I would love a settings option where the spell-checking dictionary changes with the transcription language. Since I create videos in English and French, it's an extra step to change the spell-check dictionary to the appropriate language after I have set the transcription language before auto-transcribing.
I want you to work on an update in Premier Pro, for Audio syncing while recording from multi-cam setup. Also keeping in mind while recording from an external recorder. It is very difficult/time-taking to sync all the clips together. Although you have the synchronisation feature it has to be done manually to each clip. Try to incorporate wht daVinci has done, where you can select all clips and audio and with one click-sync it. So that when you drag the clips to the timeline, it will already be linked with is audio file recorded from and external recorder. The manual process took me nearly 6 hours of my time.
Building a tool to automatically find edit differences in two videos and add markers would involve several steps and technologies. Here's a high-level overview of how such a tool could be developed: 1. **Video Analysis**: The tool would need to analyze each frame of both videos to detect differences. This could involve comparing pixel values, color histograms, or other image features to identify changes between corresponding frames in the two videos. 2. **Edit Detection**: Once the tool has analyzed the frames, it would need to identify where edits occur. This could be done by looking for sudden changes in the similarity between corresponding frames in the two videos. For example, if two consecutive frames are very similar in one video but very different in the other, this might indicate an edit. 3. **Marker Placement**: After identifying the edits, the tool would need to place markers at the appropriate points in the timeline. This could involve interfacing with video e
Hi!Often I need to generate a timecode for my specific in and out area for the client. I use it because I have material before and after, that I don't want to cut and/or might need in later versions. As for now, I have to either create an adjustment layer and add the timecode effect for this specific length, or I have to offset the timecode start at the export window. Adding a "generate timecode for in/out area" would be greately appreciated 🙂BestMarkus
In the timeline window, the tab for each open timeline has an "x" to close it easily. Having this same functionality in other windows for bins (and other panels) would be much more efficient. Part of me thinks that bins USED to have such an "x" - MANY versions ago. Either way, it would be great to see it.
If AI can auto-tag the clips, it can auto-treat them too!I want to set a default preset for each audio type that it "just does" by default when clips are tagged.I want my music clips to use my own custom preset by defaultLoudness auto-match, ducking with my settings, etc.I want my voice clips to get my custom special treatment by default.Loudness auto-match, some compression, etc.I want SFX and ambience clips to be ignored. So I click Auto-tag (and maybe have an "Auto-mix" button enabled) and the mix is done! There needs to be a choice to turn this off of course.
I'm requesting the ability to export XMLs to include captions data. which would only work within the Premiere NLE pipeline. We subtitle at scale on short form and one of which is having template projects setup to include picture edit and the captions setup embedded on export as a XML. Having a XML file that has the building blocks setup makes it easy to prep and setup. currently you can only convert captions to Essential graphics then export xml. which is good if you have that setup but i would like to also have the option convert back essential graphics to captions again for full flexiblity.
Greetings,I kindly request the inclusion of Arabic Auto-Transcribe functionality. This addition would greatly benefit the entire Arabic-speaking community as well as individuals who collaborate with Arabic speakers. With this feature, we can streamline our workflow and enhance productivity in our projects. It's the sole addition I eagerly anticipate.Warm regards,
It would be very helpful to be able to use the easing function for mask path keyframes.
So I realise that Essential Graphics are complicated, but I was thinking that it might not be that difficult to add the stopwatch function to sliders created in Essential Graphics. Aim/Feature request: Creating an Essential Graphic Template then importing it to Premiere and being able to add keyframes to the sliders in Premiere so that you could essentially animated the variables contained in the sliders. So here for example I could imagine a stopwatch in the usual location to the left of each slider name and have Premiere "just" change the slider value at each keyframe (affecting the variable targeted by the slider) So I realise that some functions will be quite complicated to translate from what is essentially After Effects to Premiere, but the sliders seems to be "just" values. So I am hoping that this wouldn't automatically equate to a gargantuan task to implement. The Essential Graphics function is already there and implemented quite well. You can already change the slide
Sometimes I say "Right", and I meant to say"Left". It's a hassle to record just one work. Can you add a change the text, and it changes the voice feature? If scammers can do it, Adobe should be able to do it too!
Hi ! I am experimenting with the new Transcript panel in Premiere 24.3.0 I was able to transcript a video with 3 different speakers as: Speaker1, Speaker2, Spaeaker3. It would be super useful to filter only one of the Speakers, but I didn't found this option in the panel, although I've seen other people that has it. Here's my screenshot: WHY am I experiencing this? Any ideas? Thanks!
