When copying attributes for motion, please can we have a drop down option, so we can only paste motion or scale independently of each other? I spend way too much time re-jigging one aspect of an asset's scale on a clip by clip basis. Many thanks!
I’d love ability to toggle playback with a Pre-Roll. Right now, we’ve got the "Play Around" (Shift+K) function, which is great, but it stops playback two seconds after the toggle point. There’s a workaround where you crank up the Post-Roll amount in preferences, but that creates another issue: when you stop playback, the playhead snaps back to the original play point. This jumping around makes it really impractical as a solution. What I’m suggesting is essentially adding a shortcut which is a tweaked version of the "Play Around" feature:Turn off Post-Roll, so playback doesn’t stop after a set time.Stop the playhead from snapping back to the starting point when playback ends. This would make reviewing edit points so much more efficient because you wouldn't need to shuttle backwards to review. Would be amazing if this could be added!
I use Loupedeck where I can easily press a key for the transform functions'level' or Auto'. Sometimes it is necessary to use constrain crop on the image, which requires a mouse over to select the box. It would add to speed and efficiency to have a shortcut key to select that function.
It is a frustrating addition that has made fiddling with overlays and graphics a pain. Premiere has 1 million buttons already, we don't need more buttons and toggles for things that already work perfectly, they aren't helpful, they are speedbumps. I could not find a way to turn this 'feature' off, which is also frustrating - at least let me decide if I want to add new detritus to my windows, don't force it on me.
HIwhen I'm look at the my timeline and the sequence bar above it, they are in the same color. Sometimes I want to click the timeline, but accidentally I click on a sequence instead. Is there a way to change the color of the sequence bar? Thanks,Gideon
When migrating from LrC to Lr, LrC stores assets temporarily in the system folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe which might have limited space. It would be much nicer to have the location as a parameter when running / starting the migration to avoid blocking issues due to local disk size.
Lightroom should show upload and downlaod speeds incl. estimated time to finish the sync job and not just the number of pending assets. This would help in troubleshooting and planning of big sync jobs.
Hi, I've rented a Canon R6II the past two weeks and made extensive use of the pre-release RAW-burst function to capture daytime lightning. I can extract RAW's from those burst via the Canon DPP4 or in-camera, but it would be nice if Lightroom could handle the roll files as well. Even if only for library management. Extracting RAWs from it like you can do now with JPEG's from movie files would be awesome. Peter
I want to enable 2-factor authentication on my Adobe account but using TOTP that is supported by many 3rd party apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, password managers, etc.). I use my password manager to manage all of my TOTP 2-factor authentication. I do not want to have to use and manage the Adobe Account Access app for just this one single account. I see several references of this being supported for the Adobe account:https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/x-productkb/global/2-step-verification-account-security.htmlhttps://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/2-step-verification-account-security.html#another-method but my account settings page is missing the option to enable this type of 2-factor authentication. I only have the options for the Adobe Account Access app, email, and SMS/phone text. How do I enable 2-factor authentication for use with 3rd party TOTP apps?
Im really sick of not seeing anything when I save an image. I work in Full screen mode, I have to get out of that in order to see the tiny "save" at the bottom of the info panel of the image. very tedious and stupid. Can we least have an option of seeing things SAVE, it is important to see it and know it happened. I dont understand why it has to be hidden. During a Save you cant do anything anyway. It was way better to see it happen and know it is being completed. whoever got rid of it a long time ago......I really hate it. Please bring it back.
I have brushes that I have made edits to in Fresco that I would love to be able to use in Photoshop.
EPS is still an industry standard format for the print industry. This is a massive obstacle for our ateam, and onbe reason we havent fully embraced Cloud Libraries. Yes, we can go into Illustrator and convert the file format to .Ai, but this is a massive time waster if we are navigating through hundreds of logo and design assets.
Lightroom allow the named face panel to be frozen / lockedwhen tagging a large number of photos, the unnamed panel gets rather large, and it's difficult to drag to the named panel as it moves up off screen. If the named face panel had the option to freeze it, that would make things a lot easier, similar to function in excel thanks
I think it would be great to improve how letters and numbers are processed so they can better match detailed, custom designs created by the user. The goal isn’t to mimic licensed material but to allow people to bring their own unique ideas to life with better precision. This would make it easier to include finer details like custom curves, spacing, or alignment, giving users more flexibility to create something their own
As Photoshop is no longer able to edit 3D files directly,I was wondering if Substance Viewer could be able to show the UVs of a model in a secondary 2D view.It could be convenient when browsing files in a folder to see if 3D files have UV's and how it can be edited...Many Thanks
Hello, As Substance Viewer is really useful to browse multiple files in a folder, I was wondering if we can add some feture like "comparaison" where you can compare to file at a time, either in the same place and check tehd difference in 3D (the software should be able to highlight 3D differences) or side by side to compare 2 versions of a same object/product.
