Recent intentional changes by engineering changed the package downloads created for offline networks. The files used to be self contained .zip files, and are now .exe files that pull down the application from the network. Working with tech support I found this was intentional change, but it defeats the purpose of having an offline license and ability to create a package. Additionally, the workaround for this is to go into pre-generated packages and find the appropriate package to download. while this does function, it does not allow us to use the packages screen to see the most recently downloaded application and version, and does not allow us to see whether an application is “up to date” or “not up to date” as displayed on the packages main page. While the workaround provided will suffice temporarily, it does not provide the functionality we have come to expect from our Adobe contracts. Through years of continued use.
Until recently, after creating a package for any Cloud app in the admin console, when it was ready to download it prompted to save the package zip file. Now it downloads an exe that you have to download and execute in order to download the same zip files it did in the past. Why introduce an unnecessary step that we have to go through all sorts of loops in order to run an exe on a hardened server? Makes no sense to me. Yes, I do see that it performs a checksum comparison, but again, it just adds more steps to the download process and slows everything down. This was a bad idea.

When a new version of Acrobat is released, I can get the update from the offical Adobe Acrobat Enterprise Release Notes page… But I cannot get the full download for the new version from Admin Console for weeks. New versions come out and I have to get them elsewhere, not from Admin Console, and by the time I’m able to get the version I was looking for, it’s out of date already. I do not have this issue with any other applications, only Acrobat. Also, Acrobat is the only application that does not show if it is “up to date” or “Not up to date” in Admin Console. All other applications work this way, but no matter how many versions behind Acrobat is, it always shows Up to date.

Does anyone know why Non-Profits are not allowed to purchase Firefly Pro licenses? In order to get my one graphic designer access to Firefly Pro we would have to change to commercial licenses for all my Acrobat and other Creative Cloud Licenses. I would like to purchase software, but the answer is nope, we will not sell it to you. Dean
Photoshop 2026 GenAI components ignore all system proxy configurationComponent: Photoshop 2026 / Generative AI (transmute module, Firefly services) Affects version: Photoshop 27.6.0 (PHSP 27), ACPL SDK 5.11.0, UXP Runtime 9.2.0 SummaryPhotoshop 2026's Generative AI features connect directly to their service endpoints, ignoring every proxy configuration mechanism Windows provides. On networks where direct internet egress is restricted and traffic must traverse an explicit HTTP proxy, these features fail with generic timeout errors after 75–95 seconds.Other components inside the *same Photoshop process* use the configured proxy correctly and concurrently. This is not a machine-wide or network-wide misconfiguration — it is specific to the code path serving these features.Because these components connect directly, they succeed only where the network perimeter happens to permit the destination. Where a destination's address pool is partially permitted, the same feature succeeds or fails dep
My AUSST server only services Windows clients, it will only ever service Windows clients. Over half of the disk space is consumed by Apple / OSX updates. Can we get a filter for operating system built into AUSST? I’ve seen this asked for as much as 6 years ago.
Hi Team,I’m looking for clarification regarding the Adobe InDesign Server / Rendition API licensing and pricing model.Could someone please confirm: How is the Rendition API licensed and priced? Is the cost based on the number of rendition requests, processing volume, API usage, server instance, or a fixed license? Are there any limits on the number of renditions that can be generated? Is there any developer, trial, or evaluation option available for testing the Rendition API before purchasing a production license? If the Rendition API requires an InDesign Server license, could you please clarify how the licensing works between the two? If there is a specific Adobe team that handles Rendition API licensing and commercial queries, please share the appropriate contact or process. I have already submitted an enquiry through the Adobe form but have not yet received a response, so I wanted to check with the community as well.Thank you.
Me ha llegado la factura pero no tiene el formato oficial exigido en España, ¿como puedo solicitar una factura que lleve nombre de la empresa, direccción y CIF?
Hey everyone, Has anyone gone through the process of registering Adobe as a supplier for invoice payments? Our company recently updated its finance policy, so instead of paying by credit card, we now have to process payments via invoice. To do that, we need to formally register Adobe in our system, which means providing some standard documents—things like their business registration, a bank letter confirming the receiving account, a supplier registration form, and a signed Supplier Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.(I know that last one is a bit unusual, but yeah, it’s part of our internal requirements) I just reached out to their sales team and am waiting for a response. Since Adobe is a large company, I imagine their process might take some time, but we have a deadline to complete the payment, so I need to manage expectations with my manager on how long this might take. For anyone who's been through this before, how long did it take for Adobe to provide the documents?
Beim Verbinden von Adobe (Photoshop/Express/Acrobat) mit ChatGPT erscheint immer die Meldung "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications." I noticed your team is using multiple individual Adobe subscriptions. Many companies on similar setups end up with: · Multiple monthly card charges· Limited admin visibility· Higher per-user cost[personal information removed by moderator]
I'm the System Administrator for our organization. When signing in to register for Adobe MAX, the Adobe sign-in page (adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/ims/fromSusi) shows: "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."What I've already checked:Admin Console → Products → App Integrations is set to "Allow users to access all app integrations" "Organization settings → Skills → 3P Connectors" does not appear in our Admin Console Selecting my personal profile (same email) instead of the business profile is also blocked Adobe chat support referred me to the communityHow do I enable third-party app access for our organization so users can register for MAX? If this needs a backend change, can an Adobe staff member escalate it?
Since last week all of my Adobe apps stopped loading any of my library assets and they just say every subfolder is empty (see attached) this is accross ALL of our brand libraries and a huge issue as thats where all our assets are stored.I checked chrome libraries and the assets are still there so the issue is creative cloud not talking to photoshop and illustrator, even though it says "all up to date" when i hover over the cloud
I would like Adobe Admin Console to officially support SCIM provisioning from Okta.Adobe currently supports SAML SSO with Okta for Federated IDs, but it does not provide native user and group provisioning from Okta to Adobe Admin Console. Automating user lifecycle management therefore requires Microsoft Entra ID Sync, User Sync Tool, or a custom implementation using Okta Workflows and the Adobe User Management API.For organizations that already use Okta as their primary identity provider and lifecycle management platform, introducing another directory or building custom workflows solely for Adobe provisioning creates unnecessary complexity and operational overhead. We would like Adobe to support the following capabilities:SCIM 2.0 user creation, updates, and deactivation from OktaUser group synchronization through Okta Group PushMapping between Okta groups and Adobe user groups or product profilesAutomatic license removal when a user is removed from a groupDeprovisioning when a user is
From our company, as IT administrators, we download a self-service package so that users can install the applications they need based on their assigned licenses. The package is configured as follows:Management Options:Self-service install: Enabled Allow non-admins to update and install apps: Enabled Auto-update for end users: Enabled Self-service plugin install: Disabled Files syncing: Enabled Install of Beta Apps: Disabled Browser Based Login: Disabled Remote Update Manager: Enabled Include extensions folder & Extension Manager command line tool: Disabled Include Adobe Asset Link: Disabled AUSST override XML included: Disabled Install at default directory: EnabledThe issue is that although Adobe Creative Cloud is initially installed on the device through Intune with administrative privileges, whenever the user receives an Adobe Creative Cloud update, they are prompted to install it. I am trying to get setup with Acrobat Sign Developer. I want to integrate my app with Acrobat Sign. I did everything and even got an email with a button on it but I could not click the button. Acrobat Sign API is not available in my console. I have been trying to get this done for a while now. Any help would be appreciated.
I am requesting a refund for my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. During the trial period, I was unable to access the new features as intended. Before the trial ended, I attempted to cancel on the cancellation page but was unable to successfully cease the plan. I would appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for this charge.
