Are we going to get what everyone on TikTok and YouTube were talking about, like auto-scripting and storyboarding? Also what about the automatic AI editing that does everything in minutes?
I just got a few hundred more mogrts for a project and the essential graphics panel interface is failing in every way to meet our needs. It has become unwieldy to use when you have a lot of mogrts and different versions of the same ones for different use cases. Can we please get an option to use a traditional folder structure where I can set folders within sub folders for each show, year, dates, or whatever? The way the titles and mogrts are sorted now is beyond frustrating to use and a real pain point in our productions. I actually find it easier and faster to just open another sequence I know has a graphic I need in it and copy and paste it rather than trying to find it in the essential graphics panel.
Hi All, Multi-cam clips are how I sync clips and are the recommended technique per Adobe's best practices guide, but marker overlays on multicam clips are not visible in the source monitor--marker overlays are a key tool in workflow, particularly docu-style--can this be added? Thank you!
It would be amazing to simply grab a track and move it up or down in the order of the sequence. This was something I could do easily back when I used Vegas Pro. Occasionally, I have big, complex sequences and would like to reorder the tracks for organization purposes or for shipping off to audio master. Thanks!
Hey everyone, so I'm working on a project that requires lots of subtitles. The auto speech to text tool (english) is doing a decent job with the words, but the punctuation is off most of the time. So I need to fix full stops and comma a lot. To reduce one step of extra work, it would be great if the caption tool would automatically recognize when I insert a full stop and then capitalise the first letter of the following word. This way it would save me a lot of time without having to double click into the text field all the time.
Dear developers,It is not possible to save the folder structure (BINS) on disk in the "Collect Files and Copy to New Location" function on the Project Manager tab. In huge projects, when archiving, there is no way to quickly find the right source, or another graphic, or a piece of music in one folder with piles of files of various extensions. When sending a project to a client (customer), there are difficulties in organizing files into folders in accordance with the structure of the project, which leads to chaos during storage and further work with the material. Other post-production specialists are also experiencing difficulties in transferring the project. The function is very much in demand. Regard, @Baffy19
Dear developers,in Premiere, add the option to select "Collect Files and Copy to New Location" in the Project Manager tab. This will allow you to send the project to the archive while saving a large amount of free space on the workstation disk. Regard, @Baffy19
I do alot of Analog transfers, usually from old 8mm film reels. During their transfer process, the film occasioanly gets caught on the spokes and freezes, just like with a projector. This shows up in the recrding so I have to load them in premier and watch them over to edit out the forzen sections. Sometimes there is hours of footage to watch through and its gets to be very time consuming. Is there a way to identify "Frozen" sections in a clip, like maybe by idenitfying similar/repeating frames? Followup, is there already a script or plug infor this or would something like this be easy to make?
In photoshop, it's easy to remove background.Auto mask is perfect. Simple, easy, correct. So lots of user including me will want this function in premiere pro too.But why wouldn't adobe put it in to premiere pro?It already exist in davinci resolve magic mask, and capcut, etc.Why adobe isn't putting it in premiere pro?And how forum people are doing without it?Share your knowledge please
What the title says. Feature request. Seems like this would be a good idea, wouldn't it? As you can see from thsi example, the head of my audio file starts at time code 13:37:40:00, but the transcibe of the source starts at a null of 00:00. If I'm overlooking something obvious regarding this, let me know please. Thanks
Would be very useful
Hi, I recently started working on a student project that requires the use of the Czech caption language package in Premiere Pro. After purchasing a 7-day trial, I realized that this particular language package is not currently available. While my project does not have an urgent deadline, it would greatly benefit from the inclusion of Czech captions. Could you please provide me with an update on when Adobe expects to release the Czech caption language package for Premiere Pro? Having this feature would greatly enhance my student project, allowing me to deliver a more comprehensive and accessible final product. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Kavista_
It would be nice if we had the option to create presets for the "simplify sequence" window. There is so much possibilities and I always need to check a couple of boxes.Maybe at least a "remember last settings" option could be really useful too.
