Fresco

I have been over the limit of the free creative cloud storage. The initial issue was that 'more fonts' option was greyed out, so I thought it was because I was over the storage limit. So I deleted many files but not yet brought down to the limit. Then I thought I would follow some advice from another thread here and uninstall reinstall the app, to see if the 'more fonts' option would not be greyed out anymore. So the issue was not resolved and they are still greyed out but in addition to that, the files that I recently created have completely disappeared. I can't find them in deleted files and I cannot find them anywhere in the creative cloud app! Please, how can I recover my files? This is a disaster 😞

Hi I'm having some trouble opening my file, when I click it says it doesn't appear to be a valid psd file, I've tried going on the website to test it and then opening it in Fresco but nothing seems to be working. It shows up in the version history which I could only save by screenshotting otherwise I literally can't access my layers and stuff please help 😢😢By the way I did try to duplicate it too, it still won't work, usually it would but now it doesn't ??

So I have been battling to add new brush packs to adobe fresco for days now - I tried adding them directly from the "add brushes" button as well as downloading the available brush packs on adobe's site and importing them but nothing gives.I'm convinced this is to do with the issue with the creative cloud library since it always shows that pop up message that says "Something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries" and even following the steps to fix that like uninstalling and reinstalling CC and fresco, downloading a library cleaner and resetting the cache of creative cloud didn't help.Now 3 days later I am still unable to add new brushes on my Windows PC. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME   

Fresco for pc just stopped working for me as in it crashes upon opening any document when I look at previous forum post about this the usual response seems to be update drivers and the program which I have done and it still contunies to crash when opening any kind of doc. I've also tried uninstalling and Fresco completely and reinstalling and still the problem continues.  

I was making an animation and i realized that copy and pasting the subject would be a lot easier than re-drawing it over and over, but it won't let me paste something as a motion layer?!? Any way to fix this or  am i just doomed to hand draw it every single frame?!

Hello everyone!I would like to transform a selection on a group or multiple layers. Similar to the Procreate example, see the video. Will it be possible to transform multiple layers or groups in the future? It's a real shame that such a great application can't offer this important tool. Adobe Max shows great stuff, but I still can't transform my contour and color layers in one action. Is this feature planned? Sorry, but this is a real pain point.Kind regards, Sandra

Using adobe fresco on ipads. One of my students opened their project to find a lot of their projects deleted themselves. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? My tech team thinks its something to do with icloud not saving it but this was already saved work that is missing.

Hi, so a problem I've been facing when using Adobe Fresco is that the app keeps crashing whenever I try to export my animation file under MP4 format. The size is 1920x1200 pixels, and the animation is around 300+ frames at 5fps. I have more than 4GB free on my laptop (which runs on Windows), so the memory storage problem is not a problem. I am looking forward to your help.

How to find Raster in freco on iPhone 

Does anyone have suggestins on how to move an item without stretching it using transform? I keep having problems where it will stretch the selection or flip it 180 degrees and only occasionally  can get it to move. It's really frustrating. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks!

Hello i have been facing this issue from quite some time now, if i use mouse its fine, whenever i use pen there is a delay and and it snaps on to the pen cursor afterwards, i makes fresco mostly unusable, it has been like this from last few updates.  i am using lenovo thinkpad yoga x1 5thgen . please help ! 

Hello, I import PSD files to rework them in Fresco but for some time now, when I try to modify the slaps from Photoshop, it says: unable to edit photoshop read-only layers. I can't understand where the problem is coming from. Thank you so much.

Fresco Version: iOS 5.6.5   i can't open the file suddenly  I want to save my file when I am editing. However, there is a notification saying that it can't be saved, and told me to restart the app. I follow the instructions. After I restart it and try to open it. It bug.

I am experiencing this issue for many weeks now...When I begin a work, I have to do it in one sprint and never close it because I have the error code 2, i can only export in PNG or JPEG but cant do an export in PSD and can't save it.I have delete and install againt Fresco and Creative cloud... I still have the issue... What can I do ?

I want to apply my own texture (mixed-media style) to a portrait/photo in a way that the photo no longer looks like a photo but like an illustration. So actually mixing 2 of my own images. In which ai generator or software can that be done? 

Hallo Leute,zum wiederholten Male versuche ich Fresco auf meinem Dell Latitude zum laufen zu bringen. Ich komme lediglich bis zum wählen eines neuen leeren Dokuments aus den Standard-Vorlagen und das Programm schließt . Ebenso beim Versuch eine Datei zu öffnen, es geht rein gar nichts. Die "neuen" leeren Dokumente werden aber bei zuletzt benutzt als weiße Kästechen angezeigt. Ich halte mein System (win 11 ) stets aktuell, Fresco neueste Version (V.5.5.5)... Bonjour,Je tente d'ajouter de nouvelles collections de pinceaux dans Fresco, sans succès.Ca bloque en "ajout en cours". D'autres collections avaient déjà été ajoutées précédemment sans problème : elles sont presentes et accessibles. Internet fonctionne correctement, Fresco y a accès et est à jour.Cela fait des années que j'utilise cet app, je n'ai jamais eu ce soucis. C'est pourquoi j'ai besoin d'aide pour me débloquer... Hi all, I am taking Amy Bradley's Skillshare course "Repeat Patterns in Adobe Fresco with Pixel and Live Brushes" At around the 3 minute mark of Lesson 4 she shows how to "cut out" parts of shapes using the transparency fill bucket and she is on a pixel layer. I tried several times to fill a square template floating over a green pixel square with transparency and I kept getting a message popping up in blue in the upper right hand corner of my screen saying "Cannot fill this type of layer." I was, however, able to fill the square with a solid color, red.  I did several google searches an only came up with the idea that transparency fill can only be used on vector layers. Is this true? Her video makes it appear otherwise. I decided to start fresh using a vector layer to make my green square and sure enough, sliding up the template and "cutting it out" with the transparent fill worked like hers did, so I was able to do it but only on a vector layer. Hello!I use Adobe Fresco on my Surface Pro 9 5G (the ARM version), and I cannot add any brushes pack from the catalogue of the previously premium ones. If I try to add the file of a megapack, a pop up appears saying Fresco was not able to import all the supported brushes.I tried restarting the computer, logging out and back in my Adobe account, reinstalling Fresco, but nothing helps.Is it a known bug of the ARM version and it will be fixed in a future update or there is something else involved?

I only own an iPad but it seems I can only add fonts to creative cloud (for use in fresco) using a laptop.I have a brand font I need to use but currently am unable to see a way to add it. If i cannot add the font I will need to use procreate but with its limitations on clarity of graphics I would rather use fresco. Is there a way around this issue?
