Can you put a frame calculator in Premiere?

I am currently trying to export transcripts from Premiere Pro for a podcast episode monthly at this point.There is still a lot of time spent after every time the CSV file is exported as that is the only way to take the text to quickly remove the timecode and combine speaker lines into paragraphs.If only in the premiere, I could combine the text in the timeline transcript. Every time there isn't a time between audio clips and the premiere can recognise that as detecting where ripple deletes on a gap can be applied and see that as a reason to combine text back into a paragraph. Either at the premiere, that can be cleaned up, and the recombined speaker turns in paragraphs of what happens in the transcript export process. It would also be nice to export a doc file with the option of having paragraphs and turning off the timecode if need be.

Ao passar o cursor a seleção de takes na timeline não está funcionando.. mesmo com a camada A1 / V1 selecionada, sendo que no Premiere normal está funcionando, qual o problema em tirar essa função do Beta? Não estou entendendo do porque fizeram isso, e essa função é vital para a decupagem do material. 

It would be nice to be able to drag any timeline I made over an unopened project and it would not only open the project for me, it would move the timeline there.Workflow in practice: drag all my dailies into a bin, string it out onto a timeline, drag that timeline over an unopened (or opened) STRINGOUTS project in my production panel (not an open project tab) and the project file would open and place the timeline in there.And this could work for smaller stuff like if I am being lazy and throw a bunch of SFX, Music, titles, caption presets, stock clips, etc. and I can easily just drag those elements over to the appropriate projects listen in the production panel without having to stack my tabs or find those open projects.UPDATE - IF the project is already open, this functions as requested. Would love the option to do this with closed projects, too.

It would be great if there was a option to delete all clips in a sequence that are disabled.Working in film trailer marketing we edit offline material with watermarks and have to prep/clean up a lot of sequences before delivering to the studio finishing house where they have the clean footage and export the finals. Assistant Editors have to clean up the sequences and organize the audio by dialogue,sfx, and music. A lot of the times there are a bunch of old sfx or dialogue lines that are still in the sequence but not being used.It would be fantastic if we could just remove all of those clips that are not needed with one click.

is there a way, in my case, translate Dutch subtitles to English inside Adobe Premiere? Now I do it in a roundabout way by exporting a text file, having it translated and putting it back in Premiere, not really a convenient way.Like to hear...ThanksAndré   Mod note: Title was changed slightly for search purposes.

Please make the pause length in-sequence frames. I don't like having to calculate the decimal points manually. The number of frames out of one second is what percentage to get to decimal points. If the time measurements for those lengths are not in percentage, pause length per speaker. The duration is based on the timeline's setup. It does not have decimals in the timeline; it has frames.

The FIT CLIP DIALOG is a meaningless tool. It serves to confirm what I already indicated... Copy the Avid Media Composer method and make the world happy?

It would be great to be able to select all the disabled clips in a timeline.When I edit, I often disabled audio clips I don’t want to hear, but I don’t want to remove them (because I want to pass all the clips to the soundmix department by exporting aaf when the picture is lock).When exporting aaf or omf, the disabled clips are not passing through. So up to now, I would need to duplicate my sequence, then re-enable manually all the disabled clips.If there was a function to select all of them at once, it would be much easier for me.

Could you please re-implement the ability to export at 18fps. I know this is possible and would be of great help for many creators using Super8 footage. Thanks.

As seen above, the only place to see the full duration of the timeline is in the program monitor. It would be beneficial if the full duration of the timeline could be visible within the timeline window itself. This would eliminate the need to constantly switch to the program monitor, saving valuable editing time. There already some open space above the timeline to put it on the right underanth where a name would go.Such a feature would be particularly appreciated by users who spend extended periods working on Premiere Pro. At a glacne inofrmation is a standard eye strayn prevneton fautrye int he broadcast industry.Theres isn't enough information in Premiere Pro for me to say that the large at a glance information is important to Adobe.

ExtendedScript Toolkit is missing? We need it back again.I want to separate the video according to the timestamps as AI knows where things begin and end.It would be cool to write a script that does this automatically where it can export with the title name and each part without having to nest. It should just send it to Adobe Media Encoder with the title and whatever else.

