Was passiert jetzt mit diesen Bildern?
Is there a setting where you can have it not auto dim while editing on IPhone products? This is only occuring running the Lightroom software.
Every time I use the healing brush, it crashes and restarts. My app is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Meu lightroom de uma hora pra outra está super lento para exportar. Já reiniciei computador e programa várias vezes, olhei os ajustes e não consigo resolver o problema. Meu computador está com espaço, não há um problema aparente que explique o problema.
Yesterday I got a brand new SD card for my phone and switched the Lightroom storage on it it went well and after 15 minutes I could see all my photos in Lightroom. Then I tried adding more photos to Lightroom and at some point everything crashed, the app closed, when it restarted it was completely empty it was showing no photos at all. After digging in the micro SD card I found back my photos. Lightroom is just ignoring them. Later I tried importing more photos. They don't show up. they show up as ghosts, as blank rectangles. If click on any of them the app says "can't find develop version" I have a paid subscription for Lightroom and 700 photos in my cloud storage. Those are all the photos I could recover out of my 2600 + photos. Opening Lightroom and seeing an empty app was terrifying. Not being able to add any more photos is even worse. I'm feeling terrible I'm having a mental breakdown. Please send help.
Hello. I noticed that I am no longer able to fine tune the color temperate. It is no longer based around '5600' +/-, but rather increments of 1,2,3,4, etc... similar to how adjusting the temp on a mask. I haven't changed any settings, and I would greatly appreciate it if I could be notified of how to get it back to the fine tune. Thank you Wait... I just noticed this is only on a few selected photos. I have provided a screen recording showing where this begins and ends. As I scroll thru the images, you can see how the color temp slider changes.
Hello! I feel like I'm going bonkers trying to find what I feel should be a very obvious setting. I have multiple types of images (scans of traditional art, photography, product photos, etc) that I need to export in different types of settings, including duplicate exports with and without watermarks. However, when I look at the export options in lightroom cc I only find the three base presets and no option to add a custom preset to quickly select. I will provide screenshots of what I am seeing - please let me know if I am just missing something obvious or if the setting is tucked away in a menu somewhere. The last time I used lightroom was on CS6 and I feel like CC Lightroom has way fewer capabilities? Full screen in case I'm missing something obvious.
Hi people, I've experienced a disaster last night. I'm using lightroom mobile since a while and all my photos were stored in the internal storage of my phone. Last night I got a micro SD card, placed it in the phone and switched the storage option to the new micro SD card. Lightroom copied all files onto the card, everything went fine and my 2600 photos were still accessible by lightroom afterwards. I then started importing more photos, from my camera to lightroom via an otg card reader when at some point, something went wrong (I ignore what) and my micro SD just disappeared. I noticed it when I couldn't import photos in lightroom anymore, the app was showing zero photos and my heart sunk. I unmounted my camera's card, restarted my phone, opened lightroom and it started pulling photos from the cloud. It recovered only 700 photos. But as the card was still showing to be full of 37gb of files, I dug into it and found my photos, in many subfolders. I also found folder
When I try to open pictures to edit in Lightroom it doesnt show half of them. When I try to open the picture with Lightroom, like from the picture, it says that its a duplicate. i also can't contact Adobe directly, do you know how to?
When I mport RAW pics from iPhone library to Lightroom mobile they automatically convert to JPEG! I didn't have this issue before and don't know how to fix it.
I want to import the presets to a sub-folder in Lightroom. However, the presets are usually automatically imported to the folder called "User Presets". Also, I cannot change the name of this "User Presets" folder. What I wanna do is to import presets to my designated folder and classify the presets into different sub-folder. How can I do? Thanks
LR shuts down my iMac in the middle of editing - what gives?
I've been using LR with on the iphone with autoupload for well over 5 years now. I recently had my iphone serviced, got a new iphone and restored an icloud backup. My lightroom has been processing the 15000 photos on my iphone for days now. It show 800 new photos imported in January 2023.I created a new folder and set it as the autoimport destination, but for some reason only actual new photos are showing up in there, even though new photos are showing up as imported in all photos view. This gives me a slender thread of hope but it's also super confusing. Is my LR simply going to silently spend days and weeks duplicating thousands of photos? How can LR on iphone react so poorly to a restore from a backup? It's a nightmare to open up my app now and see that it's simply got an endless series of photos to process and ruin my catalog.
I received 78 images on WhstsApp.I recently updated to ios16.1.1when attempting to share the images, Lightroom does not appear on the list of icons. However after tapping the ... symbol, Lightroom shows among others in the share to list of Apps. I rebooted the phone to confirm that the bug is repeatable. See the screen below. Note that I can share a single image as before the update, Also 3 selected images worked OK. However, manually selecting 59 of the original 78 triggered the same error. Manually selecting 21 at a time, everything worked as before the update.
