I have multiple layers, each with multiple frames. When I try to draw or erase on a frame that already exists for any of the layers, Fresco says "Cannot draw (erase) on a hidden layer", unless it's the first frame of the layer. I can, however, draw or erase if I create a new frame for the same layer. I am using pixel layers and pixel brushes. I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm doing something wrong. [Renamed by Mod]
I just tried using an Apple Pencil in Adobe Fresco. Only one of the oil painting pushes works. It is not a pairing problem, because the other brushes work. I also checked for any firmware updates. There are no firmware updates for the pencil at this time. I am using the 1st generation pencil on a 9th generation iPad.
Greetings, I'm currently working on a personal illustration/animation project. I have spent quite some time(a little over a month) on this document and simply want to finish the art. However, I can no longer open the document for unforeseen reasons. Fresco will attempt to open the file but will say that the file cannot be opened and that I should contact support. I don't know what to do and it's really stressful. Can anyone assist??
It was working a couple of hours ago but now I cannot open the app. I've tried restarting my ipad, deleting and redownloading the app but it still keeps crashing. I cannot open the app anymore...
Is there a new method to transfer files between two Fresco accounts (one is a free version and other is a paid one)? Under 'Share Link' , I cannot find anyting to toggle for "Allow save to Creative Cloud". After I copy the link and open in browser, it just shows a PSD file and tells me I cannot edit as it's a different adobe account.Also, how can I transfer files that haven't synced to the cloud? I made some artwork after my adobe subscription expired. Hence they haven't synced due to space issues. I have a new Adobe subscription on a different account (moved countries so had to do this).
Since the last update the "custom brushes saving option" is not working, im running paid version on PC windows 11.
Hi. In Fresco v5,01 (free) you could save an edited brush as a new brush. This functionality has either been discontinued or is very well hidden. Does anyone know how to save a new brush in 5.5 free! (windows 11) thanks...
I want to make a grid of 48px in a 1296x720 canvas on the iPad app. However, the grid is aligned in the center, so the squares all around the borders are cut in half. I want to reposition the grid to get 48px squares through the whole canvas. It works in Clip Studio Paint but not on the Fresco app. What I want VS what Fresco gives me (captured in Clip Studio Paint)
I have brushes saved with different multicolor swatches that I made myself using the eyedropper tool and I would save them by choosing the 'save as new brush' option and now most have reverted back to the default multicolor swatches that come with fresco and even if I make a new swatch within the same project/canvas that I'm working with and save it as a new brush, it won't save with my swatch it will only save with the default multicolor swatches, is this a new change or what am I missing? And I didn't know where to post this so I just came upon this forum after not finding anything about my issue so if it's not the correct place.. my bad.
J'utilisais fresco tres regulierement, et du jour au lendemain le programme est devenu super lent.-il faut 2-3 sec pour changer d'outils.-quand je pose mon pinceau il faut 3sec pour que le trait apparaisse.-le debut de mes trait est toujour rectiligne du a une latence.Mes pilotes sont a jour, aucun soucis lier a mon appareils, j'ai fait le test sur d'autre programme et ils fonctionne correctement... impossible de continuer a dessiner sur adobe fresco sans s'enerver, j'espere qu'une correction sera vite etablit.
Hi, please help! I am creating my sketches in Fresco on my ipad and my next step is to send them to Illustrator (first I saved as a PDF, second I saved as a PSD) so that I can create a surface pattern design. When I open my sketches in Illustrator, my sketches have a red outline (instead of blue). I tried everything I know to remedy this, but haven't had any luck! What am I doing wrong? I'm thinking that I possibly need to merge down the layers in Fresco, but I'm not sure. I am new completely new to Fresco and Illustrator. Thanks for any help you can provide...

Hello, I just downloaded Fresco on my Surface Pro 7 and program runs fine, however, when I right click a brush I downloaded and open in Fresco, the app crashes after a few seconds of doing nothing. I tried opening in Photoshop and brushes work fine. I also tired other brushes and the program crashes for every brush I right click on and hit open in Fresco. Ideas? Google didnt have too much on this issue.
When I was working on my project, Adobe fresco crashed. When I reopened it again, it didn't save anything at all from the last time I edited it. Is there a way to recover the file?