When cutting a caption with the "Add edit" tool, there is a workflow problem or bug. After the Add edit, the left side of the cut appears selected for editing. But as soon as you start doing text changes, the selection unexpectedly switches to the right side of the cut. You end up doing the opposite of what you were intending to do. For example I cut the caption "I ate an apple. It was good." in two.The result is two captions with both lines. I want to remove one line from each to get "I ate an apple." and "It was good". The left side appears to be selected. Therefore, I remove "It was good".But as soon as I change text, the selection silently changes to the right side. At this point, I have a left caption with the text "I ate an apple. It was good." and the right caption with  "I ate an apple."It is the opposite of what I was intending to do. Please make it so that after and Add Edit to split captions, the left side of the cut is selected for edit an

 new premiere pro update(24.4) changed a lot, and they took out something really usefull,when i applied color into the video, there were a icon that changed the color into the time line, and thats helped to know what scene already i changed.Now i have to click on to see it loosing time   pleaseeee!!!! get back      

Its a big help; and it will save a ton of time; I really need help with the hinglish transcription; there is no other way around now; beside captions ai; but if  I am paying for the creative cloud service; I would like to have this feature inside premiere pro; I have to do all this manually; 

You can easily set a 'Label Default' colour for things like stills, audio and video in Premiere but I fail to see an option to set a colour for text. At the moment, when I put text in my sequence it's just colour labelling it as the colour I have for stills which can be confusing.Does anyone have a solution to this?

The way interactive fades behave in Audition is preferable to me, but I'm glad the feature is somewhat avaialble in Premiere Pro now!Can we get the Fade Shapes Cosine and Linear into the context-click menu when right-clicking on a crossfade? Having to switch it up in the effects controls isn't as streamlined as it could be. Some sort of hotkey (ALT or CTRL & click) to be able to instantly swap would be huge. Fading in and out to silence generally sounds better when it's more linear than cosine to my ears, so being able to switch with a modified click would be a benefit. The tooltip in Audition shows the "Fade Value", so if you drag up or down, you have a number to reference. The tooltip also displays whether it's cosine or linear in Audition. Can you put this into the tooltip while adjusting the fades?The Asymmetrical crossfade feature in Audition seems way more useful by default than the Symmetrical one, which is the only one implemented at the moment. If you are using the beta Premiere, you will have noticed that they forcefully changed our color label in the timeline to some really annoying and unusable colors with a weird contrastual look.  It looks like an 8 bit tetris game like they're trying to go back to the 80's editing color style for some reason. Even after manually changing the colors back, they still do not look good and it can be hard to see the waveform well on audio when zoomed out due to the change.  Dear adobe, if you're going to change something major like color labels which we rely on when editing, allow us to opt in or out. I do not want to be apart of this new color change that I would assume will eventually make it to the normal version of PP.  Thanks 

To be independent of Apple color profiles, I have a Blackmagic Ultra Studio Box for audio and video output. My class 1 Flanders XMP310 is connected to the Blackmagic Ultra Studio via 1x 12G SDI.Unfortunately, I now have the problem that all non-SDI-compliant resolutions are not displayed on the Flanders.For example: 9:16, 1:1 or any exotic resolutions.When I open Davincy Resolve, I can define the output resolution and the frame rate here and therefore all exotic resolutions and aspect ratios are also displayed on the Screen.In Adobe Premiere I am missing exactly this setting for playback resolution, frame rate and aspect ratio.That would be the feature request:Setting the resolution, aspect ratio and frame rate for the video output via Mercury Transmit

Guys, please make Warp Stabilizer more fast. After start editing in Davinci Resolve (Stabilizer is very FAST there), i cant back to Premiere without being nervous with the speed of Warp Stabilizer, it took so long to stabilizing a short clip.      

Hello Adobe team! im a content creator and is a huge time consuming try to import and export emojis one by one, specialy because it needs to match with the text and such. with the new wave of shorts or reels creators... can we add emojis fonts? i will be a huuuge time saver and a usefull tool for all the Adobe ussers i guess. for now im crossing fingers and dreaming with this to be real ❤️

Sony started to add post-recording stabilization using gyroscopic data to their line up which started with cameras like the Sony FX9 and later became available in the RX0, ZV-1, a7c, a7SIII, FX3 and FX6. Some of these cameras don't have IBIS. The only software so far that uses the gyro data is Sony's own Catalyst Browse which is free. It's awkward to do a round-trip to stabilize footage. Sony once announced they wanted to make the metadata available to other software companies.

Is there a date planned for this? Is it anytime soon?
