So with the impending doom of Desktop Sync (Feb 2024) - I am looking for Adobe's alternative proposal to allow me to upload Video Files greater than 1GB to the Assets Adobe Web address.Today the FAQ still says this is a 1GB file limit otherwise 'strange results will occur'Now not sure if this means you will be sucked into a 4th dimension - but on a commercial basis it seems Adobe have (maybe) decided to drop Desktop Sync as it causes them too many headaches ....just my guess, but who knows?.So as a simple hobbyist for editing and uploading 4K video to Creative Cloud 'My Files' I would appreciate a method to have a solid way to upload 4K videos (or files) greater than the 1GB limit onto the Creative Cloud web platform.I don't want to pay more monthly fees for another Cloud Solution as I am already struggling to pay my energy and food bills each month, as well as an increased monthly Adobe subscription and I do not sell my content. Thank you for considering this idea to improv
In Creative Cloud, say you want to edit a video in Premier Pro. It would be great to:right click on itemin menu choose "Open with"list of available Adobe apps to choose from appears. Easy peasy! Who thinks this would be so much easier!
I manage a mid size organiztion with thousands of licenses to adobe creative cloud. Right now I can't see who have actually used the product in the last year. I am requesting that the Adobe Admin console have a view of those usage stats, or at least a last date of a program being opened that I can sort. For example I may have a user that requested the program that hasn't opened it in 5 years and I can't re-assign the license to someone that needs it since I can't tell.
Auto-Syncing files from iPhone to Adobe Cloud is a feature that we use the most, please DO NOT Discontinue this feature (Feb 1st, 2024) as this is the prime reason why we have an Adobe Cloud membership/accounts for our staff. Please contact me if necessary,Carl.Yamashita@omvic.on.ca "Dear Creative Cloud User,We want to let you know about an upcoming change to your personal Creative Cloud account. Adobe is modernizing the Creative Cloud storage experience and will begin discontinuing Creative Cloud Synced files on February 1, 2024.How this may impact you:• Files saved to Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer will no longer automatically sync with assets.adobe.com.• Files that are uploaded directly to assets.adobe.com or the Creative Cloud Mobile App will not be automatically copied to your computer.Recommended actions:• If you do not save assets to the Creative Cloud Synced files, no action is needed.• Ensure your assets are properly backed up locall
I want to suggest a feature improvement for your Creative Cloud Desktop app. When I attempt to open a *.psdc file from the Creative Cloud Desktop, it seems to require the full version of Photoshop, even though I have the Photoshop Beta installed. The message "Photoshop required" is displayed, even though I created the file using Photoshop Beta.It would be a significant usability enhancement if the Creative Cloud Desktop app could recognize and open files with the installed Photoshop Beta version. This would make it much more convenient for users like me who are testing the beta version and primarily use it for creating and editing our files. Thanks!
Would love a list view option for viewing libraries in the Creative Cloud app, especially for mogrts
Need the list of users who didnt use Adobe license for more than 30 days __PRESENT
I'm just so tired of having some users insist they just NEED to use Adobe, only to find out later by some other means they used it perhaps 2-3 times per year... while still incurring those expenses on a monthly basis. To make it worse, since those precious, expensive licenses are in use by those claiming to NEED them, there are other users who would probably be far more productive if they had Adobe, only to be denied. Wouldn't it be great to run a report for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days to see WHO has used WHAT and WHEN to determine usage, resource allocation, and budgets?
Dear Adobe Please add a Inkmixing tool for pantone & special color mix with cmyk.its a very important tool for adobe illustrator.
Please add the ablity to disable auto updating of the creative cloud desktop app. We usually would like to be in control of the version being deployed and even if we disable auto updates from the adminconsole while crating a package it seems to auto update. Te ferature should give us IT admins to disable the automatic updates on the creative cloud desktop app. We use Jamf as a deployment tool and would like the ability to disable via a plist. Regards,Miandad
Good afternoon. It would be interesting if Creative Cloud Desktop had links to access Adobe Podcast and Adobe Firefly. Or that Adobe Podcast Enacher has been integrated into Audition.