Preface: I have used Fresco for about a year with a CC subscription. Recently cancelled the subscription since I only used Fresco. Have been using the free version for a short while in the meantime. This is when I started running in to issues. I'm using an Ipad Pro and a Windows PC.Example: I make a drawing on mu iPad and save it. Then I go to open it on my PC to export it and use it in another context. But clicking on the filr (not synced/offline available) it loads for a second and then shows an Error message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again." Then I try to "Make available offline" and I get an error message saying "The document could not be made available offline" So now I can effectively not access my work on my PC. This makes me question if Fresco is a viable product to pay for and maybe I should change my workflo to Procreate instead. Does anyone know if there are limitations placed on free users that make this experience so awful that will go away when I
Simple question that I can't figure out. I am using fresco on my windows machine, and the upgrade link just leads me to my home page of my adobe membership account(Adobe Home). What am I missing here??
I've been using Fresco since it was released. It changed my life, giving me a way to get out of my head illustrations I could only dream about until then. I attended the latest Adobe MAX online. I continue to be amazed and so excited about the new features rolling out. Which leads to this request regarding the Transform tool and fixing what is broke. In the early releases, if I chose something to transform, the boundaries of the Transform area matched the content I was transforming. So to get at the edges to resize or the handle to rotate was close to that content. Somewhere along the way, the transform tool had an update that totally changed that. From that time on, the Transform area does not seem to relate to its content, most times being way oversized so that I have to back out of my closeup and struggle to adjust the sizing - and especially the rotation - since I am so far away from the content I am working on. Can this be fixed, please? While I am it, when will the time come for

Pire : j'ai l'impression que c'est une mise à jour qui a créé ce bug.Je n'arrive pas à rapporter le bug depuis l'application sur l'iPad mini. On me demande d'abord de me connecter à mon compte. Or, je suis déjà connectée.Bref. Je suis très déçue par ce mauvais fonctionnement. Si vous avez une solution ou la possibilité de rapporter le bug.Merci beaucoup.
Fresco crashed and restarted the program and all my work on my current artwork was gone. I went online to the cloud saved document wand checked the revision history but the history is missing a large chunk of time. Only the start and the last 19 or so revisions. Is there a way to see more history so I can restore an almost finished version? Please help.
Hi everyone, I recently downloaded Fresco but after a few days of use it started crashing. Whenever I open a project it crashes. I've downloaded the latest version and there are no updates for it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't helped. It has now started affecting photoshop as well which I never had issues with before. This is on an 8th generation IPad that is up to date with its software(IPados 17.5). Is there any way to fix this problem?
Hello, For multiple functions we are able to add a value through a numpad, why aren't we able to do the same for the brush sizes? Its quite annoying to get the exact values at times, more often than I'd like, I just settle for one close enough.
I'm having some issues with timelapses on Adobe Fresco. For all my other projects, the timelapse is amazing, well defined, no choppiness. For the projects I spend a lot of time on however, the timelapses just end up not loading, the buffering icon is just sitting there no matter how long I wait. I've lost all my speedpaints to this and I am very frustrated.
It would be fantastic if Adobe Fresco were accessible online, enabling individuals without the means to afford an expensive tablet to draw, design, and express their inner thoughts with this amazing tool. Furthermore, it would be even more remarkable if sketches could be transformed into high-quality AI-generated images, akin to those produced by Leonardo AI.
Yesterday I imported a couple of Photoshop brush sets into Adobe Fresco that I bought on Gumroad. They work fine in Fresco, but they don't appear in my Creative Cloud Library (or when I go to assets.adobe.com on my iPad), so I can't rename any of the brushes or delete them if I want to. I've tried signing out of both Fresco and Creative Cloud and then signing back in, force quitting the apps, all the obvious stuff, but the two brush sets still don't show up in my Library in Creative Cloud. How can I get them to appear there?
I can't figure out how to infill a sketch= I upload my fineline art onto fresco. I'd like to add colour within the original black lines. When o try to use the magic wand to select my sketch picture it targets the whole page. When I then fill with colour, the whole page goes pink (for example). i want to upload my sketches onto fresco and fill them with colour. How do I do this?
