My Zynga games are all stalled. My Adobe is up to date according to my computer, and nothing else is bogged down. Cannot play on either Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Facebook. What happened when my computer updated? I use Windows 10.
My email program stopped working as is now generating the message "couldn't load plugin".The support group at Cox Cable, the providers of my email service, were not able to resolve the problemand suggested I contact Adobe support and here I am. I have reinstalled the Adobe Flash Player severaltimes and it appears to be installed properly but it did not resolve my problem. I am currently using Google Chrome running on a PC with Windows X/P Pro. Problem started yesterday out of the blue. No new softwarehad been loaded or any updates other than the normal security updates. I currently use Symantec EndpointProtection software and have been for the last eight (8) years. I have attached a snapshot of the Plugins screen.Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
I have the updated version of adobe Flash player on my computer and I am trying to use it for Adobe connect for my job. The website still says that I do not have the updated version even though I have checked and re-downloaded the updated version. I am using fire fox. Please help
Dear Adobe Team,On my Macbook Pro with OSX 10.11.6 the flash player installer app launches easily 10 times a day, without me asking for it.What happens is I do my work and randomly get a pop up telling me that Flash player is up to date on my system.10. times. a. day.Unfocuses whatever app i'm wokring in too so I often loose text entry due to it.I do not know what is prompting it to open, I have the following programs open all day: Firefox 48.0.1, Apple Mail, Mailplane 3, Slack, Apple Notes.I cannot spend a day with these apps closed for troubleshooting, this is my work machine.Do you have any suggestions what to do? How can I update the Flash Player Installer or why is that app even on my system?Thank you for your assistance!
I am using opera on windows 10.But when i am trying to install adobe flash it isn't installing.
Hey,I am using MAC OS X El Capitan version 10.11.4 (15E65)I have had this problem for ages. I have tried going into settings and making sure there is only one version of the plugin installed. For the flash plugin it has:Adobe Flash Player (2 files) - Version: 21.0.0.197Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0I have tried deleting the adobe flash player files from my computer as it says (2 files), but that hasn't done anything. I don't really know anything about computers, and this is infuriating. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
I am trying to install Flash Player Update on my Mac - OS 10.11.5 - but when I input my password it will not recognise it. I have even changed my Adobe Password in case I was doing it incorrectly but it will not recognise the new password. I have tried different versions of my User Name - according to my profile details on my Adobe Account, but nothing seems to work.
My question last time was deleted? It was how do I get a different password todownload the Adobe Flash Player? I have a MacBook - Safari.
After restoring Vista on my Compaq Presario FlashPlayer had not been reinstalled. Beaucoup downloads of same failed to install. Shockwave appeared to install successfully, but my first attempt to view an online video generated a "format" issue dialogue.Excuse me, but this has been anything but intuitive. For example, What appeared at first to be not unlike a chat session, generated a page which did absolutely nothing more than ask me whether I had intended to write what I had written????? That was bad enough, but it was taken to an even higher level. I had no way to respond.Sheesh!!!!!
I succeessfully install Flash Player---then I go to a web site and it's states my flasher player needs to be update. What am I doing wrong?
The "download" of the flash player will not accept my computer password or Apple password?I must have had a password for the player but can't remember. How do I obtain a new one?Thank you!
I know this has been flogged numerous times already but would really love Adobe to update their software for Samsung Smart Tv and make it available to Samsung. I think tens of thousands (if not millions) of people will appreciate this. If this has already been done, my apologies. However, if it hasn't, PLEASE,PLEASE, we're all begging here for it to be done. It's quite a waste of money to purchase a top of the line tv and not have full functionality. Again, we're begging Adobe to do something about this asap.
I get to the download step and am prompted for "Administrator Name and Password". Where does one acquire an Administrator Name and password?
Hi allI am having a difficult time trying to figure out why the MSI installer for Flash Player is not finishing on some of our computers I am getting mixed results across multiple machines and I don't feel like I am narrowing it down much. The problem: when installing Adobe Flash Player using the MSI, Flash will get installed (you can use it and it appears in Control Panel) but the installation gets stuck or something prevents it from finishing. The progress bar will just sit in the middle and Flash doesn't get an entry in Programs and Features. If installing silently (e.g. we use PDQ Deploy) then the installer will never complete and report back to PDQ so it just times out. It will also prevent anything else from installing until you force it to close the installer process via Task Manager or reboot. The versions I am currently testing with: 21.0.0.18221.0.0.242I have tried:Disabling anti-virusUninstalling the anti-virus completelyCompletely uninstalling Flash before reinstalling or ins
This page does verify that I have the latest Flash Player:https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html... which is (as of Sept.08, 2016) YOUR SYSTEM INFORMATIONYour Flash Version 22.0.0.209Your browser name Firefox (NPAPI)Your Operating System (OS) Windows (Vista)However, this page:http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/is unable to detect the Flash Player.I do not know why. Just thought I would let you folks know.I am running Vista(64-bit Home Premium) on a Gateway FX6800-03h desktop. This is the first real oddity that has shown up, with Flash Player, in over four years. It does seem to be working though.==========================================By the way; the rigmarole to get to this point to ask a simple question is by far a great way to signal a downward support trend.I was just trying to give you people a heads

Hello,Is it possible for Adobe to update their website do that there will be more information for Windows 10 and 64 bit browsers. Microsoft tech. support agents claim that Internet Explorer 11 is a 64 bit browser -by default for a 64 bit OS- rather than 32 bit. Which is contrary to what your website claims that it is 32 bit.I am actually looking for a 64 bit Flash Player as well as a 64 bit Shockwave. Thanks
Windows 8.1Current and updated flash player.Browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, OperaWhen streaming a live program it constantly jumps back about 30 seconds and shows the same footage that was streamed, it can do this more than once, then all of a sudden will jump to what is currently being streamed. Then a in about 30 seconds it will do the same - jump back 30 seconds - show previously streamed footage and then jump to current footage. This has happened on a couple of sites:www.supersport.comwww.channel4.com- I have tried things like uncheck the 'Enable Hardware Acceleration'.
It seems like every month I get a pop up page on Internet Explorer. (See pic below)The address for the webpage is not Adobe. The address attached to the page is show in pic 2 belowAs you can see, this does not go to anything Adobe. If I right click on the "click here" link and view properties, it shows me the following. So, what is this? I assume it is malicious and fake but how did I get it and how do I get rid of it? I have scanned my computer several times and get no results of malicious content on my computer. I can't call or chat with Adobe so I am pretty much on my own without help from this forum.Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Good morning,I have a flash .exe file for a test practice. The menu contains 2 drop down lists, the topic followed by the number of questions. The first drop down list does not load and it worked before, I think this happened after Flash Player 8 update. The second drop down list still works and i can select the number of questions. How can I still run the file?
