Flash Player (read-only)

I accept that it should be disabled for normal use BUT:I have a program that I need to run that requires Flash. It is a dead program but I do need it. It will run on XP, Win7 or Win10. The computer or virtual machine won't run anything else. I can setup a dedicated computer or a virtual machine under Win10 with no connection to the network. So now that you understand the problem, what would be the easiest way to accomplish this. Has anyone tried this and might know the best way to accomplish it?Did XP ever update to kill Flash? I'd prefer to run Win7 32 bit as I could run another dead program on that computer or virtual machine. Neither needs to connect to the internet, internal network, or network printers. 

Hello we have a rather strange problem in the environment. I have to remove Adobe Flash Player as well as all Active X, internet browsers too.I use the following script: https://www.itninja.com/question/uninstall-all-versions-of-flash-player-and-flash-pluginsOnce the computer has restarted in add and remove it still shows Adobe Flash Player 27 Active X.What is the solution to get rid of this program completely? 

HiI'm considering that you guys need to make a program that would transfer the supported all games into html5 based or unity based program engineBecause some games are made with other Adobe professional 2013 and some before 2013 year. It would be best if you guys make it so that developers transfer it faster with minimal cost if that is OK with a some people who have knowledge so the know what I'm talking about. No matter how many times I've tried to uninstall Flash Player on my MacBook Pro MacOS Sierra 10.16.6 I am still getting the popup I am attaching here. Any way how to get rid of this problem? When clicking More info.... it tells me end of life and how to remove the Flash Player but to no avail. Thanks

I have a number of devices that can only be programmed through a flash interface in Internet Explorer. These devices are no longer supported by the manufacturer and will never be updated to a flash-free version, but they perform important functions. Therefore unless Adobe replaces these devices for me with flash free equivelants I'm going to keep using Flash. My question, is there any way to disable the annoying nag screen that keeps popping up to tell me that I should uninstall flash? Uninstalling flash simply isn't an option right now, and if it's ever forcefully unintalled I'm going to reinstall it. Even if this means using a Windows XP machine and a version of Flash off of a magazine cover CD that's firewalled off.

Hello at all, we detected that the uninstaller do not remove following files:C:\Windows\SysWOW64\FlashPlayerApp.exeC:\Windows\SysWOW64\FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl Normally the Microsoft KB4577586 removes it, but in scenario e.g.:- KB4577586 installed on machine in Oktober 2020- Installed Update install_flash_player_32.0.0.465_plugin.msi in November 2020=> Cause Flash player Plug-ins were still installedThe Adobe Flash Player Plug-In Update re-installed these files. The Uninstaller which is described there:https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html do not delete this files and at Control Panel the entry:Flash Player (32-Bit)still exist. Microsoft confirmed that's not a Microsoft related topic, rather Adobe related. Adobe doesn't seems not be able to create a simply query during uninstall, if KB4577586 is on the machine installed and if yes, delete that files, it seems like Adobe builds rocket science software uninstaller..&nbsp

Hi, I cannot install flash player in my mac book pro. When I clicked uninstall botton from Adobe flash uninstaller( which is already download in my Mac), there is a small box pop up"Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller is trying to install a new helper tool", then ask me  to enter User name and passowrd, on the right coner of the box, there is cancel or install helper icon, I tried many time of the password, it doesn't work and I cannot uninstall the flash player. could you please help me because i tried to do these thousand times already!Thank you! Rui

It's not public, it's only used in our Intranet.I've read "Adobe Flash Player EOL Enterprise Information Page" and I've also read Adobe Flash Player Administration guide.https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/enterprise-end-of-life.html My question is: if we put our Intranet URL into the whitelist in file "mms.cfg", what will happen after December 2020?Will we be able to run the application (at our own risk) in any web browser? I use older program for teaching students called MD Solids. It uses flash to shows animation of different object and how they behave in mechanics. But since windows 10 wont enable flash to run, I can not show nay animations. Is there any way to bypass win 10 so it run flash desktop application?

Has anyone tried to to allow sites to use Flash using the mms.cfg file setup on a Windows Server OS?  I have saved the file to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash but Flash will still not load for the approved site.Server 2012r2Thanks

So as we all know Flash Player went away.  There is a game I play that used to be directly through FB, but with the Flash Player EOL, it moved to a "platform" or "player" Game XP (some call it Access Point) that based on the initial start-up screen is a joint effort of Harmon and Adobe.  I'm looking for some technical info on this Flash Player equivalent.  Anyone have any suggestions where I can find additional info?

hello i have been deleting the adobe removal update for awhile now so i can continue to use SWFText. Today my laptop updated and i can no longer uninstall that update is there any other way to get this program to work?....thank you for the help!

Many enterprises are using a temporary workaround to continue to use Flash (mms.cfg). This workaround only works if you have not installed the optional KB4577586 from MS that completely removes Flash from Windows 10. When will a mandadory version of KB4577586 released by MS?
