I have had this issue since Lightroom 13.5 and was hoping it would eventually get fixed but it still hasn’t.On a Mac Studio M1 Ultra (MacOS 26.5.2 but it has happened on OS 15 onwards) when using “Export As Catalog” where I select “Include available previews” and export a relatively large amount of photos, the parent catalog will lose all of its previews requiring a deletion and regeneration of all standard previews.The exact number of photos being exported that causes the issue is hard to pin down but over 25,000-30,000 will almost always cause it. I can also make the issue appear by exporting a bunch of small catalogs that eventually total up to a larger number of photos (ie. exporting 4 catalogs of 6000 photos).During the export of the catalog, I will know the bug has occurred because it will skip the “copying previews” step of the “export as catalog” process. I’m tearing my hair out - after updating yesterday I can’t seem to generate any previews at all in LRC. When I try to create them it seems to stick on the 5th photo for some weird reason. Attempting to import a LRC catalog that was exported from a folder on another machine.  The scenario is you have your main catalog on a desktop Mac and you have captured photos whilst mobile. You export a specific folder of folders as a catalog on a mobile MacBook. You want to incorporate what you have captured in the field back into the desktop catalog.When attempting to import, it seems only part of the content can be imported. Strange that select all folders is not working. Computer: Mac Version TahaoeLightroom Classic Version:15.5.1 I have recently observed a significant number of synchronisation errors when attempting to share my images with Lightroom (cloud). Many of my images become stuck during the synchronisation process. I have already tried re-builidng sync data to no avail. Additionally, for images where I have utilised AI enhancements, I need to apply updates. However, when I press Command+Option+U to implement the updates, I receive an error message stating, "Failed to apply adjustments to the following photos. This is extremely frustrating, as I receive an incomplete copy of my catalogue when I am travelling and using Lightroom Cloud. Does anyone know what could be cuasing this or what i should look into as a likely suspect? Thanks in advance.

Lightroom Classic sync with lightroom has been hung up for 2 days- 16 files stuck - lightroom recommended rebuildign the synch database- when doing so- I was told to create the diagnostics error log and send it to Adobe-  Where do I send this?  THANKS!

Hello all. I had to replace my old GPU (GTX 1660 Super) after it died. I’ve never experienced any problems using LrC with it on my pc with a Ryzen 5 5600 X processor. But since I replaced it with an RTX 5060 I’ve had nothing but problems: Any action (moving sliders, opening masks and moving masks etc) take forever to have any effect. It’s become so slow to the point of being unusable and i now have to rely on cloud based Lr to do any work. I’ve done some research and in Edit - Preferences - Performance - Use Graphics Processor I switched from Auto to Custom and toggled on “Use GPU for image processing”. It made no difference whatsoever. This is incredibly frustrating as I spent a lot of money on this GPU thinking it would improve the performance. I also updated the GPU drivers. I would be incredibly grateful if someone could shed any light on this. Many thanks!

Adobe Lightroom 15.4.1 is crashing repeatedly during the culling process and causing my  pc computer to run terrible slow.  I had to remove it and roll back to a previous version of LRC

On Mac OS, after completing an import LR will sometimes display the message "Ejected card after import" but fail to actually eject the device.  This affects users importing from Cfexpress cards.   To reproduce on LR 12.3 / Mac OS 13.3:   1. Connect an external USB disk drive or a Cfexpress card reader containing a Cfexpress card with at least one photo on it.   2. Verify that Mac OS considers the drive non-removable by running this command in Terminal:   diskutil info "<volume>" | grep -i removable   The output should be:   Removable Media: Fixed     3. If you connected a USB disk drive in step 1, copy to it the DCIM folder from any camera memory card containing at least one photo.   4. In LR, do Import, selecting the option Eject After Import. I'm bitten yet again by Lightroom Classic's inability to move image files to my system trash.  I've gone through all the solutions I could find:Turned off Full Disk Access for Lightroom, restarted, turned Full Disk Access back on.Created an empty folder on the affected disk and trashed it.Created a Trash folder on the affected disk.I've run Disk First Aid on the disk. I still cannot move image files to my Mac's trash. Both the image and the slider value return to their prior state. If you hit the escape key in the Import dialog, the dialog is exited and all organization is lost. The expected behavior would be to exit Loupe View and return to Grid View (staying within the Import function) as happens in the Library Module. I have muscle memory for this behavior and I keep destroying my organizational work within the Import dialog--(ie: checkmark selections for "Include in import") Either make the behavior consistent between the modes, or add a warning that "All selections will be lost, exit anyway?" Hi everyone,I'm experiencing severe export slowdowns in the latest Lightroom Classic 15.3.1 on my Mac Studio (M1 Max, 24-core GPU, macOS Tahoe). Exporting 500 high-res RAW images to maximum quality JPEGs takes way longer than it used to, and my hardware is not being utilized properly.During the export process:•    CPU usage is pinned at nearly 100% (Full Red).•    GPU Utilization sits around 60-70%.•    GPU Render and Tiler utilization drops down to just 5%.•    ANE (Neural Engine) utilization stays at 0%.It seems like a massive I/O or processing bottleneck where the CPU is completely choked, while the GPU is just sitting idle waiting for data.What I have already tried (which only partially helped or didn't fix the underlying bug):    1.    Camera Raw GPU Config Fix: Checked the Camera Raw GPU Config.txt file and noticed crs:gpu_preferred_system="" was completely blank. Hi everyone, I recently downloaded some presets and imported them into Lightroom (using Windows), but they’re not appearing in the dropdown menu. When I try to import them again, I get a message saying “All items were already imported.” An Adobe assistant had a go at fixing the issue, but had to go away to look into it further. I thought I’d check in here to see if anyone else has run into the same problem and managed to sort it out. I believe he already tried opening new images, reinstalling LRC, and a few other things. Thanks in advance!

I try to install lightroom classic on my laptop, but the installer continues to run till I force my computer to restart. He gives me a conflict error. I work on a MAC with Tahoe 26.5 installed

When I click “Import” in the import dialog right after it opened and when not waiting until all files (and miniatures) were loaded in the import grid view, the import apparently only imports those files where the miniature/preview was loaded. 

I have upgraded to a new MacBook using MacOS Tahoe, V26.6.2 with LRC Release 15.5.1.When I look to import files from my card it does not see anything so I have to use Finder to copy files to my Mac and import from there.  Why does LRC not see the files on the card?