When are we going to get the issue fixed where premiere pro won't import online and even most times offline videos to a project???
I see there's an option to turn "Smooth Scroll" and "Page Scroll" on for the tracks window, but there doesn't seem to be an option to turn this on for the keyframes pane of the Effects window.I'm always having to use the scroll bar to search around for the current point in the video, and with such a little window to work with (I don't want to re-dock it somewhere it can be bigger; there is no more space for me), there's not enough room to widen this window and keep fiddling with the zoom slider.I would like to see this option added, as also discussed here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/how-do-i-make-the-quot-effect-controls-quot-timeline-auto-scroll/td-p/11722786
I've created a mogrt in AE that can change it's text and audio, but Premiere doesn't allow for audio responsive controls. This needs to be a higher priority.
Stop finding new gimmicks that hardly anyone uses, yes they are a bit of fun but before you make those, focus on making Premiere the most rock solid editing platform the world has ever seen. Please do this before everyone including myself, start to migrate to resolve. I really don't want to learn another editing package but I need stability in my life. I'm giving it another 12 months.
Windows user. While I am editing I hold ALT key A LOT, and scrolling (zoom in/zoom out) and clicking Alt + scroll and then space for preview to start, and then the underline MENU opens in the corner and I have to get out of that and continue editing. The problem is that this happens every few seconds during the cutting process...Literally hundreds if not thousand times per session... I know it is a Windows thing, but honestly I don't wanna buy Mac only because of the keyboard shortcut 🙂I am 100% percent sure that I will find people here in the community that are willing to agree that the problem should be solved somehow by the developers. I know it almost never happens, but I hope that this post gets enough attention and that this extremely frustrating and annoying thing will be solved by Adobe somehow ...P.s. If anyone has a solution, shoot! 🙂Cheers!
Text-based editing is a godsend, no doubt. It has sped up my workflow significantly, especially with videos that are primarily talking head pieces. But one feature I'd love to see incorporated with it is this: The choice to delete just silent sections based on audio waveforms alone, not just a human speaking. There are music tutorials that I do from time to time where I'm writing some music or editing together some audio in Logic Pro X, and it would help tremendously if I could quickly "delete all" the silent parts in the footage, while maintaining the sections with music or other audio being played. Text-based editing is exactly that - it seeks out the instances where I'm speaking. But I'm not speaking when I'm playing music, so currently, when I tell the text-based editor to "delete all" pauses, it even deletes the parts where I'm playing music, as well. Bummer. So if there were an added feature within text-based editing where I could choose to eliminate all
Just upgraded to Premere 23.0 and I'm wondering what this horizontal, unmovable bar at the top of the program is. I don't know what to call it. It shows "Import, Edit, Export" on the left, the project in the center, and some other buttons on the right. Why is this here? It's taking up visual real estate with redundant information. Why can't I move it? Right-clicking does nothing. Every other window can be identified and moved, but for some reason this bar is locked at the top. I get the sense it was added to improve orientation for new users, but I'd rather have the extra space at the top, so please make it modular like the rest of the program's interface or get rid of it.When you've been leaning on UI modularity for this long, immovable features foisted on the user take control away from the user experience. In my opinion I don't want prescribed layouts, I want a custom layout I'm making that feels intuitive to me. Mod note: Title of feature request was changed.
Is there a way to autofill a text color? Right now, im highlighting a specific word, hitting the the fill pen, then i have a .png on my timeline with specific color hex's that im using. But is there a shortcut to where i can just press a F1-F19 to just autofill that color. Sounds like a reach to be able to do that....but i feel like it should be added in!
It would be nice to link the captions/subtitles with video and/or audio. This allows you to edit and move the captions much more easily.
Currently audio will not nest. According to forums this is not a feature. Please enable audio nesting.
I just need to remove the background behind the person. Doesn't have to be ultra sharp!!. I'm tired of constantly doing my quick background removals on Capcut Pc (FREE!!) then forward it back to Premiere. It does a pretty neat job most of the time.
The Metadata Dialog selection under the Metadata dropdown in the Export Tab is not saved and tied to an export preset. I have to manually open the Metadata Dialog for each and every export as it returns to default All Metadata after each and every export. Expected behavior would be saving the Metadata Dialog options selected for each unique saved Preset I create or edit. Please add this feature.
I'd like the option to set the timecode, when making Multicam sequences, to that of the clip media being synced. The only way of doing this right now is after the fact, one sequence at a time - not fun when you have several days of rushes!
