I'm having problems with AI in Photoshop 2025. The service does not respond to the command I wrote in the area I selected in the picture. Please check your internet connection. It says and I couldn't figure it out, help.

Hi all,   I am a long time use of Photoshop CC but had not updated for the last couple of updates, 19.1.7 and 20.0.1. I ended up installing 20.0.1 as I thought it would include the updates for 19.1.7. However, I am being prompted to do a download Photoshop CC 19.1.7. Do I need to now install 19.1.7? If I do will 20.0.01 still be the latest installed on my computer? Do I just ignore 19.1.7?   Thanks for any assistance, Lance

Bonjour Après avoir sélectionné la zone que je veux dupliquer (alt+ clic) le alt+ clic se tranforme en symbole d'outil de déplacement. Et si je bouge la souris la fenêtre se déplace. Avant je n'avais pas ce problème. Photoshop Cs4  win 7 Merci pour l'aide.  

Hello!  I have the same version of Photoshop installed on my work and personal computers, using the same CC account on both... When I try to scale proportionally (holding shift with Legacy Free Transform or using the link button at the bar) on my work pc, it only works with the diagonal arrows.. the "maitain aspect radio" disables when I try to scale the sides/top/bottom. On my personal pc everything works fine, it will keep the ratio no matter where I drag the image. I already tried uninstalling and installing again on my work pc, but NOTHING seems to fix this. Help please? 

I'm not sure what to even call this.  I've tried looking it up and tried everything I found an nothing is working. When I open an image in Photoshop to edit it, it's fine when it's fit on the screen, but when I zoom in, it just starts moving across the screen!  Like wandering off to the left.  It was working fine yesterday. Browswer windows seem to be working fine, in some of my Windows apps it's doing it too (scrolling for no reason).  I'm using Photoshop 2023 and Windows 11, ASUS Tuf Gaming Laptop Here is what I've tried so far:1. Turn off Overscroll in Photoshop 2. Uninstall the last 3 Windows Updates3. Update the NVIDIA driver NOTHING has worked. It's still doing the same exact thing. I can't edit pictures if they won't stay still when I zoom in! Please tell me it's something stupid that I'm just not seeing.  I tried to google it and most results told me how to make animated pictures. Not at all what I want. I want them to STOP moving. T

              This issue keeps coming back and I'm getting frustrated. Everytime when I want to use the gradient tool, it shows this error and when clicking OK PS shuts down without saving. I can select the gradient tool and place it, but when I want to make changes to the gradient this happens. Doesn't matter what change I would like to make, when working in the gradient always an error and shutting down.  I did reset my tools and it didn't show the error first time trying, but then again the issue was back. 最近使ったものが表示しないし、すべてのファイルを表示で履歴が見えたとしても開くことができない

Hi!   This is my first time having such a problem, I can't seem to find my brushes when i want to import them. They appear no problem when i look into my folder but once i am typing .abr (so it shows them all no matter how old) it doesn't show anything. Yet, they are still there in my folders.    I am on the latest version of Photoshop (V.26) and the latest version of Mac OS (Sequoia 15.1.)   Here are some screenshots to illustrate the problem (I put comments in between each of them for more explanation) :    Because my U.I is in french I will provide explanation for each pictures. This one is me opening "Import brushes"     This one is me showing that my brush file does exist whithin my finder files and I can open it as it shows, so far, no problem.       And now here is the problem, as you can see, I searched in the search bar for ".abr" which is the format of photoshop brushes. But nothing comes up.    Which means i

 Currently, when we load a .msh file in Photoshop’s Liquify: It always treats the current image as the original, and the mesh warps it forward.What I'm suggesting is to give us the choice to treat the current image as either the "original" or the "final" state when loading a .msh file.That way:If we treat the current image as the final (warped) state, Photoshop could reverse the mesh and reconstruct the original.If we treat it as the original state (like it does now), it will apply the warp as usual.

This is the run around support I get after an hour. Hi, I have recently updated Photoshop CS6 to PS25 and have experienced poor operation on my Windows 10 desktop.  The issues of very slow performance caused me to cancel the plan and I wish to reinstate the ols CS6 plan, which worked perfectly for a long time. Guten Tag,    ich habe einen extrem nerviges Problem.   Ich möchte eine Aktion zum Speichern meiner Datein erstellen. Ich möchte meine Bilder als JPG speichern.   Egal welche Variante ich nutze. Beim Ausführen der Aktion geschieht entweder das überschreiben der vorherhigen Datei, weil Photoshop (warum auch immer) den Dateinamen mit abspeichert. Oder Photoshop fragt mich nach dem Speicherort und dem Format. Dabei ist Jpg nicht auswählbar und ich muss auf "Kopie Speichern" klicken. Das ist immens nervig und zeitfressend. Ich habe PS 24.7, vor der 24 Version hat alles immer wunderbar funktioniert.    Ich habe den Chat auch bereits mehrmals um Hilfe gebeten und es wird immer das gleiche vorgeschlagen. "Die Einstellungen zurückzusetzen". Ich habe aber keine Einstellungen vorgenommen. Nach erstmaligen Einstellungen zurücksetzen muss ich jedoch zugeben, funktioniert die Aktion dann auch, wenn ich PS aber Neustarte habe ich das Problem erneut.    Ich hab

So when I'm using photoshop and I go to Camera Raw filter and when I click on the masking tool, a little window pops up with a fox telling me that there have been important masking changes and photoshop then freezes and I have to force close it. I can use every other feature in photoshop and camera raw except the masking tool in camera raw.  Nothing I've done seems to work. I called adobe but that was no help as I couldn't understand a single word that the person was saying. Can anyone help?  

I have used Camera Raw for years with no problem, two days ago it started have a strange anomaly in bright areas such as a sunrise, the sun has a bright red blob. have tried various fixes, to no avail. It occurs with both JPG or NEF files. Sample attached. I am stumped - help!

Any Idea how to fix this? Latest update, tried force quit, tried to change the 'theme', has no effect. Was like this before and after I updated the app. I just want it to go back to grey

Boa tarde.Estou com um problema. o meu macbook pro tem um disco pequeno. Instalei um disco externo samsung NVMe 960 Evo.O problema é que quando configuro o disco de trabalho, o espaço livre do disco externo é sempre igual ao disco interno, tendo espaços livres muito diferentes, o interno com 6Gb e o externo com mais de 400Gb. Como resolvo, já desinstalei e voltei a instalar? Obrigado

Bonjour,  J'ai souscrit il y a plusieurs mois à la formule photo incluant notamment Photoshop et Lightroom. Je possède 100 crédits IA ce qui clairement est insuffisant pour effacer correctement des éléments. En discutant avec des amies photographes, elles m'indiquent qu'elles ont plus que 100 crédits avec la même formule. Lorsque je regarde dans le tableau des crédits, 100 crédits correspond à une seule application, hors j'en ai déjà au moins deux ... Je ne trouve la réponse nulle part pour la formule photo. Quelqu'un a t'il une piste ? Bon weekend !

Olá, o meu aplicativo no meu celular (android) atualizou faz 4 dias e desde em tão não consigo usa-lo, quando entro para editar uma foto ele fecha na hora, já tentei de tudo que já vi na Internet mas não deu certo. Não queria desistalar o aplicativo e instalar de novo pq vou perder muita coisa
