Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Bonjour,Sur mon ancienne version de Lightroom, je pouvais exporter mes photos en définissant un poids fixe d'image, par exemple 800Ko. Et l'esport était optimisé pour cette taille.Je ne retrouve pas cette option dans les nouvelles versions (j'ai la 7.2). On peut définir la dimension, mais pas le poids final.Où retrouver cette option ?

When lightroom mobile support cr3 file?

When I import an image into Lightroom Mobile, it seems to darken my image from original. neer used tobe this way, why now? The files are untouched, the first screenshot is from SD Storage, the second is a screenshot of the same photo after importing into LR, no editing done.BTW, this is unacceptable, Gallery, as of late, has been out performing LR, thinking of a change, as changing the way my photos are shot, is not right.

Where do I find my Edit History panel in the Cloud based Lightroom version?

I bought a samsung s 24 ultra and it comes with lighthouse how do I access it

Cómo modifico el valor predeterminado de matiz en ligthroom.Me aparece con valores positivos apenas abro la aplicación. 

When I open my photograph and try to use the mask function my image on the display is frozen. Then there are weird blocks on the screen, eventually this all goes away. But when I try to change any sliders etc the dropdown menu cant open properly and there is text over text.  Previously my laptop would say that "application is blocked from accessing graphics hardware", and close down Lr leaving a weird black rectangle in the middle of my screen. So i changed it that Lightroom uses my graphics card instead of letting Windows choose. But this has not solved the occasional black rectangle.  All my drivers are up to date (Windows, graphics card, processor) and i have the latest version of Lr. My laptop is also not overheating.  This is so frustrating and is in this moment stopping me from editing my pics. I hope someone can help me, and thank you in advance for your time.  My specs are:HP Omen 15 AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics16

Is there a way to find all duplicates in Lightroom Cloud based rather than manually?

Hallo zusammen. Habe mir die LR Premiumversion geholt. Wenn ich das Smartphone beim bearbeiten der Bilder quer halte friert das Bild ein. Es funktioniert nichts mehr. Das Handy lässt sich weder ausschalten noch lässt sich die App schließen. Nach ca. 10 Minuten geht das Handy aus und startet sich neu. Das ist jedesmal so!habe die neueste Software installiert. Kann mir hier einer weiterhelfen? 

Running MacOS Monterey and just upgraded to lightroom 6.5 and photoshop 2024.  When I select "Edit in photoshop" it will open photoshop 2024 but not the image.  Eventually a message shows up that says "Edit in Photoshp failed - File could not be opened in Photoshop".  I've looked up some articles and have given full access permissions to both LR and PS, but can't get it to work.

I have taken pictures from my camera and imported them into Lightroom Cloud all these pictures were shot in Raw some pictures are showing up raw and others are not. Anyway i could fix this? Newbie here re: Lightroom I have looked at the instructions in Lightroom as well as Youtube instructions but I cannot find a way to simply email pictures from Lightroom.  When I follow the directions on one of the Youtube on this subject, it says look at the drop mdown from the Files tab.  When I click on files, per the video it should show an email option but it doesn't.Have mercy on a newbie and can anyone help. Thanks in advance Wayne

Lightroom Freeze/Crash GPU: AMD Radeon rx 6700 xt, Windows 11 Lightroom version 7.2

I'm here to ask if anyone has had the same problem as me. I own a Google Pixel 7a with Android 14 installed and Lightroom's version should also be the newest one. Recently, whenever I try it my raw files, Lightroom Mobile seems to be having problems with the White Balance options: whenever I set one of the default options such as Automatic, Daylight, Cloudy, Tungsten etc they all give my photos a green-ish tone which obviously has nothing to do with the photo itself. (You can see some examples in the files attached, I've uploaded how the unedited RAW file looks+how it looks with Automatic and Daylight settings)  Moreover, this problem happens only with photos taken with the phone, while it works just fine when editing photos taken with my DSLR and imported on Lightroom or when editing photos taken from the Lightroom camera. I also tried using another app like Snapseed and there the white balance options don't give the same resu

After the most recent Lightroom update on my Ipad, lightroom on my Imac errors with DNG files not compatible with this version. (version 5.5) Imac is late 2013 and cannot accept the new update. Anyone else have this problem? It worked perfectly fine until last week. 

Is it normal for the photos I export in Lightroom Mobile to have these saw teeth? The direct jpg from my camera looks less defined but without that problem, while the already edited and exported Raw presents that problem. I attach a photo of the comparison of the edited photo (left) and the jpg from the camera (right). And export settings.  

Hi. I recently changed my phone. I reinstall lightroom mobile on my new phone and am using the trial version. I only use the app for photo editing and I do not access or use the desktop version. When I log into my account, all of the photos from 2019 are missing. I only have record till October 2018. And in the app, it states that it is synced and backed up. I have uploaded many photos in 2019 and 2020 to the app. Theoretically, even when I change to another phone, all the photos that have been uploaded should be there. I previously change my phone too in 2019 and had no problem retrieving my photos at all using the new phone. But now the file syncing is incomplete and I cannot locate the uploaded photos from Oct 2018 onwards. Please help me to find the missing photos in my lightroom mobile app. Thank you.

Hello, Please excuse the stupid question as I'm new to Lr. I've tried some of the introduction tutorials but I'm struggling with the basic workflow. I've had a 'play' with some photos, to adjust settings etc., and it appears that Lr autosaves the photo? I don't know how to revert to the original photo (or how to perform a 'Save As' so that I can experiment with a photo). I'm sure I'm missing something basic and a simple explanation of how it's supposed to work would be much appreciated. For information, I'm using 'Adobe Photoshop Lightroom' version 7.2 and I have a paid subscription. I'm using a MacBook Pro and the OS is Sonoma v14.3.1.

  Hi All,I have the premium version of Lightroom for IOS, running on an iPhone 15 Pro. I am trying to edit 5.3k GoPro footage, mostly colour grading.However,  most videos, generally the longer ones (over 3s) cannot load or play, nor can I edit them. I get the following error when I try to play. Similarly, I've noticed it says the video is "local-not editable" I'm not sure what this means. Any help is greatly appreciated

I have a one year subscription to lightroom on my iphone. When the 14-day trial ended, I forgot to cancel my subscription. I have read the instructions on how to cancel. Unfortunately, my lightroom login account was disabled without my noticing. Is there any way to cancel now?
