SummaryAfter Lightroom Classic repaired a corrupted catalog, cloud sync froze indefinitely ("Syncing 186 photos") with no error shown anywhere in the UI. The console log shows the sync engine repeatedly failing to write its DNG-proxy bookkeeping rows because it re-uses row IDs that already exist: the repair left the catalog (.lrcat) and the sync store (Sync.lrdata) restored to inconsistent points in time. Each app relaunch synced exactly ~20 more assets before freezing again. Can i delete this temp folder without causing any problems in adobe programs?

Since the most recent Camera Raw update, all CR3 thumbnails show as purple lines on MacBook Air. Tried trashing and reinstalling Camera Raw and deleting a Mac thumbnail file in the library, but no change. 

I'm having problems tethering my Sony A7R4 camera with Lightroom Classic and would appreciate any advice you can offer.  Basically, my camera is not being recognized when I try to tether it to Lightroom Classic.  However, my camera tethers perfectly with Sony Imaging Edge Desktop Remote.  I am using a brand new Tether Tools USB-C to USB-C tether.  Dell XPS 15 computer running Windows 10 Pro.  I have also tried using an Anker USB-C tether and different ports on my computer (again everything works perfectly with Sony Imaging Edge Desktop Remote).  Is this a known problem?  Are there any special settings, drivers, etc. on my camera, computer, or LrC software that I need to take into consideration?  Really appreciate any advice you are able to provide!  Right now, it just hangs up on this "Detecting Camera" pop-up in included screenshots.

I've tried all the google suggestions, but cannot get the menu headings 'FILE EDIT ..etc .' in Lightroom Classic.    Need this to follow instructions in an Adobe video to fix another problem.

Hello,Lightroom Classic 15.2.1 (on macOS 26.4 in my case) does not correctly reproduce Nikon Zf in-camera presets (my test is on custom presets).In the Library module, the image matches the in-camera look because Lightroom is showing the embedded RAW preview. But in the Develop module, Lightroom switches to its own rendering and applies Camera Flexible Color, which produces colors that are clearly off compared with the Nikon rendering.So although Lightroom appears to support this feature in principle, the current implementation is not accurate enough to be useful. The user is then left trying to reverse-engineer and manually correct the many settings changed by Camera Flexible Color.As it stands, this feature is effectively broken/useless for Nikon Zf files.Here is a side by side view of what is expected and shown correctly in the Library module (left), and what Lightroom’s Develop renders (right). Thanks in advance for considering this bug report.

LRC: 13.5.1Windows 11Lightroom has been really slow for me, and I was sure that facial recognition was turned off, but today I was scanning some photos that had group pictures, and LRC is still recognizing faces when I’ve explicitly turned it off. Note that it was turned off before this screen capture and has been turned off as long as I can remember, but LRC is clearly still doing it. How can I stop this? I don’t want LRC to recognize faces. I don’t want it, don’t need it, and it’s taking computer resources and slowing down my work. Thanks  NB: I am not upgrading to the newest version because it is incompatible with my Fuji GFX100 due to LRC’s native tethering causing issues. Thanks

Please advise: When I try to start LrC 2025 i receive the Error message "The Lightroom Catalog 'file name' is corrupt and cannot be used until it is repaired."  LrC will not open when I double click to start. I also have a permanent banner on my screen stating "Lightroom - Opening Catalog: File Name.psd"  This is on the Windows platform, Windows 11. I have tried re-booting, re-installing LrC, but nothing works.  NOTE: I'm an experienced LrC user, and an inexperienced PS user. Before this happened, I tried to save a file from PS, then import it to LrC after deleting a previous version of the same file.  Please help.

I’m having an issue with the Pixieset Lightroom Classic plugin and need help recovering my published photo associations.My normal workflow is to use separate Lightroom Classic catalogs for different clients. From each catalog, I go to Publish Services → Pixieset, create/select the appropriate Pixieset collection and Highlights set, drag photos from my Lightroom Library into the set, and publish them.Until recently, when I opened one of my Lightroom catalogs and accessed Pixieset under Publish Services, my existing Pixieset collections would appear with the photos already associated with their corresponding sets.Something changed yesterday. Now the collection names and Highlights sets still appear in Lightroom, but they show 0 photos. The actual photos and galleries are still completely intact and visible on my Pixieset account.The behavior is also catalog-dependent: when I open a catalog containing the photos originally associated with a particular collection, those photos can still ap

This behavior occured in the last week, after the latest upadate of Lightroom Classic.  Other approaches yielded the same deletion of the selected image.

When I attempt to open more than one image in an outside editor (photoshop, evoto, etc), from the library module, select all images and then right click, and select edit in, the dialog box about selecting file type appears, however only the active image is copied as a TIFF and opened. I’ve tried deselecting all then reselecting, but no matter what there is an active image and that is the only one that opens.

Description of IssueOn Leica DNG files, Transform > Upright > Guided correctly applies the camera-embedded Perspective Control (LPC) guide lines the first time, as long as the photo has not been edited yet. Clicking Update (“Aktualisieren”) after that does not re-apply the embedded Leica guides. The LPC correction is lost or cannot be recalculated.This is specific to Leica Perspective Control metadata. When importing images from an external drive or an SD card when I click on Import nothing happens except that the menu items “import photos and video” are greyed out. Lightroom worked perfectly earlier this week. Mac Mini M1. 

The darker areas are usually the areas that need denoising the most.  It would be helpful to provide a slider for selecting and identifying this areas and be able to deniise just those areas.  Suggestions for improvement if this is possible.

Hello! I have the latest Lightroom Classic 15.0.1 and have had no problems! But for my latest session I need to use the reflections removal which I've never used before. It allows me to check the reflections removal tool and it loads but then after loading nothing has happened and it won't let me use the slider at all either like it is not applied. 

I'm trying to update some settings on multiple images. In Develop mode, I start by making the corrections to a single image, and then click the "Copy ..." button. I then select multiple images in the Filmstrip and click "Paste". This works just fine, but only on the 1st image/highlighted image, and not the whole selection. Am I doing something wrong here? Shouldn't I be able to update multiple images, at once, like a batch process?Thanks in advance.

In wake of a power outage, when I reopened LrC, ALL of my images had been moved to a new location. Some of which remained intact as thumbnails and others completely missing. Is there any way to revive the current catalog? If so, how? Matthew 

Opened Lightroom Classic 15.5.  Upgraded Library version as requested.  I imported some photos into Lightroom Classic.  After a while, looking through the collection, it automatically closed down.  I had this happen several times.  I ran log collection and uploaded the logs.The log reference is Adobelogs_20260811_075703_590-win-GS.zxp.I could not find a way to log in directly to support on this issue.My system setup CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor (3.70 GHz)RAM: 64 GB DDR4GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (6 GB)System type: 64-bit, x64-based processorOS:  Windows 11 Home Version 25H2  Build 26200.8875 I would like to know how to solve this issue.

Summary:The Map module fails to render any map content. On launch, the world map appears very briefly, then the entire module goes grey and stays grey indefinitely. No persistent error is shown, though a fugitive message reading "Unable to connect to Adobe servers.
