Flash Player (read-only)

I am running an old system and Adobe Flash keeps bothering me with download demands. I can't run the new Flash. How do I get rid of these notifications?

Any time I attempt to install the update, IE crashes, and stops working. I have tried downloading an saving the file, same results. I have turned off Active X, same results. Flash Player is enabled/active, current version 24.0.0.186,,, Windows 7, with IE 11.any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having several problems with Flash Player in a few of the games I play on-line. This occurs in Firefox 51.01.1, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. Operating system is Windows 10. I am also using the latest version of Flash Player ver 24.0.0.221.The games I play in FaceBook that are affected are DoubleDown Casino slots games. I'm trying to look at a Jacquie Lawson card and first got a message that I didn't have Flash installed, so I installed it.  Still didn't work so I followed instructions to enable it and I still get the same message that I either don't have it installed or it isn't enabled.  If I search for "enable", I get the same instructions, which are now worthless.  I have a MacBook Pro, late 2009, using Sierra, completely up to date and using Safari, also completely up to date.  There is no phone support for this product.  Very nice touch.  Would welcome any suggestions.  Thanks.

For several recent weeks I have come up against the need for Adobe Flash Player to enter web-sites.  I previously had it operational but it has disappeared and the sites tell me I need to upgrade.My operating system is ...OSX El Capitan 10.11.6As my Browser I use Safari Version 10.0.03 (11602.4.8.0.1)I don't know what version of Flash Player I had or now need.Every time I go through the download process I get the following......It starts to download normally but the installation stops at 90%.The end message says "Installation failed".  Click "Finish"This leads on to Help and Support/ Installation Problems - Mac OSI have gone this route many times but no success.  I realise I need to change something but don't know what ....Help

Same here since update 24.0.0.221, random crashes of the plugin on Chrome, Firefox & IE.Sometimes it crash immediately, in some other cases after some utilisation.

I keep getting redirected to a page that tells me how to enable Flash Player, but it already is.I am using MS Edge ver 38.14393.0.0 on a Windows 10 machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a chromebook which allegedly already has the flash player already set up on it but I don't seem able to get it working, I have already had a few people trying to help me out but most seem to talk about windows 10 which is no help to me, I can see my chromebook being frisbeed down the garden before too long, I am a proper technophobe and easy step by step instruction, thanks

I am fully aware that I am talking to some very smart and tech savvy people but before giving advice and so called "easy solutions" to people you first of all have to fully understand that with so many different systems out there your so called "easy steps "to remedy a problem can also become an easy way to simply add to the frustration of people. I have just spent 3 or 4 days getting so called help from people giving me all manner of "simple" tips and "straight forward" advice and because they did not fully understand the situation all that happened was they were giving or sending Windows when my littlr Chrome 55 is not compatible with it so all that ended up happening was I got more and more frustrated and the so called "helpers" were left thinking wow he really is thick.So there you go we can all move on and hopefully we can all learn just a little bit more but thanks all bye for now laters.

On my little Chrome 55 it is not called the Adobe flash player, it is not called a flash player either, it simply called flash.

As far as I know I have adobe flash player on my chromebook but on my poker site I keep being prompted to right click for adobe flash player so do I have to turn it on if so how do I have to enable it if so how do I have to frisbee my chromebook down the garden coz I reckon I know how to do that and if you can help me with this I am a one finger typing technophobe..... hey hang on don't run away I would really appreciate some help here people.

When running the installation, "install_flash_player_24_active_x.exe -install" (24.0.0.221) the installation does not complete and hangs. I have encountered the issue on several systems. I've tested with and without Internet Explorer running and made sure the FlashUtil*.exe process is not running as well. Of the 12 tests performed, 10 installations have hung. Any one else experiencing this behavior with the latest Flash Player install?Thanks
