Hi there,I will have to cancel my subscription to Adobe Creative Suite. Actually I spend not enough time with the Creative Suite, so the money invested isn't in relations to the yield. Still I will miss the opportunities Adobe offers. As I am still a beginner in many aspects. When I cancel the subscription, what happens to the drawings I made in Fresco? Will I have access furthermore? Or do I have to download the drawings before my subscription expires?How can I download all drawings in one step? It would be great, if anyone could help.Thanks a lot.Matthias

I DID NOT USE "SHAPES" OR "SELECTION" TOOL TO CREATE CIRCLES JUST SYMMETRY AND ROUND VECTOR BRUSH W/ SHAPE REFINEMENT TURNED OFF. I HAVE INCLUDED MY ISSUE & A RECOMMENDATION IN PICTS & SOME ADDITIONAL BUGS W/ FRESCO IN THE ENDING STATEMENT. Hi Adobe team,I’m encountering a frustrating issue in Adobe Fresco. I created an illustration using only Fresco — I did not import or open any Photoshop files. However, multiple layers in my file were automatically merged into one, and I have no idea why this happened.The file name is “crested gecko”. I checked to try restoring a previous version, but the “Revert to Previous Version” button doesn’t do anything, and no older versions are listed.This file is very important for my work, and I’m really hoping there’s a way to either:Recover the original layered version of the file, orUnderstand why Fresco merged my layers in the first place without me doing anything.Thank you in advance for any help!Best regards,Marcela Cardoso Salles

Hi, I remember until August 2024 Fresco on my iPad Pro was my fav. app for drawing vector drawings, which I easily was sending to Illustrator Desktop. Now all this is really sketchy. Only Regular Desktop Illustrator directly opens my vector file sent from Fresco. The Beta Version can only open it from Creative Cloud if I first sent the vector file to Illustrator iPad. Anyway.I somehow managed to find this out and I can now preserve the vector nature of my drawings when sending them to Illustrator iPad and Desktop, because otherwise it was sending them as rasters. Yay. BUT, my drawing gets cropped when it's beyond the artboard of Fresco and sent to desktop or iPad Illustrator, or when I try to export it as PDF or any other file format really. I tried everything! And I don't remember Fresco having such issue in August 2024 or before. One of the features Fresco has is to draw beyond the artboard with vector brushes.I can't at all send my vector drawing which is drawn beyond

Hi,I want to report an issue in Fresco 5.7.2 for iOS. Sadly the chat bot won't let me submit a bug report so I'll have to do it here. Whenever I choose the Text tool, a default text (Lorem ipsum) appears and there is just no way to edit the text. If I type on my Folio keyboard, it only chooses some other tool. If I double tap the text, it zooms to that text but the text is not selected. If I single tap the text, nothing happens. If I two finger tap the text, nothing happens. If I tap and hold, nothing happens. None of the "normal" ways to edit the text are working. This worked fine in previous versions of Fresco, so I suspect it is a new bug. I also tried saving the file and opening it on a colleague's Ipad (with a much older version of Fresco) and there the text tool worked perfectly. Need help opening my files / finding out why they aren't opening. I started a drawing, worked on it for a few weeks and now the file keeps getting stuck on 'opening'. I made a copy of the file and that won't open either.I started a new file and after working on it for a few days, that file won't open anymore and is again stuck on 'opening'.I deleted excess files so I know it's not my storage. These specific files open on creative cloud and on photoshop, but not on Fresco. I am worried that any new work will eventually be stuck and unusable. All work is done on my iPad.

  The PC Version of Fresco seems to have more crashes than usual. I am used to drawing slower on my devices to allow Fresco to catch up, but now the crashes are happening more than usual.I am on the latest version of Fresco on the Surface Pro 11 and on the ASUS Zenbook Duo. I drew with the vector brush. I then made a pencil layer on top to later trace back on my vector layer. When I use the touch modifier to trim out overlapping lines it erases my entire drawing. The touch modifier works perfectly if I just stay on layer and edit. Is this how its suppose to be, draw first with vector, edit that layer with trimming, add sketch layer then come back and do adjustments to new vector lining?

I draw on my Ipad and it would be great to be able to have fresco open on my pc or laptop and have just the canvas up so I can see what my drawing looks like live at the size it would be in say a youtube video while im drawing on my ipad. So basically a live sync between canvases between my ipad and pc.

I really like the Fresco software, but I found that it lacks a very important feature: “Shortcut to Find Layers.” I use this feature very frequently in similar software such as Procreate and ArtStudio. I have tried many possibilities, but I couldn't find the feature. Currently, I am using the auxiliary mode of the circular shortcut and double-clicking on layers as a substitute for quick layer search. I hope that the “Shortcut to Find Layers” feature can be added.

Does fresco works with wacom cintiq pro 32? (Windows 11, Direct x 12.1 )? I want to buy a new pc and want to use Fresco on it. at the moment I use Fresco on iPad but I would Like to use my big wacom Tablett 😊.thanks for help, sonja 

I'm new to fresco and one of the features I was the most interested in was the swatches it would make for you after importing an image. I went and imported a file and the image popped up but no notification for the new swatches did, i checked them properly but still nothing. I thought at first maybe it was because technically it was a file from my computer and not a "photo" but when I click the little picture button to import an image no picture tab comes up. only camera, files, and library, and my library anything I brought up from library still didn't work. I'm just so frustrated. I was really looking forward to getting to use that feature. I also tried going to general settings to toggle it on and off which I read on here may be a solution but that toggle isn't even there under any of the settings. 

