Hi,I’m using a 13-inch iPad Pro (M5) with an Apple Pencil Pro, running iPadOS 27 Beta.After updating to iPadOS 27 Beta, my Apple Pencil Pro randomly disconnects while drawing in Adobe Fresco. It happens in every file with the default brushes.The Pencil works perfectly in other apps like Procreate. I’ve already restarted my iPad, re-paired the Apple Pencil, and reinstalled Fresco, but the issue persists.P.s I’ve already checked all the settings, restarted my iPad, re-paired the Apple Pencil, and reinstalled Fresco, but the issue still persists.
I created an artwork in Adobe Fresco on my iPhone while signed out. When I tried to export it, Fresco prompted me to sign in. Immediately after signing in, the artwork disappeared from the canvas and is no longer in my gallery. I did not uninstall the app, switch devices, or clear any data. Is there any way to recover the local document or access diagnostic logs? Please answer ASAP I worked on this for 3 hours didn’t know I had to sign in…
Hi, I'm experiencing a 100% reproducible crash in Adobe Fresco when starting the app. It closes before I can interact with the interface at all (I can't even open Preferences or send the crash report from within the app itself).Fresco version: 5.7.0.1447 (also reproduced on previous versions)OS: Windows 10.0.26200.8655Troubleshooting already performed (no success):Clean reinstall of Fresco, tried on 3 different versions. Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool ("CC Apps" option). sfc /scannow — found and repaired corrupted system files. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth — completed successfully. Verified .NET Runtime (CoreCLR 6.0.28) — already up to date. Fully uninstalled Wacom tablet driver, confirmed removed in Device Manager and Windows Services. For some reason as of a few days ago all my most recently opened files keep disappearing on my ipad after I open them in adobe fresco. For example I started a new project yesterday, saved it and when I was going to start working on it today it was neither in the recent files nor under the tab under your files. Every time I open a file, even old ones if I save it, it disappears when I go in to use the app the next time. I have tried as many other boards suggested to log in and out of my account but it did not change anything. The problem still is happening. I can however see the files for example in adobe express or photoshop. Hello there, I have a yearly subscription on the fresco and the associated photoshop app. Now all of a sudden all my fresco maps on my ipadpro are gone except some individual files, but the maps are still in the associated photoshop app, how can I get my maps with loads of work back in fresco? Please help!
Hi, I’m having an issue with Adobe Fresco. There is an invisible horizontal area where my brush strokes don’t register properly, as shown in the attached video . The strange thing is that this area seems to stay fixed in the same position on the screen rather than on the canvas. When I move (pan) the canvas, the location of the dead zone appears on a different part of my drawing because the canvas moves underneath it. For example, if I move the canvas upward, the dead zone affects a lower part of the drawing, and if I move the canvas downward, it affects a higher part. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is this a known bug or is there a way to fix it?
All of a sudden it is not possible anymore to rearrange/move layers. When I press the layer with either my finger or the Apple Pencil and try to move the layer it shows the open space where the layer is supposed to go but doesn’t move there. I even tried to reinstall Fresco but no change.
Just roll it back.
Since the last update, I can‘t adjust the controls anymore for the Apple Pencil in the input settings. I can‘t choose what happens with a double tap or a pen squeeze. When I squeeze the pen, the last used brushes menu pops up, which is basically useless since I can’t see the names of the brushes. Previously the colour selection also popped up. For the double squeeze basically all functionality is gone, it doesn’t do anything anymore. The controls of the Apple Pencil are useless if the App doesn’t let me customise them. I wonder if this is a bug on my App or if these features have just been removed in the last update?
I recently downloaded and installed Adobe Fresco. I noticed that only some of the brushes (for example, the Basic brushes) would work just fine while others (like the Painting brushes) would either barely show up or not at all. I already adjusted the pressure, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, charged both iPad and Pencil, made sure the tip on the Pencil is tighten, and I even tried to see if my Apple Pencil would work on other apps and I didn’t have a problem using my note app for this. I may have to switch to Procreate if this continues.

I'm having a persistent issue where Adobe Fresco completely freezes at the "Creating new document..." loading screen. It also freezes when I try to use the "Import and open" option. I am unable to enter the canvas at all.My PC specs are well above the minimum requirements, and other Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator) are working perfectly fine.What I have tried so far (none of these worked):1. Just like the title says. My workflow used to be create art in Fresco, then go to Publish and Export, then to Capture Pattern, and when I opened Capture I could use the art to make patterns.All of a sudden after the most recent update, both of those links are gone, there’s an Export to Illustrator and Behance, but no way to “capture pattern” anymore.Did it move or get renamed? Hi all,it's impossible for me to report a bug in my country, the whole report side is not working so I'm hoping someone from Adobe sees this. When exporting Fresco files that have vector layers into Photoshop, resizing the image or scaling it distorts the proportions in random ways. I have to manually go into every vector layer and fix this. See my video attached for an example. I can make the layers pixel layers, that usually solves the problem but defeats the purpose of the vector layers.
