I have updated Adobe Flash Player several times since owning my 2015 MacBook Air and I would like to know what to do with the previous versions that I still have installed. Any comments or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

I have a Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5.  And I'm running on Safari 6.  I have been trying to download the FlashPlayer update for the Adobe Flash Player Installer 15 for the past week.   When I click on "Install Adobe Flash Player" the download box pops up.  It asks for my password, which I enter the box shakes showing that I entered the wrong password.  I have changed my password for Adobe and my administrator password.  And still nothing.  And I cannot uninstall it as I apparently don't have the correct password.  I have asked for help on this problem last week.  And nobody has been able to help. 

Yes guys, I am still on unsupported XP. Even moreso, the laptop has been awesomely reliable, but we're talking Centrino technology. Just wondering if any experts out there have any tweak hints to improve fluid audio/video performance. It seems that with each Flash upgrade my performance degrades- should I revert to an older version? Are there some advanced setting tweaks I could use? Any ideas appreciated!

When I click on the link to take me to the Adobe 'install flash player' page, I briefly see the install button before it disappears and is replaced by, "Note: Your antivirus software must allow you to install software." As far as I'm aware I don't even have any anti virus software installed. I'm on Mac OSX 10.11.4Already tried the adobe trouble shooting options

We are trying to install latest Flash Player 21.0.0.213 automatically on several Windows 7 64-Bit systems (mostly German  some English). We are having difficulties to upgrade especially from older versions and install Flash Player 21.0.0.213 afterwards. I have to admit every single Flash Player version update is my personal administrative nightmare.We are calling latest Flash Player uninstaller before we install Flash Player 21. We tried to install via msi and exe, without a difference. The result after we assign the package to the system is that older versions of Flash Player are removed but Flash Player 21 is not installed. If I assign the same package again it finally installs it successfully. We even tried to change to install twice in our scripts -  no solution, same behaviour.Is there a documentation available what is failing here ? We have a C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall.log available but couldn't find a source that documents how to interpret the cont

Can't get mahjong solitaire to load on Mindjolt - notice online that people also having probs on Microsoft games and Pogo.  Wondering if it's a Flash thing since my flash updated Feb.  Everything else on games seems to work fine.  My Flash is 20.0.0.306.  Using Firefox 39.0   Sony Vaio laptop VPCEC4SOE, Windows 7.  Just trying to get to the bottom of it really.

I have win 7 64 and IE and firefox installed.  I mainly use IE.Yesterday, IE stopped playing audio on youtube.  I think it was after I updated flash player in response to a message on firefox.I have no sound on youtube on IE.  But sound works on youtube on firefox.I have done several uninstalls and reinstalls and on the last, flash player appears on add-ons enabled in IE settings.  The installation passed the tests on adobe's website.Help appreciated

Have tried the "subinacl.exe" / "reset_fp[xx].bat" routine to reset.Not working. I have recently upgraded my Dell laptop from Windows 7 to 10 but cannot play the radio or video clips in Internet Explorer. When I try I get an error message that says I need to install Flash. When I troubleshoot I get the message 'Flash Player is integrated with Internet Explorer in Windows 10. You do not need to install Flash Player.' I am advised to enable Flash Player and disable ActiveX filtering. When I check, Shockwave flash Object is enabled and ActiveX Filtering is disabled. I am still unable to play the radio or video clips via Internet Explorer. Can anyone help please ? Thanks, Steve

In several instances recently, the following scam pop-up appears:"Adobe flash Player SettingsLocal StorageAllow www.[????????] to storeinformation on your computer?__ Allow    __ Deny"There is NO way to get rid of this pop-up. It plants itself directly in the middle of the screen. The real Adobe Tech Support confirms that this is a FRAUD! Why would a user allow this? Hello,Following the recent upgrade of the Chrome Flash Player to 21.0.0.213, I think I have uncovered another unexpected inconsistency. This leads me to believe that the IE Flash Player is stripping out the carriage return characters when fetching from the clipboard and Chrome is leaving them intact.I am testing on Windows with the debug Flash player (21.0.0.213) for both IE and Chrome.I suspect that the Chrome behaviour has changed in the latest release; however, I guess that this is actually the correct behaviour! Hi,The adobe flash player version I have installed is 21.0.0.197.I downloaded the 21.0.0.213 msi version but when I installed there's an error:"the version of the player you are trying to install is lower than what you currently installed"If I uninstalled .197 version and run the installer, it works.Can someone confirm is there anything wrong with the .msi file?thanks.

Greetings;I am a patch admin for a fortune 1000 company and need to make sure I'm getting this right.  In the Adobe Security Bulletin 4/7/16 for APSB16-10 it states that:Adobe Security Bulletin "Adobe is aware of reports that CVE-2016-1019 is being actively exploited on systems running Windows 10 and earlier with Flash Player version 20.0.0.306 and earlier."A little further down it also states: "Adobe recommends users of the Adobe Flash Player Extended Support Release should update to version 18.0.0.343".We are on the Extended Support Release version of Flash and are currently patching up to version 18.0.0.343.  However, this version is prior to 20.0.0.306 and my understanding is that it is still vulnerable to ransomware attacks according to the prior statement.Can I please get an affirmation on whether or not version 18.0.0.343 is vulnerable to ransomware as reported in CVE-2016-1019?Thanks in advance for your time.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.- Michael Babb