When transcribing a source, the feature now analyzes all tracks within the file. Not a big problem if all you're doing is an individual stereo track/file. However, for when we have a single .wav file with numerous tracks (1-mix, 2-lav, 3-lav2, 4lav3, 5-boom) Transcribe will go though all tracks, which is redundant and and a horrible waste of time. Obviously, choosing ONLY the mix for transcribe would be more than adequate. Having that option would save hours of wasted time.
Please add the Dutch language support
While editing complex projects in the Premier there's no such thing as enough screen's "real estate" (especially vertical). One has to scroll and resize tracks to make them fit on the screen. Things get very bad at the end of the project when layers and layers of dialog tracks, foley sounds, and the score is added.Suggestion: Allow grouping tracks into virtual Bins. The user should be able to create a bin that can have assigned custom name and group tracks in it. For example: Create a bin "Dialog" and put all dialog tracks into that bin. Then you are done working with it, "collapse" it to create a thin line representing all tracks combined on the timeline, freeing the space on the screen for other tracks. That way one can group and nest tracks in any order you want.
It would be great to have an auto silence cut detection feature like in Wondershare Filmora Video Editor 11. It would save a lot of time for working with a compilation of clips in the same video file, Being able to do apply this to a clip in the timeline would be supremely helpful. I love premiere pro and i was using it but now i am using Wondershare Filmora Video Editor 11 because of only one feature Auto Silence Cut Detection so please add this feature so can i use premiere pro again. Thaks
I am using text based editing. and I want to isolate a word that is used often in the video.. I have put the word in the search and it highlights it.. but instead of deleting that word I want premiere to ONLY keep that word and delete everything else. anyone have any good ideas.. the video is SUPER long so it's not easy to just to delete all but the word it would take a long time..
Currently if you have projects on external drives and you launch PP then any of those projects will be removed from the list of Recent Projects that are shown on the Home screen: This is really annoying when all your projects are dotted across various drives and so its easily to launch PP and not have the right drive attached. Now you have to hunt around for the project you were last working on.Surely it would be better to:keep the same list and flag those projects which are not accessibleshow the path and/or drive that they were previously found onWhen a hard drive gets plugged in, update the list.Have a way to remove items individually from the list I know this isn't some sex cool new AI feature but its just a little bit of polish that has frustrated me repeatedly for years and I love to see stuff like this improved.
I would love to see an "uhm" removal tool in Premiere! It would save so much time on podcast edits.Descript has this but the cuts can be abrupt and difficult to tweak. Given transcription features are now available and synced, I imagine this tool could be integrated.
Hi there!I hear you guys thinking: "Relinking media files? That function has been in Premiere even before I was born!" Correct, in a way...Let me illustrate a situation for the sake of a demonstration. Keep in mind that you rarely use these steps directly within a workflow, but in a way, I keep bumping into similar/connected situations, which basically breaks your project.Premiere ProductionsPremiere Productions is based on a system where multiple projects are connected, meaning that you can store media files in one project and related sequences in another. The overall idea is to keep your main project (containing the sequence(s)) as light as possible.STEP 1Importing media files into Project 1STEP 2Create a new sequence in Project 2 and drag the media files from Project 1 onto the sequence within Project 2 STEP 3Close both projectsSTEP 4Open Project 1 (containg all media files) and remove all the media files. Save/close the project. Now here is the thing: once you open Project 2 yo
Please imploment auto sync. We can do this in Davinci Resolve and Avid, but not in premier. It is a lot of work to sync all the video and audio for a movie. the only way to do this, is in a multicamera sequence. But for a movie that's not working. Now I have to drag all the clips in a timeline and sync it with timecode and then make murge clips. That's takes me hours for a feature-length movie. I want to select all video clips and audio files and just with a button sync them with timecode. And they will be liked together. Also give me the uppertunity to delete the guidetrack from the video clips.
Please add a transition effect in premiere pro for a straight cut or basic cut that is smooth and not jumpy
It would be great if the subtitle box could be adjusted vertically and horizontally without losing the X or Y position respectively, by using Shift while dragging, similar to the behavior of graphics and texts.
