Submiting an idea for way to have a Color picker and Sliders open at the same time in photoshop. The only way currently, is to use ctrl + option + command to have the 'quick color picker' hud apear while using the brush tool. Its quite labour intensive. Expecially when changing the hue with the 'quick color picker' ctrl + option + command + space. If there was a way to pin the 'quick color picker' so it is always on or add an option to have the Hue Cube/Wheel and Sliders stacked at the same time within the Color panel.Reference Image Attached('quick color picker' on left, RGB Sliders on right, open at the same time)*Edit adding a image of examples of other apps that have the Sliders as a seperate panel from the color panel Thanks
Hi, long time Photoshop user, first time suggesting a feature. Apologies if this is an old request. I'd like to propose a feature within the Brushes panel, for sorting and filtering brush types in Brush Presets. I often get lost in the Brushes panel when searching for specialty brushes. For instance, what if I want to see only Mixer Brush presets? Currently these are spread across many of the add-on brush preset folders, downloaded from Get More Brushes. Like in Fonts, where you can sort and filter by font classes; serif, sans serif, script, etc. Or in Layer type filtering. This could work well for brushes, with different categories of presets. This would improve efficiency in locating brushes for particular tool types and workflows. It could be expanded to sort and filter by brushes with certain characteristics, such as presssure sensitity. Thank you from a grateful Adobe user and instructor.
Get rid of the "Could not use the move tool because no layers are selected." message that pops up when you click anywhere with no layer selected. Or, at the very least, make an option to disable this dialog. In an effort to improve the Adobe cross-platform experience, please disable this pop-up message. I actively use Illustrator and Photoshop together literally every day and in Illustrator, you click off of an object to deselect it. If I do the same thing in Photoshop, I get the redundant dialog. I don't need Photoshop to deselect layers when clicking elsewhere on the canvas, but I do need it to stop showing a message every time I click, either on purpose or on accident, without a layer selected. Seriously, if I click and nothing happens, I know it is because I don't have a layer selected - I don't need a stupid window to pop up every single time to tell me no layer is selected. Please... make it stop. Thank you.
Is there a way to add color to a black and white or grey scale photo? If not there should bean option.
I'd like to pin the color wheel on the screen in the photoshop app for iPad. Is there way to keep the color window from closing automatically? 아이패드용 포토샵 앱에서 색상환 창을 계속 켜놓은 상태로 작업하고 싶은데 방법이 없을까요?
Love the new Remove Tool in Photoshop and the Generative Fill function in the beta version. So powerful and fun to use. But when it comes to eyes and removing glare from glasses, these tools tend to warp and destroy the eyes... Removing glare from glasses is a strugle that takes time, so maybe I'm being a bit optimistic in thinking that a simple remove tool or AI generated function can do the job. But I'm throwing it out there. How about making a dedicated tool for removing glare and reflections, and even shiny forheads and noses? Would be awesome.
Hello, I would like if JPEG XL support was added into Photoshop. It would allow me to use single format for lossy and lossless photos. Thanks.
It is my humble opinion that Photoshop would be even better if a separate tab called AI was given in the Photoshop menu bar and everything related to AI was given in it. I kindly request you to consider this.
I would like propose the idea of having a toolbar of Quick Access Tools that allow a user to have quick access to often-used tools and actions. I've been photographing for 26 years with over 15 of those years as a professional photographer. I find myself using the same workflow for each photo. For instance, I use the remove tool alot for blemishes and an action for reducing undereye circles. Rather than bouncing all around the tools and action settings, it would be nice to have my favorite tools and actions in one area, kind of like a toolbag of the two together than I can reach into and access quickly and that I can label. I often use the Remove Tool, for instance, to remove blemishes as I previously mentioned. It would be nice to create a specific size Remove Tool Brush and label it "Remove Blemishes." You get the idea. I would love this to be implemented in the near future--it would be a big help! Thank you.
Lets have same kind of anchors working in Photoshop please. Photoshop layer system hasn't got any update for years . It fills so ancient and so outdated and layesr UI is so inconvenient and misleading with all those countless redundunt smart objects copies hiden in clipping stacks inside another stacks. I sometimes couldn't figure out a thing in my own files. Lets do smart masks with anchors or something . All those AI features are nice and cool but mostly useless for actual image editing work. Lets have some advancement in other areas please.
