Environment : PC Win 10 pro 64 bit V 1607, Core i7 6700K 4Go, 16 Go RAM, Mozilla Firefox 49.02 64 bit, Flash-player 23.0.0.205Problem : after re-installation (a clean de-installation has been done), flash-player works well at the first opening of Mozilla. When I close it an re-open, it crashes every time.I tried all solutions given by Adobe without any resolution. Could you help ?

24.0.0.138 seems to have a mouse problem.In this simple testcase, placing the mouse over the bar charts should reveal a data tip.In 24.0.0.138, the tip does not show, or shows up only the first time.Dropbox - chartCol.swf

Noticing a trend with the latest offline installer, multiple client affected.  Trying to update from 22.0.0.192 for both the Active X and the NPAPI Plug-in.It uninstalls 22 and leaves the workstation with no Flash.  Fails with this error code:Product: Adobe Flash Player 23 ActiveX -- Error 1714.The older version of Adobe Flash Player 23 ActiveX cannot be removed.  Contact your technical support group.  System Error 1612.Product: Adobe Flash Player 23 NPAPI -- Error 1714.The older version of Adobe Flash Player 23 NPAPI cannot be removed.  Contact your technical support group.  System Error 1612.When trying to manually run the install it says:Was able to manually run the installer from the website and it looks to have fixed the Active X plug in.  However, we need to push this to a large number of clients.  The "Flash uninstaller" doesn't appear to fix the issue.Anyone else seeing this?

Platform: Win XP SP3, Firefox 49.0.2., Earlier Flash 23.185 installed on Oct 13'th.Flash install from (1) the normal install page fails always at the end of the process, but has succeeded from (2) the link in the troubleshoot help pages: Win 7 or earlier/ Still having problems/Flash Player for Firefox - NPAPI.Now the Install_flash_player.exe download fails immeditially all the time, but don't give any error messages.(1) The help text in the normal install suggest to install from my download folder, but the problem is that the Flash_player23xxx_install.exe is not found from there. So I only can try to install it from Firefox! What might be wrong?(2) Do I remember wrong the download place for the standalone install of Flash, what is the right place?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have a problem with sound in Flash Player while playing games (I don't know if it's just that since I mostly use FP to play games online only). When opening a game and the music (and sound too) starts, it at first it's too laggy. Then it starts playing good, but some secs later, it suddenly stops. And doesn't resume. Hi all, this is my first time here.I have an old video course which consists of an HTML launcher file. This in turn launches a main SWF that contains a menu and displays video contained in other SWF files. I had been going over this course without problem; however, a few weeks ago Flash Player (FP) updated and I have not been able to play the main SWF since then. I tried opening the HTML and when that failed I tried dragging the SWF into the browser. No dice. The individual video-only SWFs play fine by dragging them individually into the browser, but this is inefficient in that I need to follow the order of the videos that are outlined in the main menu.I am using both Windows 7 and Windows 10 with IE 11. Edge (on Win 10) does not display the SWF, although, in fairness, all the Win 10 PCs that I have have the latest FP version, so the problem may not be the browser. Two days ago, I kept getting pop-ups to let me know that the new Adobe Flash was in and that I needed to update. Usually, this is a one-time thing that I either install if I have time or just ignore and it goes away. I didn't have time at that moment to install, but however many times I kept dismissing the pop-up, another one would pop, sometimes two at the same time. Finally, I gave up and installed it. But it seems it came with other software that I didn't ask for. One of them was Meta Cloud -- I don't remember the exact names, but I started uninstalling them because they in turn kept popping up on my screen. Now, there is one called Advanced Mac Cleaner that I can't find in the applications and don't know how to uninstall. It keeps popping up and telling me that I have to clean my Mac and that it is conducting a scan of my Mac -- if I give in, it wants to charge me money. If I resist, it keeps popping up. We have several computers who are failing to update to 23.0.0.205. Most of these computers were successfully updated to previous versions within the last couple of months. I have checked the install logs and Adobe_ADM shows an installerReturnCode of 1004. I have been unable to figure out what that code means. I applied for a distribution license for Flash and other products over ten business days ago and still have not received it via e-mail. I have check my spam filters every day in hope, but I am still waiting. David

I rebuilt an E Machine with a new copy of Vista, because of Ransomeware virus. Hard drive was formatted. Customer wants to use Pandora, which ran fine before the virus. I put 3 browsers on the computer, Opera, Firefox, Avast Safezone, plus Internet Explorer which was already on. All the upgrades to Vista are loading fine. It has Service Pack 2 on it. Flash player loads up to step 2 and just sits there forever. Never gets to step 3, on ANY browser. It seems like maybe there is a missing update on Vista. I don't know. Has anyone seen this problem where Flashplayer never gets to step 3?  Thanks for any help.

I cannot force quit "Adobe Flash Player Install Manager" on my mac running IOS 10.9.5. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash pled. I cannot find the process on Activity Monitor. This prevents my mac from shutting down or restarting. When I search for the Application the functioning one shows up but does not replace the other one.

We applied and received an email in January (1-11-16) for the distribution license for Flash Player.  The link in the email only takes me to the apply for a distribution license page instead of the .msi download page.  We really need to update Flash Player and have taken the appropriate steps.  Please help.

Im running 10.11.6 on my Macbook Air.   Tried to upload the flash upgrade as prompted while surfing on Safari.  It hangs up at 90%.  over and over. reboot and reboot.   followed all the adobe trouble shooting instructions.  Useless.    Uninstalled existing adobe flash player.   rebooted. hangs up at 90%  tried the offline version and it quits at about 5%.   WTF?

I tried to update Flash Player when prompted that an update was available.  The installer moved through to 90%; after about three minutes I got a message that the update failed.  I went through all the suggested steps to try to rectify with no success.I then uninstalled.  When I attempt to re-install I get the same result - Installer working up to 90% then stops for three minutes, then fails.My operating system is El Capitan 10.11.6.Help will be greatly appreciated.