Completely overhauling my workflow, and need input on my proposed workflow and questions about each stage. Workflow: 1) Upload images from camera to External Hard drive.2) Import images from external drive to Lightroom Classic. Cull and edit in Classic Allow Classic to sync my collection to Cloud only after wanted images only remain. This is where questions start:Will Lightroom CC register the edits that I did in Classic if I synced to cloud? If so, how do I import the images into CC to ensure this?3) Import culled/edited images into Lightroom CCAllow cloud sync in CC, this should bring in the images from Classic and their corresponding edits?CC will make its own folder with the original images and edits? Can I move this folder to my external hard drive?4) Have all full-sized, original images with their edits stored on the Cloud I want this, as I am paying for 1tb storage to keep all my images in the cloud as a backup if something happens
Hi. I use Lightroom 8.1.1 for iPhone. For the last couple of days I can't upload photos from google drive. I see the photos in drive when trying to add them to my library but when I select them and click "Open" it looks like trying to upload them but nothing happens. Usually it takes seconds. I tried log out and log in again. I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again. Nothing worked. It gets stucked as shown in the picture. Please help.
Is there anything similar to the ACR Color Sampler Tool in Lightroom? I know there's a white balance eyedropper, but I don't see any way to place reference points on an image so I can compare their numberical values while performing adjustments. For example if I'm adjusting a flat surface like a pencil drawing on paper that's not perfectly lit I would want to adjust it so all 4 corners and the center have the same brightness. In ACR I simply place a few reference points using the Color Sampler Tool and refer to their RGB numbers to quickly fix the image with whatever tools are needed. But in Lightroom I cannot find any similar tool. I know that LR's RGB numbers are only displayed when soft proofing. But there are still RGB% values displayed that could be used. Is that an ACR feature that never found it's way into Lightroom? Thanks to anyone who might know ... 🙂 Russell
1) Even with smart previews enabled and cached on the disk, even with GPU acceleration or not, even with Nvidia panel's forced graphic processor usage, even with 1080p screen and maxed frame rate to 30fps, even with sRGB color profile or the screens' default ones, you cannot preview fast the presets. 2) Also, comparing to the Tablet version, there are NO small preview squares next to each preset's name. On Windows devices, you are forced to mouseover each one, while lagging. Am I missing something here? This is getting really annoying.
First, I am using Lightroom CC. I have historically only performed local backups of images. I only want the cloud storage for when I am traveling. I inadvertently selected the sync option for my entire library at some point, and the system tell me that the storage is 97% full. However, when I go into the creative cloud app to look for files, there are none. What do I do?
I tried to uplaod some presets, but it did not work. It says files are not valid. Since then my Lightroom cannot add any pictures anymore. I tried to uninstall the Lightroom and install it again, but it did not work. I have attached the picture of the error. Can someone help me out with this issue? PS. I am not really very good in the Technical aspects of LR, I just use it for pictures editing. Thanks in advance.
Hey everyone, probably a very stupid to ask but when I create a radial gradient it doesn't display the size options to make the gradient bigger or smaller or change the shape.
With Lightroom CC's "Enhance" feature, enhanced images are duplicated in the DNG file format. However, with thousands of photos in a library, it's difficult to go through and track down every duplicate just to export them. Since we can filter by JPG/JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and others, why can we not yet filter by the DNG format? It would be a huge help for exporting and managing images in my library. It would also help with clearing out cloud space; enhanced DNGs essentially double resolution and slap a ton more metadata on the images, and the resulting files are multipe times larger than the original versions right after import. This feature likely wouldn't be such a huge deal for those with more years of experience and more physical and cloud storage space, but for someone like me, I don't have the money yet to invest in a 1TB subscription. 20GB fills up fast. If anyone who reads this has things to tack onto my idea, please share!
Hi guys, happy Friday! My LR Mobile v.8.1.1 has stopped Sorting Pictures by File Name (this option is not available now), and there is no Search Bar at the top of the page. Also, some earlier photos cannot be loaded referring to Error T20200914:response status 403. Restarting of app/iPhone does not help. Can you advise how to fix this? Many thanks in advance!
I use LRClassic and sync my library to CC so I can edit on the fly. Works well since it doesn't use any of the 20GB limit. When I shoot with my phone or import from my SLR directly to my iPAD, it uses a portion of the 20GB.I want an easy way to see what originals have been directly imported to Lightroom (cloud) so that when the time comes as I get closer to the 20GB limit, I want to know what I can remove from the cloud service (since its already been downloaded locally to Classic and my local backups). I understand from the Sync FAQ, there should be a collection called 'From Lightroom' for this purpose but its missing in my Classic collections. Any advice how I can get this back so I can easily see what is taking up space of my 20GB allowance?