Please Adobe, make true support of SBSAR files in Photoshop. It's 100% useless currently. Nothing really works . Or better just let us use sbs files as custom filters. Please, lets sbsar read from a layer RGBA channels at least .
Use gen fill to give multiple renders in one prompt or one click of a button , one for every angle. The same way Adobe illustrator has the option to generate every angle from the turntable feature. This is helpful for me as it give me the option to see the angle I wanted and see other that may work but had not been considered.
I'm a tablet user and I can't use Photoshop Web because it's not customizable enough for my needs. I need to put icons in specific places because otherwise the pop-up windows, like the layers window, take up too much space. I'd like the interface improved in that area.
MAX Feature Request: add adobe stock integraton into Photoshop-Angela C. and Christine C
This would be amazing
It will be great to have PS on the web like Figma. Online version where users can collaborate freely, make edits and do updates together. Amazon- downloading templates take a lot of time. We have thousands of assests but it is alwyas a long wait before they can be downloaded. Is there a way we can make it fast? - Nathy and Carolina (Amazon Music)
There are often many features that seem amazing, but are not available in my current workflow which does not switch between web and desktop versions of the same app. Having these intergrated into the desktop beta quicker would help desktop users stay up-to-date and knowledable with the developement of the program. Anytime I have a text field that doesn't show the copy (e.g. after changing the font or text size, the text in the field becomes too large to show up), the text field becomes impossible to edit. If the text tool would click into the text field, that'd be very helpful. Unfortunately with text fields, it will only click into existing text or showing text and it doesn't see any lines with just a return in it as text.
The Layer Alignment should have an option drop-down which lets users choose an option "Align Visually"Align Visually will align the layers based on visible pixels of each layer instead of aligning the layers based on Layer Bounds.
I'm adding this to the pile because apparently it's been around for almost a decade. Using alt+drag on locked layers will cause them to duplicate like unlocked layers. I think this has happened to me before but I just noticed it now. Regardless, if you guys would like this to be a feature, just add the option to toggle it off in the preferences becuase otherwise, It's inconvenient as all hell. I would like to not duplicate my locked background layer everytime I just miss the element I'm trying to click or worse, when I try to duplicate something underneath my locked vingette layer.
In addition to aerial lanscape photography that I conduct through the open window of my small personal airplane, on occasion I photograph landscape through the high quality glass of a jet airliner's pressurized cockpit windows. Such glass is distortion-free except for small random imperfections, usually at the edges of the pane; however, some panes have otherwise acceptable minor distortions on the middle area, causing problems for me as a photographer rather than as a pilot. Such imperfections can "smear" part of an otherwise sharp image. Attached is an example I recently photogrpahed with a Leica Q2 through the flat, thick glass of a Boeing 737's cockpit side-window above the Alaska Range with Denali on the horizon. Save for a very subtle softening in a small area along the left edge, overall the photograph is as sharp as I can expect from a Q2, except for the distortion seen at the bottom in one area, as seen in the screenshot of the cropped-in image. Other 737s in the fleet ha
I don't seem to have a side scrolling bar and cant find the settings on the web page.
I couldn't get Lightroom nor PS to stich these 3 images and a free online site did it in 3 seconds. You can do better than that, Adobe.
If I crop my image (Original Ratio) and I click the ruler icon, draw a line the image is rotated AND cropped correctly - over all the years perfect. But if I crop but hold CTRL and draw the ruler line with this "other ruler"(?) the image is also rotated - but NOT cropped. Is this a bug or a feature?
The Vertical Type Tool has quietly disappeared from the toolbar in Photoshop 2025.For Japanese and other East Asian users, vertical text isn’t a niche feature — it’s the foundation of how we write.Having to dig into “Type → Convert to Vertical Text” for something so fundamental feels like a step backward in usability.A tool this essential deserves a visible place on the toolbar, just as it always had.I’m not asking for an extra feature — I’m asking for something that was already essential. Please bring the Vertical Type Tool back to the toolbar.Respectfully,Strong Ninja(who moves silently, but types vertically)
