Flash Player (read-only)

What version of vsflex8n does flash use? Are there any known reasons vsflex8n would revert back to an older version in Windows System 32 file?

How can I get the latest flash player on my Linux distro (Arch)? I've searched everything and have not found anything. And the default repos have version 11. I need version 20.

The AFP License says "3.1 General Use. You may install and Use one copy of the Software on your Compatible Computer. See Section 4 for important restrictions on the Use of the Software". Does this mean that it is illegal to have both AFP 20 ActiveX and NPAPI installed at the same time to run different internet browsers?

I am on a MBP, OS X Yosemite, 10.10.5, using Firefox (44.0.2) and a few days ago I could not use Flash. So I tried to update it.  When I did, the installation got up to 90% and failed.  I've since done a complete removal (as per Adobe instructions) and tried to reinstall but every time the install gets to 90%, it fails.  I am at my wits end.  Nothing I've tried works - HELP!

When I  tried to use Adobe I received a message indicating that I required the latest version software. I finally got it installed and have checked this but still get the same message to update required.  It is like my system is unaware the software was installed. At one point it asked that I close Firefox. I did this but Adobe didn't believe me

I am trying to install flash player but each time I try I get the message "adobe download manager has encountered a problem and must close" How can I get past this to effect the installation?

Have windows 10. Flashplayer is built in.. Accidentally uninstalled it. Test@ says its currently disabled. It is turned on however. Tried to DL it but still not working. Thanks

How do you install flash on OS Windows 7 when you have followed steps to enable on IE and have turned IE off while installing using task manager and it says installation is complete but there is no flash installed?

I keep getting a suspicious pop-up that is supposed to be from Adobe saying my flash player needs to be updated.  This occurs even if I just updated it through the official Adobe site.  Even the address is suspicious:  autoupdate.advs.now.com.  This is not from Adobe.....How can I block it.  How can we warn others about this probable trojan?

Can you please direct me to the current version of that Adobe Flash Player Administration Guide for Flash Player (for version 20, say)?These responses only address the situation of installing Flash Player across an organization internally.  We are a software vendor and our product requires Flash Player for certain functionality.  My question is; how does the new distribution license requirement (which took effect Dec. 1, 2015) affect the legalities of distributing on our customers' client machines?  Can we continue to use our own enterprise license to do this?  Or do each of our customers need their own enterprise license?  Thanks.

I am trying to load media on my website after taking it over from the designer. I will admit I am a greenhorn and know little about computer stuff. I wanted to load a video but it tells me I need Flash Player? I am certain I have it on my computer, or at least very sure. My site is www.ecocleaninpa.com , is there a way to tell if my site already has flash player?? I have been working at this for hours but can't figure out what is wrong and why I can't download the video? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,I have a course that was built 3 years ago. It contains some swf objects with actionscript2. It worked good so far. However, with the new flash player version I currently have (flash player 20.0.0.286), I'm having problems with these elements. It seems like these SWFs don't function anymore. (Example: some of them were designed to function as simple games like matching cards game (the user has to open cards to match words with pictures). Once the user open the first two cards, the SWF freeze with no response to any other actions!)I have Chrome/Firefox browsers (the same problem on both) and windows 8.1 as an operating system.My question is: is there any problem running actionscript2 with flash player 20.0.0.286? It was late...I accidentally installed the latest version of Flash Player for a mac on my pc 😕😕 Thus, the flash player is not working for a download I need. I tried installing windows version, but it says I already have latest version. I tried to uninstall mac version, but it wouldn't uninstall. I tried system restore, but my pc ran into problems. I undid system restore, but now I'm back where I was. I need the windows version of flash player not the mac. Any suggestions?

Hi Support, please help.  I have tried to install flash player on my macbook pro retina running El Capitan OS 10.11.3 using Firefox and each time the setup/installation gets to the end and fails.  My firefox does not have flash or shockwave plug ins to add.  What am I doing wrong?  Please help me successfuly install.

I have a new Macbook Pro Retina using OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 - have installed the most recent version of Flash player and find on BOTH Firefox (44.0.2) AND Safari (8.0.8) that on many sites I get a message saying that I need to install flashplayer or I get a "frozen" msg that blocks the video content I am trying to watch that cannot be removed (see screenshot).  I am finding this problem on bigger sites like CBC, Food Network Canada and thestar.com.  Any suggestions?
