Flash Player (read-only)

Hi,I am trying to update my Flash Player on an older pc that we use exclusively for Pandora (which wants me to upgrade Flash).It is Windows XP and I used Firefox to download the file "Flashplayer23_ga_install(1).exe"When I double click on this file nothing happens. Need help pleaseThanks,Dave

Prior to the requirement to have Adobe ID's for a Flash Player distribution license, I was approved to have a license. After being told that I need an Adobe ID to be able to distribute Flash Player, I set one up and applied for the distribution license again. It's been quite a while, now, probably close to three weeks since I applied and I've yet to receive any information about whether or not my application is approved or not.Please, help as soon as you can. I have read many remedies.  None work.  Firefox has deactivated the current installed version and many different things need Flash player to operate.  This is very aggravating.

Hello All, first time on here so be nice.So used to download flash player plugin.exe and active_x.exe then deploy via a batch file and SCCM. That was on version 22 the last time we updated.So today I went to download the new versions of the above but cant get to a standalone download. I registered weeks ago for the distribution licensing thing.All im asking is a page were I can download the axtive_x and the plugin or is this not available anymore.Thanks in advance

We need to get the enterprise-friendly installers of Flash, Shockwave, Reader as soon as possible. I have filled out the application twice and have not gotten the promised response. Whom can I contact at Adobe to speed this process.

Dell pc, Windows 10 opsys and Microsoft Edge, Adobe Flash Player seems to be stuck at a previous version 23.0.0.185. I have opened Flash Player Settings Manager to permit Adobe to automatically install updates, but the control buttons are greyed out. So I can't make changes.I have gone to Adobe Support site to install Flash Player, but it recognizes the app is installed so I can't take any further action via the support site.Any thoughts?When I try to stream TV, an error message appears stating that I need to install Adobe Flash Player, which impacts connecting to the streaming TV channel.

Hi,Local .html files generated with flipcreator, gives a blank page with this version of flash player with both navigators IE11 and Firefox (Windows 7 64 bits), while working with flash player 19.0.0.245 on other computers (Windows 2k8 r2).What can i do to solve this problem ?Thanks for helping.Best regards.

I retried, completely uninstalled including removing all relevant folders. I tried installing by following the links on the Adobe website using AdobeFlashPlayer_23_a_install.dmg, and also tried an install using install_flash_player_osx.dmg.It stops at 90%. One attempt (I think with install_flash_player_osx.dmg, stopped at 38% the first try, and 15% the second.)I turned off TechTool protection. Just FYI, I've just started getting the error message CoreTelephony Trace File Error on startup.I also did a directory repair with DiskWarrior.

Hi,Since the latest flash player update (version 13), interacting with the UI in the game www.seafight.com has slowed dramatically. you will notice that when you for example hover over one of the top menu icons (pointer turns into hand cursor) and click on the item to open a flex menu and quickly move the mouse away from the button, the cursor does not immediately turn into the normal mouse pointer. This is one of several symptoms of the performance problem i've noticed with the new updates. We never had this problem before so i'm assuming that some update in the player has caused this performance issue. Any idea how to go about this problem? Maybe downgrade the flash player version?This only happens with the windows flash player. Hello, I am getting Windows cannot find 'C:\\WINDOWS\system32\FlashPlayerApp.exe. When I click on the Flash Player icon in Control Panel. I have tired reinstalling flash 64bit. But the 32bit Utility manager is not working. How do I get that file replaced?

There are several embedded YouTube videos on a forum and all of them are replaced by black rectangles. The problem is in Edge and IE 11 on Windows 10. Some say the same with Chrome.All potential solutions provided there were performed. None of them were really helpful. Cache cleaning also didn't help.Can someone suggest something else?

Hi FolksI am interested in motion graphics, I bought some time ago a product called Action Essentials 2 which contain offline tutorials embedded in web pages. I was able to watch these tutorials offline using Chrome and IE., now for some reason I get a blank white screen where the video is on the web page. I have tried a few things with my limited knowledge of computers and nothing works.I deleted and reinstalled Chrome, no help same problem, tried reinstalling flash player no luck either.When I used adobe bridge I can view the videos but the screen is too small, so there is a connection problem between the offline pages and what ever is used to play the videos via the flash player.The version of flash I am running is the current up to date version. 23.0.0.185 When I brought the tutorials folder with the videos into the library and ran it on their machines, the web page videos run properly as they should.I am really stumped and after 5 days reading trying to find a solution I think I n

When I try to download & install Flash Player for Win 10/ Firefox it says 'complete' then on last page it says 'Here is another product that might interest you'  and the install never completes.I removed the previous version and also checked Add-ons to make sure settings were correct.I run Kaspersky and Malwarebytes, but have given permission to run from Adobe.com.Thanks.
