Flash Player (read-only)

I used to be able to distribute Adobe Flash .msi files.  Recently it has asked me to apply to distibute again.  I have applied a couple of times and still have gotten no response.  I really need to be able to update flash.

Unable to download FP23 for Internet Explorer for offline install on a closed network. I have Distribution license but none of the links I have are working and send me to the download flash page that is only giving me the flashplayer23ax_raie_install.exe for online update which will not work for deploying the update across the board.

Hello,I have an Adobe ID and have tried on numerous occasions to apply for the distribution license for flash player updates and reader updates.However I am not receiving any confirmation emails or details as to how to download the updates.How can I obtain the file's so I can update my companies computer's?Thanks

Hello,   When I am Add Flash Video in my site [Link removed]  Firefox and Chrome it's playing fine but when i am open my site Internet Explorer 11 then All of videos using Flash (except the ones from YouTube) crash when they try to play in IE11.  Please Help me How can i solve this issue.

I have a Macbook pro retina on macOS Sierra 10.12 and I tried to update to Flash update 23.0.0.162 and upon installation, it hangs at 95%. How can i get this update to successfully install?

I applied and was accepted for a distribution license. However, I changed my  Adobe ID, and now the link I was given no longer works. Who can I contact to update my distribution license information?Thank you

On two occasions we tried to apply for Adobe Flash Player Distribution in order to be able to install newest versions of Adobe Flash Player (ActiveX and NPAPI) within our organization, but not in a single attempt we´ve got the return mail by Adobe.  Does this mean that our request was not processed or that our request was rejected (in which case it would be desirable that we have been informed about it)?What are the next steps that we can take in order to be up to date with security patches for your product? 

Can anyone tell me what the issue is  with Adobe and the games on Facebook? I'm using Google Chrome. Running Windows XP 32bit. I've been having issues for the last month were the mouse pointer is all over the place and the game itself is slow. Plus. When I play videos from the news or sports websites. It freezes and it's slow.

I download and ran the flash 23.0.0.185 installer for Mozilla 64 bit windows 10, the installer starts and fails to run after starting, let it sit for 12 hrs before killing. can I download the full 23.0.0.185 release without using the installer

My flash player for windows 10 crashes and I can not install a new one or download another version. I get a screen that states "Flash Player is integrated with Internet Explorer in Windows 10.  You do not need to install Flash Player."It then only lets me enable or disable a function called "Shockwave Flash Object   Microsoft Windows Third Party Application Component" I can not change or install anything, I can not open any settings in it at all.  When it does work before it crashes it only has audio in my HMDI port, not my normal speakers!!Please Help!V/r Lone

Hi !I'm trying to install for the first time adobe flash player but when it ask me the password I can't connect.I try to change it twice. I try to make another account it doesn't work either.Nothing works.I wanted to remove both accounts but I can't find anything in the website.Do you have a solution ?Thank you.Lise

I Submitted a forum question re: being unable to install Flash Player because of a permissions problem, A Staff member responded with a list of steps I should take to create a log file.  I followed the steps and posted the log file.  How do I find reach that staff member to find out what the status is of my problem resolution?

I am using Google Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112 m on Windows XP. Every time I try to use Adobe Flash player I get a message saying I need to update before I can continue. I have gone through the update process many times with no success. Please help.

I have a Mac Computer and when I am trying to update the flash player it downloads to 90% and the quits...I use Safari and it is the 10.0 version....Please help me I've tried everything..

I have tried many times to install adobe flash on my iMac but can never get it to completion. I have contacted Apple support but they are not allowed to give directions.They gave me the tel. # for Adobe support but they are only available Mon. to Fri..Are you able to walk me through the steps.Thanks.       John

I know you're having a huge volume, but I am having the same problem as others.  Either my spam catchers intercepted the email from you or it wasn't sent.  Can it please be sent again?

It stops the installation at 90% I tried everything!

I downloaded the latest 18.0.0.382 extended support projector  replaced the flashplayer.exe in the Flash CS5 players folder and re-published the player exe file for my production. When I attempt to run my program the player hesitates for about 8 seconds (the hesitation has been getting longer with every security update) and then it opens but does not load the required movies - just stays blank. I've gone through this urgent security update about 6 times this year and up until now it has worked fine every time on Windows and Mac. I know there is nothing wrong with my code as the product has been working perfectly for years and has survived each of the security updates. I also downloaded the Flash Projector security update 23.0.0.185 and that also opened but would not load movies. Does anyone have any ideas why the new projector update no longer loads movies on startup?

I was forced to install an upgrade for flash player my password didn't work I went in to adobe and changed my password and was able to log in.  When I went to the install it would not let me log in?  I tried all the suggestions they had removing cookies etc i need this upgrade!

Hello,Yesterday a website I visit required me to update Adobe Flash to the latest version.So I did.I re-open the website and I am asked again to update the flash player to the most recent version!So I uninstalled the flash player completely, removed all trace of it, rebooted the pc, went back to the adobe site to get a fresh installer,installed it and ... nope. I still get asked to install the latest version of the flash player!So now I don't know how to solve this anymore.I have Windows Vista SP2, Firefox 49.0.1 and the flash player is 23.0.0.185.Can anyone please help? I can't access any page that needs the flashplayer at the moment.Thank you.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, I started having issues with sandbox games, Flash Player, and Firefox.  The first problem I encountered was the inability to use my mouse wheel to zoom in and out.As of yesterday, games have become completely unplayable.  They slow down to the point of freezing solid, and I must use Task Manager to get out of it.I tried multiple Firefox based browsers, all with the same results.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player, this did not help. I also tried Chrome, but Pepperflash has always been unbearable.  For Chrome, I uninstalled Chrome entirely, then reinstalled it, and this did not help.I "refreshed Firefox" in the troubleshooting guide - and this helped for a while, but the issue immediately returned after closing and reopening the browser.I do not know why.  I have not changed anything.  The only thing I do with this computer is Flash gaming.  I have no other addons or plugins besides ABP (for blocking ads).I h

Hi...yesterday, Flash started hanging all the sudden.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice yesterday and again today.  It pretty much stops Firefox from working altogether.  There's one site I need it for specifically and the only way I can get Firefox to work at all on other sites is to set it to "ask to activate".  Message on task manager multiple times is "plug-in Hang UI for Firefox".  If it's active, it's freezing everything.

I realize this thread is old, but the issue is still on going! I recently deployed 20.0.0.306 both Plugin and ActiveX and like everyone else, ActiveX didn't install properly. After playing around with different solutions we found that simply copying all the contents from the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder of a working install to one that's broken and register the Flash32_20_0_0_306.ocx file by doing a regsvr32 it worked! So basically I'm just running a batch file like this, deploying via SCCM 2012.xcopy %~dp0\Flash C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash /c /yregsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\Flash32_20_0_0_306.ocxI haven't tried deploying the exe like others have mentioned. That may be an easier solution.I've also reported the bug to Adobe, feel free to report it as wellFeature Request/Bug Report Form
