Lightroom Classic

Estou editando 22.000 fotos e o processo de exportção está muito demorado e lento. Está levando 1h para 4.352 fotos e para 21.744 levando mais de 3h40. O que devo fazer? Meu computador é de alta performace já fiz tudo nele mas acho que é do programa da adobe. Algo não está bem configurado. Quem puder me ajudar antes de atualizar de 13.5 para 14.3.1 fazia 4.352 em 18minutos e 21.744 em 2h14.

I have been trying to input RAW images into an existing catelogue from an OM1. I can see the import registers the number of images and lists the folders but no images show up.  When I went to the folder on my mac they were ORF extensions but had an "S" for Topaz Sharpen.  I have removed Topaz but it still did it!  Having tried several times without success, I tried to import into a new catelogue.  This worked I could see the images and T Sharpening was nowhere to be seen.  Therefore concluding that there is something wrong with the original catelogue, but what.  I have been into the preferences and can see no link to Topaz Sharpening.  I would prefer to go back to my original catelogue but need to fix this import problem.  Help!!

I have LRC and Photoshop.LRC – 14.3.1 (2502505061331-b063faefPS – 25.12.3 20250415.r.1067 fof8f82 x64Both programs are freezing.This just started on 05/25/2025. Both programs have been up to date on updated software.I can not work with the programs freezing.What to do?

I have tried closing and restarting LR, which temporarily solves the issue (as does restarting the PC (Win 10). Flags (the white Pick ones) always appear in Loupe view or when using the filter in Grid view. This means some images I've flagged show up in Grid view only when using the filter, but not when all filters are off (which is very frustrating).  I've tried pressing J to see if that helps, but no dice. Lightroom Classic ver 14.3 Any suggestions?

I have recently had a bad hard drive and many files were corrupted (100,000 +). When I view them in Lightroom they have a black "i" in the top right corner and a warning that LR can't read the file and won't be able to make adjustments. So I want to delete the files as they are now useless but taking up massive storage space. If LR can identify these files then I should be able to sort by them, select them and remove from catalog. They are all sprinkled randomly throughout a very large catalog and amny folders are filled with a random mix of corrupted files and good files together. How can I do this??  

Hi! I've updated ACR, Lightroom Classic (v14) and Photoshop. When I open a DNG or Canon CR3 Raw file in Photoshop, ACR opens and I can see and apply the new adaptative color profile (beta) to the file. ...But, the very same file opened in Lightroom Classic does not show the new option, in the Profiles panel. Am I missing somenthing? AK  

How can I overwrite the "Created Date" to keep the original date (either original Created Date or Date Taken) the file was created and not today's during the LrC export process? I am exporting pictures on Windows 10 Lightroom Classic (23.5) and applying a 'limit file size' to reduce my iphone's photo library storage. I include "All metadata" in the LrC export process. In the new files that are created, the "Created Date" (which is the date iphones and computers use to order files chronologically by default) is today's date. The "Date Taken" (date taken applies to pictures taken with a camera only) is still there so I haven't lost the metadata during my export process. How can I overwrite the "Created Date" to keep the original date (either original Created Date or Date Taken) the file was created and not today's during the LrC export process? The other answers in this forum have been for computer users who are able to utalize their finder/file explorer's ordering sy

Had my whole album selected and accidently clicked Read Metadata From File (especially when its RIGHT NEXT TO Save Metadata to File!!) I put in 4 hours into editing this and one wrong move and POOF! all my hard work completely gone. I'm crushed, please help. This was an amazing album and my hard work is gone. What the hell Adobe couldn't you put in a warning that you're about to obliterate your edits without being able to undo it?     Say your keyword heirarchy is like this:A > B > C D > B > E D > B > F   One of the keywords that appears in the "Keyword Suggestions" box will be "E < B". This suggestion is obviously referring to E < B < D (which is D > B > E). The expected result when clicking this suggestion is that it adds the "E < B < D" keyword to the photo. I was trying to show someone how this work and realized that my setup was gone...so  I went to Export with Email and saw that my gmail account was not configured. So I attempted to add Gmail and hit the  Validate button...see the screenshot, it won't validate. My gmail credentials are correct. What could be going on here?  