Hello Adobe Support, I’m experiencing a serious issue with Adobe Fresco on my iPad Air 11-inch (M3) using an Apple Pencil Pro. When I try to draw short, quick strokes, the lines sometimes appear as dots. Longer strokes can be drawn without issue, but if I try to draw quickly, only a dot appears.For example, when writing the Japanese character “え”, the first stroke becomes a dot, while the second stroke is drawn correctly. This happens with all brushes in Fresco. However, in other painting or note-taking apps, I can draw short strokes normally with the same Pencil. I contacted Apple about a potential Apple Pencil Pro defect, but they confirmed that since it works fine in other apps, this is definitely an Adobe Fresco issue. For reference, I previously used an iPad 6th generation with the original Apple Pencil (older model) and did not experience this problem. Hello, i'd like to know if there is a way to draw a perfect circle in Fresco (or a square) for iPad? Is there any shape tool? or anything else to do it? If not, maybe it would be great to add it on the next update, it can be really helpfull for the first sketches. Hey Guys!!I’m using a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 (ARM – Snapdragon X Plus) and I’m unable to import any official Adobe Fresco brush sets through the “+ Add Brushes” → “Discover New Brushes” feature.When I select a brush set, Fresco shows “Adding…”, but the brushes never appear in my Creative Cloud Library. The process never completes.I have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, including: deleting the “LIBS” folder under AppData restarting Creative Cloud reinstalling Fresco signing out/in of Creative Cloud resetting sync None of these steps fixed the issue.Interestingly, importing third‑party brushes (.abr) works perfectly. Only the Creative‑Cloud‑based official brush sets fail to import. I realised I needed to copy a part of one frame to another frame. When I tried doing so, I cannot figure out how to do it without creating a new frame. I want to paste it on top of an existing frame, and there isn’t a way to merge frames. How do I do that? I searched around and couldn’t figure out how to do it.
Been working on psd file for 2 days and now exporting time lapse goes black. Tried reducing file size. Any reason why this would happen?
I've tried everything to try to add the brushes. From discovering new brushes to adding brushes from files. I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. I've done what they say on the official Adobe website to fix the problem, but nothing works. Whatever I do, it just keeps thinking about adding brushes for two hours and doesn't download anything. And if I download them from the official Adobe website, it says they weren't found or an error occurred. In short, I've been trying to fix it for three days and do everything. Creative Cloud is available with storage and synchronization, and I don't know what else to do. And I've read many people on other forums that the exact same thing is happening to them.
Toolbar on the left disappears into the top of the screen and I can’t move it down or disconnect it anymore, so I can’t change the size of the brush or eraser. Which means now I’m stuck and can’t continue any of my projects. I’ve logged out, turned my computer on/off, etc. and nothing has changed. wtf?? I can change the brush and the color, but not the size of the brush or eraser. It’s all stuck on one size.
Just the pc version is a hot mess, cant get my brushes and shapes on the pc, we need import function for brushes and shapes, and a fix to missing menu items like duplicate and copy all have disappeared. Was there yesterday now gone. please give a update on fixes for all these, its like you dont care about the pc version, just mac.
All my documents load in the Cloud and in the app, but the second I try opening anything it just tells me Fresco can't open the document and that I need to contact support. I had to call off a commission because of this. What’s going on?EDIT: If I try to create a new document, I get this message: (ErrorCode -2005270523 “HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Adobe Fresco cannot export PNG files properly.The files I exported to png all turn out to be a renamed file with many numbers, and the file type is also in numbers eg. File-2026-05-18To7:51:08.075Z I have to manually change the names all over again, and type the file as .png to see it.I am not sure if these files are capable of sending to print by manually changing the file type in this way.I am using Fresco with my newly bought ipad air, the newest IOS, and also the most updates fresco version. Please does anyone knows if this can be resolved, or can I reach an adobe support hotline with human to help out? Thank you.
When use the “place image” tool and select a normal .png file from my existing files, the window closes and nothing is added. When I use the camera feature, it works fine. When I click and drag an image into the program through my files, nothing happens. It does not create an image layer. Nothing happens. The only way I can add images to Fresco is by copy/pasting them in, which loses any transparent qualities of the image and is not preferable.This has been the case for my program for years. This feature has never worked through countless reinstalls, updates, and troubleshooting. I finally am throwing the towel in and asking for help.
