A really weird event just happened.  I found that Foxfire had disabled my Flash Player 19,stating that it was out of date and dangerous.So I went to the Adobe site and downloaded the install for the latest version, the file nameis flashplayer20_a_install.exe with a file size of 1.163  MB.But when I double-click the file, nothing happens.  I expected to have the popup with thequery to Run the file, but got nothing.  I opened the Windows Task Manager and saw nolisting in the 'Applications' tab for the install routine, which means it's not running.I thought maybe the presence of FP19 might be a problem, so I uninstalled it.  Still couldnot run the FP20 install.  So I deleted the install program, downloaded it from another website, and this program was named flashplayer20_ha_install.exe.  Before running it, I restarted mycomputer to reinitialize everything.  I double-clicked it and again got nothing.In rummaging thru my Downloads folder, I found an o

adobe flash player is not working. when I use flash player in Internet explorer, It says you need flash player. even I have one installed. so I clicked link and tried to download new one, and adobe site says you can't download because you have flash player in your browser. I've turned off active X filtering, and turn on shock wave flash object at add on manage. can I somehow uninstall flash player and reinstall it? it's driving me crazy.

Since upgrading to OSX 10.11.2, my 2014 Retina Mac keeps stalling (you know the spinning wheel of doom) in Safari. When I look at Activity Manager, Adobe flash Safari Plug-in is showing 99.99% CPU (or sometimes over 100%?) and has hung. Upgraded Flash to 20.0.0.235. Still no difference. Apple support told me to go to System Manager and Flash Player and delete all Local Storage Settings and  Browsing and Data Settings. Did that and it works for a very short time then it starts all over again. What is going on? I have tried to uninstall Flash but my 7 year old son wants to plays Lego games, so that's not an optionThis did NOT use to happen.Any ideas to correct this?

I have tried to install the latest version of Flash Player Ver 20 (I guess, 20 is in the name of the download i.e. "flashplayer20ax_e_install.exe").I have tried many times and methods of the actual install process.  Such as:1. Download and RUN immediately;2. Download and Save AS and click on the saved module (mentioned above);3. Download and Save As, and reboot to clean system and then click on the saved module (this time with IE executing at the moment);4. Trying to update flash on a mac 10.9 using Safari. Have downloaded flash, version 20- several times- when installer opens and I double click on the icon it fails immediately. I uninstalled flash for a clean install but cannot install.

the player is enabled, ActiveX filtering is disabled; the player does not work.

Is www.getsoft4wer.com an adobe install prompt location for new flash player install?  I got this popped up when using a foreign website.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. The bug could also be related to a recent Firefox update.Flash Player is taking exceedingly high amounts of RAM to function. Watching a video online causes it to leech 30MB or so per second. The picture below of the nerdy site showing the high RAM usage. I saw it take 2GB of RAM after leaving it for a while. This causes everything on my computer to run poorly and Firefox becomes unresponsive and will crash. This problem doesn't occur on Youtube.Possibly related; there are some other websites which lag and don't appear to fully load (the loading circle remains on the tab and never finishes loading). I received a notice to update Adobe Flash on my Apple.  The source is http://www.getsoft4wer.com.  The update window offers no option but to continue & has locked up my Safari browser. Force Quit and shut down don't help, as the update notice reappears as soon as I restart Safari.  Is this a legit update, or something malicious?

I'm trying to download the latest flashplayer, using Firefox 6.0.2 on Windows Vista. I download the file, double-click it, and click the "run" button. User Account control window pops up, I select the "continue" button...and then nothing happens. the installer window never opens. Can anyone help?

Why every time the prompt for confirmation? It may even be stored in the current session? If this shit is not planned to change, I want to go into fullScreenInteractive only when necessary. But the state does not change when moving from fullScreen in fullScreenInteractive. Why??? (((I also have a problem with the fact that under the "Allow" button is clicked on an object in the scene. So for the last several months my Firefox browser (running Windows 😎 keeps crashing on me everytime I try to watch an embedded video on YouTube or anywhere else. Everytime I try to watch a video, everything just freezes and this message pops up that says:"Warning: Unresponsive Plugin" "Shockwave Flash may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete.[Continue] [Stop plugin]This message pops up at least three or four times before my video finally loads or it crashes. Clicking either option makes no difference.I've tried updating my Firefox browser, my Adobe Flash, my Adobe Shockwave and nothing ever changes! I'm seriously at my wits end! Has anyone else here had this problem before? Did you actually fix it?

一般的网站可以播放视频，但是在百度网盘或者AcFun一些网站上播放视频，就显示请下载flash之类的提示。还有在网页上浏览PPT文件，也提示安装flash文件。加载项没有禁用，也没有勾用activex筛选。希望能解决这个问题

how can i flash full install file to run silent mode ?

As per title, this latest release is a nightmare, just crashes all the time. I've tried in win 7,8, and 10, across range of browsers, same result.I've done full uninstall/clean re-install, all to no avail.Are Adobe aware and if so, what are they doing about it?

On my iMac All of a sudden I can't connect to several live cam  sites . I get this message : failure to set up flash JSON.stringify cannot serialize cyclic structures. I don't know if its a new update or what . I have done a clean reload of my osx10.75  and it still doesn't work Yet ! on my other 2 MacBooks I never have had an issue . Is this something in a update or the new 20.xxx version . I can't figure out why it works on my other Macs and not on this one with the same system?
