Hi @yosef_4679 Also, there is an option to submit feedback in the app itself. In the results panel, click the three dots on the thumbnail and use the share feedback option. This will open a form where you can select thumbs up or thumbs down and explain why you were dissatisfied with the result. This form will route your feedback to the AI developer team directly. @louann_7827 You're welcome. If it is due to your company's firewall, it could be that you'll need to allow access to certain domains for the download to work. Thanks @louann_7827 I tested the download, and it downloaded successfully for me. Do you have the option of testing using a different internet connection? This would help determine if the issue is related to your work internet. Does your work provide a high-speed internet connection? Does this happen with all files you try to download when at work or just this specific one?

Hi @tonyfriedbologna I would recommend ensuring your file is a presentation type. Typically, you'll select a presentation template when starting. I'll include a screenshot for reference. When you have a presentation-type file, there is a present option in the top right with a drop-down for playback options that includes that click to advance that Tarun mentioned. Note: Autoplay still requires clicking through the presentation. Hope that helps, Dave
