Hello lovely community members!    Has anyone been able to use this feature on Lightroom? Denoise is alwauys greyed out!    These are uncompressed RAW Images. Never seem to work.    Would love any feedback or comment to have this fixed and get it working.    I remember maybe a year back it used to work. Not sure what Adobe changed to make it not work, sigh.    Thank you! 

Hi!I taking live photos with my canon 5D, so often it's pretty dark. when I edit the photos in lightroom mobile, photos looks how I like, and black is böack and so on. when I export the photos, the saved version looks very grainy, everything that is black looks like white grain. I've teied with all differebt export setting but looks the same. sme thing happends if start zoomin thw photo, first it looks normal and then it just changes to this where black isn't black anymore. I'm pretty new with this all, so could there be something basic stuff that I am doing wrong?I like how the photo looks before I'm exportig but not happy st all after the export. original photos are raw photos. thanks already everybody! -Bobby 

Bonjour, deouis la mise à jour de lightroom, je perds systématiquement l'affichage de l'incrustation lorsque j'utilise les masques. J'ai ré-initialisés les paramètres par défaut, dé-installer ré-installer lightroom, l'incrustation de s'affiche plus comme dans la version précédente. Quelque peut il m'aider? Je trvaillle sur Mac. I finished editing a project in, Lightroom suddenly closed, then I went to the catalog folder and I see strange files that won't open, has this happened to anyone?

When I create a mask and use any of the sliders when zoomed in to 100% the image flickers in and out.  Any ideas?  I am using MacOS  Thanks!

Hello, I have purchased LR yearly subscription on Google play. Right after I purchased it, it works prefectly. But several days later, my profile shows up subscription-out-of-date. Then I just cannot restore my purchase. After I restore purchase in the profile, the welcome page of LR premium came up and told me "Purchase restored". But none of premium features is available. I have deleted and re-installed LR from Google Play but things still the same. Could someone plz help me with this? Thanks. 

as I edit photos and crop i always seem to lose the original file, never to be edited again.  Where do they go or what am i doing wrong??

This applies to cloud-based Lightroom 8.3 for macOS and mobile LR version 10.3.0 for iPad (and other versions of both, I've seen this for a while - it doesn't seem like a new problem). Attached is an example file from my D600 with a Nikon 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5 lens (That is, I was going to upload it but I can't figure out how to make it upload - I get an error about content type image/x-nikon-nef not matching extension "nef" and it deletes my attachment, and can't figure out a way around it. So I'm attaching a version converted to JPEG, it still seems to show the same issue). To see the main problem I'm having, load this file in LightRoom for iPad and try to apply lens corrections. I find it does nothing. When I apply corrections in Lightroom for macOS, it also does nothing at first, but I can at least select the lens in the lens profile dialog. Just updated my Lightroom mobile app, there are a ton of bugs & I regret updating it! It's not downloading the original files, only showing my previews so it won't let me edit the images. The ones I have already edited are reverting to the original form & then won't download since it's only showing me the preview. I'm losing already edited work & it's a big issue! Any fixes? 

Hi All After updating to the latest version of Photoshop Lightroom (being V8.3). I have noticed after, the estimated denoise times have been displaying very inaccurately. I had 249 photos denoising last night. When the denoise slider was at 50%, the estimated time was 83 minutes. When the slider is changed to 100%, the time was 20 seconds. But actually took several hours. This bug is really annoying and majorly affects the way I denoise photos. Once I did the update for LR mobile, now the recommended tab for presets, it says "service not available"........ It only did this once I did the newest update..

It's been a while since I realized that I couldn't use the "create edit replay" in my Lightroom Mobile. I have tried looking around in the forum, reinstalling it, deleting cache, and I have sent the Diagnostic Log(?) file to the relevant email address. Is there any solution for this certain bug? I remember that this is a rather rare occurrence since in the past thread it was said that it was really a very uncommon one.

Can i transfer (copy) images imported to LR CC to an external drive

Just installed latest (as of today) verison of Lightroom CC on my Macbook Pro M4. I already have it running fine on my Macbook M1 Pro. Both using Mac OS 15.4 if im editing an image, then hit G to go back to the libary view, i end up with a panel to the right titled Grid view, and tells me edit tool arent avaible. if i hit I i can get the Info panel, and thne pressing G slides it out of the way when going back to Libary. If i then edit an imabge and press G im back to the Grid message panel. On my M1 mac this doesnt happen. I have trashed the prefernces and unintalled and reintalled twice.

Estou tentando remover uma pessoa da foto, faço a seleção dela, mas não tirar o dedo da tela, automaticamente é selecionado uma área maior que eu desejo, antes eu utilizei diversas vezes essa função e funcionou normalmente, agora está dando esse erro. Na área vermelha é a que eu selecionei, e a branca é o erro que está acontecendo.

When I try to sync videos from my desktop to the cloud using Lightroom mobile, the application does not allow me to sync the videos. It syncs my photos, just fine, but it shows the videos grayed out, and I can't select them for synchronization. I have converted them from Apple format to MP4 and or MOV. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

In the past, I have been able to connect my Canon R6 and or connect a card reader directly to my phone or iPad Pro and hit the add images Button. It would then access the card or camera and show me all the thumbnails as a preview that I can select to import. For the past month or so all of the images are great out, so I cannot see the preview. I can select them, but I cannot see them.when I connect my device or card reader to my laptop, there is no problem. My workflow includes on the go editing and it's very convenient to be able to do this on my phone and or iPad Pro.       I have since having this issue deleted like remote and reinstalled and I have gotten a new phone which has reinstalled. I also have the codec from normal raw to Craw just to see if there was a difference and there is not.