This weird problem has happened 3 times now. I'll shut down LR Classic and backup as usual.  Next time I start LRC, I get that corrupt catalog message. "Repair" does not work. Well,  here's what happens.  When i find the active catalog in Finder, somehow the extension is gone. Instead of  Lightroom-catalog-2025-April-1.lrcat The file is actually there but the extension is missing.  It's just: Lightroom-catalog-2025-April-1 If I rename it by just appending .lrcat to that filename, then it opens and works fine. I'm glad the file is still there but this seems like a disaster-in-waiting.  Any idea what's happening?  I'm not having any other system issues.   I have over 100,000 images in LRC and this is disconcerting. MacOS 15.5  MacBook Pro M1  64GB memory  2TB internal SDD I'm attaching a screenshot of the file structure, which looks like it's cluttered with garbage. There are no shortcuts for stacking? This leads me to believe I am missing more than just those, after searching online and finding many more shortcuts that don't work for me. "Group into stack" should be Ctrl+G. I use Lightroom for culling through wedding photos, and as of yesterday's update, any time I increase or decrease the rating of an image (or apply any other kind of edit) it will add 4 hours to the capture time, therefore sending that photo to a random place later in the collection, only for me to find it again as I'm moving through. In fact, it just happened twice, as I edited a photo that had already been changed, and it added 4 more. What in the world??? This could prove to be exceptionally annoying.   Photos are syncing.   LR version 14.1 MacOS 14.7.1 M1 Max

I have Lightroom Classic (updated as of this morning) running on a 2015 iMac and am trying to move most of my folders to an external drive.  The problem is that Lightroom will not recognize the new external drive in the Folders View.  I can see it in the list when I import items but it's not showing up on the Folders View list.  I have imported images to the new external drive so it's not due to zero interaction. I tried to do an "end run" by copying all the folders I wish to move from my internal drive to my new external drive.  I then right clicked on the folder in Folders View and selected "Update Folder Location" and selected the copied folder on the external drive as it will show up in its Finder-type dialog box.  All the files then became "missing" files as it apparently didn't recognize the external drive even though it was an option at that point.   I'm just not sure why it's not showing up in the Folders View.  Does anyone have any

Hi everyone,I have a problem with the library tab in Lightroom Classic 9.2 on Windows 10:When editing a photo in develop mode and then going back to library mode (for example, to add tags), all my edits are "gone". And by all edits I mean everything, also cropping etc. and not only color. I can only see the edits when I go back to develop mode, but not in the previews nor in library mode. This makes it hard to work with the library and its functions (e.g. tags) at all.I noticed that this happens with some, but not with all photos, and especially (although unfortunately not exclusively) with photos where I only cropped or aligned the picture and did not do any further edits! Anyone else had the same problem and came up with a solution?Thank you! This is how the photo looks when I edited/cropped it (and saved metadata already):         As you can see, the photo is unchanged in library mode, uncropped. Hello, I purchased a perpetual license of LIghtroom 3.6 more than 10 years ago.  I need to move it to a new Windows computer I recently purchased.  Is that still possible? Is there a way for me to download version 3.x from Adobe as I still have the license key for it. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.   

Hi. I have Onedrive, like most pcs, and Lightroom stores the catalog files under photos. This automatically gets Onedrive to sync. It's causing me major headaches. Onedrive is asking me to confirm deleting thousands of files--which appear to be previews. At this point I'd like to move lightroom out of onedrive. Can I just copy the files on another internal drive and redirect lightroom to that catalog? Under pictures I have a Lightroom folder and a Lightroom Catalog folder. I think the former is the more current. Does lightroom only create the one folder usually? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I've seen others have this problem but not a sure solution. The people AI mask would not recognize anyone on my desktop or laptop. All the other masks work great! In lightroom when I open the people mask the little wheel spins for just a sec like it's looking for faces then disappears with no faces found. However, if I try to use it in Camera Raw I get the "Unable to load AI selection model" error  The main suggestion I keep seeing was to update the driver in the graphics card. Which I did for both. It actually fixed the problem on my laptop although I never use it for editing only for on-location tethering, so not much help there.  The desktop which actually has a, older, but better graphics card it did not resolve the issue,  Is there anything else I should try?  Graphics Card ( NVIDIA GeForce 730) is about 4 or 5 years old but has 2 gig of Vram. The driver was just updated and was dated 12/22 so should be the very latest. Running WIN 11 Open to any

I recently upgraded my camera from a Nikon D7200 to a D850. For the past nine years all has been fine processing 10,000+ photos in LRC on my PC. Now with the D850, I'm stonewalled. What I have read looking around isn't very encouraging. Is Light Room Classic useless with Nikon gear???

Yes, I know I need to upgrade my desktop computer.  Windows 10,  Intel Core l7-3770 CPU, 3.4 Hz, 32 GB Ram.  However, LRC 14.01 worked fine a week ago, and now does not show preview photos on the import screen.  It also does not show all my files in the Folders section; I have a dedicated external hard drive that has all my photos and it only shows 2 old folders.  I can see them using File Explorer, but LRC does not.   What happened in a week of not being used?