I'm having issues with Fresco freezing up on my iPad Pro when I do things with new brushes. If I try to copy an existing brush using "Save as New Brush," the app freezes. If I download a new brush set and select one of those new brushes, I'll get one stroke in before it freezes. I have to quit out of the app and restart Fresco. I'm on a brand new 12.9" iPad Pro running iPadOS 17.1.1 with 256 gigs RAM. I'm using Fresco version 5.0.3. Any suggestions on how to remedy the problem?

I'm using Windows 11 with Adobe Fresco and a Wacom Intuos tablet (everything is fully updated, including drivers; yes I've tried restarting + reinstalling). When I try to draw a stroke with any of the three brush tools, it keeps starting each brush stroke with a straight line. This isn't an issue with my tablet, as it works fine on other software (e.g., Photoshop). Anyone have any solutions? Thanks in advance!

Hello,I am experiencing a strange issue that appeared with the latest update, Fresco V 5.5.0. It is hard to describe, but I feel it is lag-related. At the start of any brush stroke, there is a slight lag. Then, it appears that Fresco “catches up” and tries to draw a straight line from the start of my initial brush stroke to my current position.  Though this issue happens constantly, the problem is most visible when I draw curved lines, such as a circle or an S-shape. An odd straight line appears soon after I start drawing these shapes. I’ll attach an image showing what I mean.This problem makes it impossible to draw naturally because any linework I create gets interrupted by these lag-related straight lines that appear.The issue persists with any brush.It only happens in Fresco v 5.5.0. Other applications work fine.I use a Surface Pro 8 (32 GB RAM) with a Slim Pen 2.

I been drawing with the vector brush.. and i am using the paint bucket to fill in different color.. but when i do that... it leaves an outline between the vector brush and the fill i did.. and i been look for 2 days on youtube and stuff but can't find this being addressed..  ( also is it possbile for me to fill in the color in another layer )  (i don't want to manually lasso everything )

Hello everybody,currently I can Place: Camera, Files, and Libraries.I've seen some people have also options of Photos and Creative Cloud.Looks like Photos placing generates color palette, it would be great to have it.Any idea how I can enable more placing options?

I recently got a new 2 in 1 laptop and I started using Adobe Fresco but every so often the app freezes (sometimes for a few minutes) and everything becomes unresponsive and then crashes and then I have to reload the document only for the issue to occur again very randomly. I reinstalled Fresco and did everything I could but nothing. Any help?

I recently found out fresco was getting rid of the premium version, so I decided to download it and give it a try. However, I am unable to access the premium functions (import fonts, brushes, ect.)I tried to "upgrade", and it prompted me to pay $79 for free fresco and photoshop. I’m on an iPad Pro 13", if that matters.What am I missing here?

I'm having 2 troubles with my color wheel in Fresco. #1 Often I can't choose a color anymore, it just doesn't work. I have to close everything and reopen it. #2 Otherwise, I have another problem: Sometimes, too often, when I want to change my used color, I choose a second one and then I end up with 2 colors selected at the same time, one in the chromatic color square and a second in the circle that surrounds it. I don't know what color I'm drawing every time!Does anyone have a solution? Does anyone have a solution? Technical infos:I use Fresco Premium (under a subscription plan).I am working on a Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 on Microsoft Windows 11 OS.

Is it possible to access alternate glyphs on Fresco?I purchased a font/typeface with multiple alternate letters and I don't know how to access them. Any tips?

I have built a rather large file with a placed scan of a pen and ink drawing I did and then used multiple layers to paint below it. I have some layers that represent fall and some layers that will be used for winter, and I can turn on or off the different layers. But now, after 2 days of working on this, the file will not save or export. I did a "quick export" of every version that I'll need with winter or fall and also the different black and white versions. It says it saved 2 days ago, but it is nowhere that I can find on my iPad Pro and it is not on my Creative Cloud documents or in my Dropbox. I get an "Export failed" blue box when I export any file format except the "Quick export" function. When I save the file I get "Save failed (Error code: 2). Restart Fresco to attempt recovery of your data." I'm scared to do this because I'm afraid it will all be gone.

I'm using the current version of Adobe Fresco that I downloaded yesterday (05-25-24) onto my new 13" M4 iPad Pro 1TB. I also use Adobe Fresco on my 12.9" M2 iPad Pro and having this same issue on that one too. I did a test draw of a circle using a vector brush (round). I set the file size to 8192 x 8192 pixels and print size 4000ppi. I made it this large so that when it's exported as a png (no option to save as an svg in Fresco), the quality won't diminish too much when it's expanded. I'm drawing characters for animations and don't want the drawings to pixelate when I put them into the video software I use and expand them. However, after I Published and Exported the test pic, it exported with a white background, like a jpg. I went into the Fresco app settings and set the quick  'Export As' settings to png but it's still saving the image with a white bg. I even set the art board to transparent bg. What's going on with the Adobe Fresco software?
