Fresco

Hello,So I'm running a HP Spectre x360 Convertible and trying to install and run the Fresco app. From the Creative Cloud App I am getting the Not Compatible message.I have checked the system requirements and compatibility listings and my system meets every requirement. Is this due to it being only released on certain models? If so the list should be updated to be more specific as to which systems it is actually compatible with.I can post my model number if that helps. But as I said I have checked my drivers, my Direct X level (I'm at DirectX12, with feature levels 12_1 and under).As far as I understand there is no such thing as Direct X 12.1 as some others have mentioned. What is listed in the requirements is: Intel or Nvidia GPU with Direct X Feature Level 12.1. The HP Spectre I am running has both, as checked by using the dxdiag command.So unless the list is wrong or just missing specification as to which models are supported then I can't understand what the issue is. Hi, XPS devices are solid builds, using dell's Wacom based pen. I am eagerly waiting for adobe to release it. Is it even on the list?Trying adobe fresco from setup, it works well on XPS 9575. Is it possible that adobe didn't consider releasing for XPS devices at all?

I have this LAptop and it meets all requirements but it says it´s not compatible.

Hi, I just wanted to know when fresco would be available for hp pavilion x360 signature edition 15-cr0xxx? Or if it is already available? My laptop says it needs an update but fresco still isn't available after all the updates.

I'm using the free version of Fresco on the iPad Pro 2020. Often when I go to paint or draw the canvas will shift ever so slightly. I think it's my palm doing it but it's incredibly annoying and disrupts my work flow. Is there a fix to this?

I had a few projects under development and now they all disappeared from my documents, any ideas out there on how to retrieve them ?  Many thanks

Hi,No matter what I try I can't load my saved drawing on adobe fresco. I have been on this page for 45 mins at a time! I've tried uninstalling the app multiple times and I only have the one drawing so it's not storage related. Very disappointed as I don't want to loose many hours of work and have tried multiple times to get help with no luck, even with the live chat feature they sent me to the FAQ page 🙄. this is a last resort before I give up.

I wanna draw on my new HP Envy touch screen with my new HP Tilt pen. If Adobe doesn't have a solution yet for my style touch screen, does anybody know about an alternative app? Something better than Windows Ink? I rent the Adobe Creative Cloud suite but Fresco says "not compatible". I looked it up and they're working on it.  Thanks.

ブラシのサイズを大きくすると、先端の尖った紡錘形にならず円形になってしまいます。まるでサインペンが太くなるようです。実際の丸筆のように、入りが尖り、中間から設定したブラシサイズになり、抜きがまた尖るようなパラメータ設定を教えてください。

I hate to bring up the fact that it's hard to draw a perfect circle, but I wish there was a way to make drawing them easier

I am having the hardest time getting Fresco to work on my Surface Book 2. I meet all the system requirments, I have over 100gbs worth of free space, 8gb of ram, I have space in my Creative Cloud, I am using the most current version of Windows 10 Pro, made sure gaming mode via my NIVIDA graphic card is turnned off, I have tried restarting creative cloud, checked to see if I had some (mentioned from a previous post about the same issue) malware (I don't), restarted my computer, made sure my computer and all programs are up to date, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling which seems to be the only fix, but it only works once after it redownloads. If I close it, I lose the ability to ever run the app unless I uninstal it agan. I just sent my logs to Adobe, so I have already done that. It's worth noting I did not have this issue until I upgraded to 1.6. I downgraded to 1.5 and it seemed to solve the problem, but I would like to be able to use the new features in 1.6. Any fix would b

Hey, so I love fresco but I'm having a problem finding layers! I use a lot of layers (so glad to be able to do this from my iPad) but it gets really tricky when I'm wanting to go back and edit a detail and I have to scroll thru hundreds of layers just to find which layer I need. Does anyone know if there is a feature I'm missing or if it's just not part of the program yet? Thanks, J

Hi, i installed Fresco on iPad Pro 12.9 2017 and activated 6mo free trial. But i cant get premium feature to work. Every time i try to export to pdf it gives me popup window for free trial activation. When i click it, it says its already activated and nothing happens. Anybody had simmilar issues. tnx

I too am frustrated that Fresco live brushes do not work on my Surface Pro Desktop.  I can select the vector brushes and (sometimes) draw with them if a go real sloooowwww...  I like the progam and use it all the time on my iPad for sketching when I am on the go.  It would be great if I could do detailing back in the studio. As the way things are currently Fresco is not useful.  Come on Adobe, I know you can do better.

I just imported a few of my old favourite brushes from files, and I can't seem to delete the ones I don't need. Some were .tpl, some bere .abr, and I've looked up how to delete files from the creative cloud app but they're not in there? Where else could they be?

I have created a multi layered vector drawing in Fresco and I want to now use that multi layered image in AI. Can anyone tell me how this can be acheived?  I cannot see the file in AI when I go Open > Creative Cloud

Having an issue where fresco is crashing only when the newer tool tips are popping up. It is specifically on the pixel and vector brushes, but only when there is a tool tip pop-up (images attached).I am able to draw with the initial pixel brush, and then change to watercolor and use that also. If I try to switch deeper into the brushes is when the crash happens. I have made sure my system/app are up to date. I have also double checked all my power management and system settings. Surface Book 2 - Nvidia GTX1060 - 16GB.Thanks in advance!

I've been checking the system requirements page every day and month hoping to see the compatibility for the Pro X... I was using fresco on my old Surface Book before I decided to upgrade to the Pro X for more portability and to continue creating digital art for my college protfolio (since I knew fresco was coming "very soon"). Turns out I had to scrap my digital portfolio and had to go traditional...because fresco wasn't going to be released anytime within the deadline for me to keep painting digitally (and there weren't any other good-free-softwares that I could use).  It's been well over 7 months...after Adobe announced fresco for this device but we still haven't got it...What's going on? I Sincerely hope that this platform haven't been forgottened and that it gets released soon. I haven't been painting digitally for a while now, the inefficiency/lag of the other apps that ARM is limited to isn't so fun to work with...
