vysakh

How do you handle users who only use a product once every quarter or once every 6 months? Could I shuffle licenses in the admin center and only apply the licenses to each user when they need/request them?

Hi Adobe people! I work for a large organization through which I have an enterprise ID for Adobe. They just switched up how we're supposed to login. They gave us something called a Federated ID. They said that during the new sign-in process we would have a chance to sync our CC Library and Cloud documents but it never gave me that option and now it looks like my cloud is empty, like I just started a new account. The weird thing is that on certain applications, including on this forum, you can see my account history and I can even get access to my Library, but since I'm using the exact same email address that I was for the old account, I can't share my library with myself because it says I already have access. But it's not showing up in the actual apps. Any ideas on how I can access my old CC Library? I'm using the same computer.

Hi, about a month ago I lost access to my student adobe creative cloud account as well as access to all my files on Lightroom without warning. I go to university (and have recently graudated) at a school that offered access to all creative cloud apps. I want to be able to download all of my Lightroom files because I didn't get a chance to before I lost my access without warning. I was looking at the migrating student assets page and was trying to do that, but I kept getting an error. Whenever I try to log into my student account/email, it always gives me an error saying access denied. I just want to be able to download all of my files. I have contacted adobe support with no luck and I have been trying to work with my school's IT department, but they are also not helping. When I contacted adobe support they said that my school email did not have an account? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello! I have recently been tasked with migrating off of the onprem python job of syncing users from active directory to the adobe identity management tool. When reveiewing all of the documentation for SCIM provisioning for Adobe, there is no documentation about group management via SCIM. When trying to test user sync between Azure and Adobe, I noticed that the user account will get recreated and no groups will be added to the user, so all products and groups information gets deleted. Are there detailed instructions somewhere on how to adjust the SCIM user and or group mappings to send this group and product zone to adobe so that information is synced correctly? Or are there ways to manually map the group name to what currently exists in Adobe as they are different and synced via this python job?

How do you delete all files from Adobe Cloud documents? How to stop users from saving to cloud? I have removed files but they are still showing in storage report on dashboard.

We have several CC Libraries that are necessary enterprise-wide and others that need to be kept to certain groups, but it's not clear how to indicate when one is open to all or not. I know this may be an easy thing, but I'm not finding any instructions about this anywhere. • CC Manager 5.10• MacOS 13.3.1• Created several CC Libraries by different people, keep getting different levels of who is able to access the libraries (Everyone - Members/Workspace + direct invities vs. direct invities only)• Would like to actively control who has access

Hi, I am a student using my college enterprise license to work on my personal computer. Everything was working fine until it stopped. I contacted the college IT and Adobe personnel and they verified that everything looks legit on their end but I still can't access the programs I need for my class. I can't even reach virtual assistance on the Adobe website. Does anyone have any idea how to help me?

Hey! I have students enquiring about the paid student subscription to ACC. Currently, they have free access to ACC 'on campus' but not remotely. They want to continue their work from home therefore, they are looking into the student discounted subscription at £16 per month. My question is, if the sign up to the paid subscription account, can they sign in using their university account and continue their work or, do they create new account and then have to migrate all work across? Thanks Kev. 

Is it possible to run a report or show when the license was last accessed by the user?

Hi! Pretty much like the subject says: I have a MST file that was create for the 32bit installer. Now that there is a 64bit version, can I re-use the same MST file, or do I have to create a new one? HiI and other Team users are trying to leave Shared Assets and after leaving the assets with a green pop saying everything went OK the assets are "reapearing" from the dead.We just can't "Leave" Shared Assets.Anyone has the same issue? Any ideas?Thanks

HiWe arev having problems Leaving Shared Folders.On the WEB interface the User clicks Leave folder (not the owner) the Folder is removed but after a Page Refresh, voilá, the Folder is back again.Does nyone else have this problem? Hallo!   Wir haben seit mehreren Jahren ein Abo, welches jährlich von unserem Adobe-Kundenberater verlängert wurde. Leider ist dieser Herr anscheinend nicht mehr für Adobe tätig und somit ist unser Abo ausgelaufen. Seit dem 27.4. laufen Illustrator & Co als Testversionen und langsam wird die Zeit knapp. Ich habe schon mit dem Support telefoniert und gechattet. Dort wurde mir zugesagt, man würde sich darum kümmern, aber bis jetzt gabs weder eine Rückmeldung noch habe ich die Unterlagen zur Verlängerung erhalten. Unsere VIP lautet: 9************** lg

I have created a package that is supposed to include Photoshop and Acrobat and then allow the users to install any other apps they want. It installs the creative cloud app and photoshop but it is not installing Acrobat. The user can add this later but I would like those two apps installed by default. 

and trying to recover his email isnt working, how do we reclaim the admin rights

Hi, I hope someone might help me as we have an urgen matter: We have a team license with 10 Users with 1 TB storage each. Since friday afternoon we receive an error message when trying to sync files and data on th ecloud. This says that the storage contingengt by user of a folder is exceeded. But all users together do not have 1 TB storage or the amount of allowed files or folders. Is there anyone who could help with a solution?Thank you!

The delete option seems hidden for me, though I have admin access.

For years now, I have been able to use the Creative Cloud Packager to build a package for Premiere Elements to install of 100s of computers within a school district....https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/creative-cloud-packager.html This has worked out beautifully, no Adobe ID or serial needed during install, it's very automated. Fast forward to 2023, and this install method no longer works on a computer that has other Creative Cloud products (Like Photoshop CC, Actobat CC, Lightroom CC), the installs fails. What is recommended now to complete these installs? Running the regular Elements setup program, logging into each and every machine with an Adobe ID, and typing in the full serial number? That's insanity, because it also then requests to run an update to 2021.4. I’d like to ask what would be the next steps in order to update the new-domain.com in our Adobe organization subscription. After the transition, we will be removing the old-domain.com permanently.