(Apologies if my terminoligy isn't 100% correct, I'm a self taught editor) I don't want to come off like I just can't adapt to the new feature, but, it would be nice to be able to have the option to revert back to the version 24.3 way of scrolling/scrubbing through video on the source/program screen. Or at the very least, lock the zoom level. As it is now, when you're hovering over the video, the scroll wheel zooms the image in or out instead of scrolling through the video. I understand how this is benificial for other users but personally I have never needed this, and have seen a number of others upset about it as well. I'm making this post after reading and finding out that there doesn't seem to be a solution for my "problem" other than to "hover over ONLY the timeline". My laptop screen is small and aiming my cursor that precise (at the speed of my usual editing effeciency) without landing on the grey bar to zoom the timeline itself, or flicking my mouse too hard and accidentally zooming in or out on the video is tough. I've edited the "old way" for the past 4 years and after taking a bit of a social media break and coming back I'm finding it really hard to adapt to. I use a free wheel/unlockable scrolling mouse and also have shaky hands as it is...so whenever I try to scrub I keep accidentally zooming the video while flicking the scroll wheel. My editing efficiency has dropped significantly while trying to adapt - as It felt simpler to be able to hover on the video, scroll as fast as I need to mark my in and out and then just click and drag my clip down - having to add the presicion of landing my cursor in a literal 1/2" thick by 8" long area of my laptop screen is asking a lot out of me. I get the simple answer is to just "get better" as I have a bit of a fast and agressize editing style, and I'm sure my techniques are clunky compared to how a real professional would edit, but I'm finding this really hard. As it is right now I'm just running on v24.3 but I dont want to have issues later if I'm not on the newest version. Thanks.
I've been using PS for nearly 20 years and have always been frustrated by the actions panel. I use button view and have quite a collection of actions to help process images, perhaps too many. It's VERY time consuming to scroll through them all trying to locate the one I want to use. I know them by name or what they do for me, but locating them is difficult as the are not loaded alphabetically. For years, I've been trying to figure out where the search bar is to simply type in the action name to locate and implement a specific action I want to use. I've never found this and it seems quite obvious, rudimentary and necessary for efficiency when processing photos. Why can't I find this?? Please tell me there IS a search bar option to alleviate the time suck that searching row by row for a name in a sea of hundreds can be?!!! It's baffling that a beast of a program like PS would not have a simple, time saving, tool like this. Also, is it possible to create multiple tabs in the action panel where I could sort the actions by type (for example a tab for skin/teeth/eyes actions, a tab for sunlight overlays, a tab for color tone actions, a tab for all black and white actions, etc) to help shorten the search party and organize them into smaller specific groups to locate what I'm looking for?
Hi Adobe, I am here to get a little on your case about a big change you made in Adobe Premiere Pro 2025. You made the Essential Graphics panel go away, in favor of grouping everything in a more context-aware Properties panel. However, I want to say, I don't think that move was very well thought-out by your UI/UX team. It was a bad move and has resulted in a lot of confusion among your user base. And myself included. I like where you guys were going with it, but if something has been a certain way in your software for a long time, you need to take a page from the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." People rely on software generally looking and feeling the same way throughout its product maintenance lifecycle. If it changes too drastically, it results in too big of a paradigm shift among your user base.I strongly urge Adobe to carefully consider putting the Essential Graphics panel the way it was -- don't mess with something that is a tried-and-true part of the UI/UX and really is fine just the way it is. Regards, Brian Hart
Just my forlorn (?) plea to bring the Long Exposure mode "back" to the Lightroom camera as a full feature. I loved it and it worked beautifully for me on my iPhone. I know there's a way to use the Live mode in the native iPhone camera but I want the flexibility of the Lightroom version.
Hello everyone, I think that LrC deserves an icon like in ACR or L(cc) for the before\after view option. I don't understand why LrC doesn't has it. ACR Lr(cc)
For some reason, the old track heights seemed to work 99% of the time. I've rarely needed to adjust track heights until now. Track height presets don't fix the problem and seem to be for a different purpose. When moving a folder from one drive to another, if it is not being dropped into an existing folder, one cannot complete the move within LRC. In Windows, when performing the same move, one can drop the folder into an empty space at the same nesting level as the existing folders. That works. Most other folder/file move operations are identical to Windows folder/file management. This one should be too.