Hi, I'd like to suggest a change to the SCIM API that Adobe uses. When doing a SCIM API call, Adobe only returns username, email address and some custom extensions (AdobeUsers). These are subject to change, for example when someone has a name change (marriage, etc.).Therefore our company relies on the employee number as a unique identifier, which is mapped to the ExternalID attribute. This attribute is part of the SCIM 2.0 standard, but is not present in Adobe's SCIM API. Is it possible to add this?
I am a lone photographer, I don't collaborate with others, I don't sync files, I don't use libraries. (because they can't be automated)Can we have a way of running Bridge and Photoshop without the ridiculous numer of Creative Cloud background processes. If not can we have desktop app that only does the absolute minimum, and closes all background process when the main apps aren't being used.
We have embraced folders within our CC libraries. Such a shame then that when we goto relink a file from CC libraries all the folders are removed and everything is just chucked in a pile in the CC libraries panel. Please keep the folder structure when we want to relink!
Recently I'm getting an error message saying I'm not online so Adobe can't confirm the status of my subscription when I am attempting to edit in the field, where I have no service. I'm sometimes out of service for over a week at a time and don't appreciate being denied access to the software I'm paying for simply because Adobe can't confirm in the moment that I have done so this month. Anyone else ticked off at this development? When I'm in the camper van and have hundreds of shots to cull, and several that are worth doing some color correction and cropping, etc, it's total garbage to be denied access to the tools I'm paying to use for that purpose! At the VERY LEAST, can't they set a flag the first time you log in during a payment period so thereafter you can use the software you're paying for offline when needed until the next payment period starts???
Hi,as far as Creative Cloud is not support a proxy with NTLM authication, it would be great to being able to by pass system paramaters with the following choices :1- No proxy2- Specify another proxy3- Use system configuration.Regards,
It should be possible to synchronize toolbar preferences and locations across devices.I use a desktop at work and a laptop at home and it would be really helpful if the windows/toolbars appeared in the same positions.
Would be nice if the Adobe admin managed packages allowed user to self install either 32 bit or 64 bit versions of the Adobe software entitlements.
Selective File-Sync is a feature that should be included within Adobe Creative Cloud Storage. If team members access one folder to collaborate, all files should not download as there could be GB's worth of files, especially video files. There is no need to fill up other team members local storage if they won't be using assets at the moment but could potentially at any moment. There should be a selective Sync to determine what gets downloaded to the device for offline usage versus a system similar to Google Drive's File Stream' where files are downloaded on demand [1]. Adobe has had selective Sync before [2] and others have requested this many times [3]. Adobe has also acknowledged this as something under consideration since 2016 as per Lin He (an Adobe Employee) who responded on Jun 14, 2016 [4]. Brett N, an Adobe employee has also stated this is a great feature to add in his post on August 5, 2014 [5]. Per Adobe’s UserVoice, this is most upvoted feature under ‘Desktop S
I find it absolutely not OK to have huuuge animated ads in an application I pay a lot of money for. In garish colors, with flying emojis and then on top of it another Pop-Up I have to click away. And then I have to scroll past the commercials to get to the place I need to use this app. This is a program I need for work, and I don't want intrusive distractions that add nothing.
Hey, can you please add a "Threads" social icon to Adobe Portfolio? A lot of folks will want to be cutting edge and... it's not right now.
As subject and no solution anyways. Just ridiculous that my apps are used as adobe's advertisement channels with no way to get rid of these banners which take up massive space in the cloud app forceing me to scroll down to actually get to where I need to get to. Right now most of adobe suite feels like a free/shareware version with all the advertisement except I still have to pay. Dont need help, already went that through adobe support to find that none of the supposed 5 people I talked to ever read anything I wrote. Most useless helpdesk/support desk you pretty much find. We manually manage our accounts. I have a user account that has been created, but I'm not sure by whom or when. The audit report only goes back 90 days, but I cannot find them in the 90 days, so they must go back further than that. There seems to be no way to do so. From an audit perspective, I would think it crucial to be able to determine when and by whom an account was created (especially if I have a number of admins and we charge back users for their accounts).
Would be great if you could export a contact sheet from your library so you have a reference. With a big library of images it would be a great resource to share with wider team as well.
