Hello, this is just an idea. Pretty sure other users might already have suggested that, but it would be amazing if Photoshop CC (for desktop) had a timelapse screen recorder just like Procreate and Clip Studio Paint do. Yes, I'm aware you can record your screen with 3rd party apps like OBS, but sometimes the entire process is too lengthy and it can take days or weeks. Adding a similar feature would be a big change because it only tracks a record of the "actions" performed along the way and not the time gaps or the entire duration of the work. Most artists from every area use that feature on social media and adding it to the desktop version could bring great value to the program.Thank you if you read this. --If you agree and would like to see this feature on the program please upvote this thread.🤩
I feel that there are too many conflicting options and built-in limitations with all the different methods to export PNG and JPEG files. I think it is time for some housekeeping. This becomes obvious when put into a table: Photoshop 2024 (25.4.0) Export As Resolution Metadata (PPI) ICC Profile JPEG Metadata: Copyright & Contact Info Removed Retained JPEG Metadata: None Removed Retained PNG Metadata: Copyright & Contact Info Retained Retained PNG Metadata: None Retained Retained Quick Export Resolution Metadata (PPI) ICC Profile JPEG Metadata: None Removed Removed PNG Metadata: None Retained Removed My suggestion is to simplify and bring cohesion to these export methods. Simply put, allow the user option to include or exclude both ICC profile and resolution metadata for PNG and JPEG formats in Export As and Quick Export. I have posted a bug report regarding the Export As and Qu
I'm trying to export a large number of files with an action that will allow me to export individual layers as a png with transparency file.. and I've seen that there is no way to select Generate Image Asset into an photoshop Action. I've tried including a Export Layers to Files step into my action but then all the files are exported with the first opened file name as a prefix and layers keep getting renamed (Pic1) Also.. when I'm using Generate Image asset on a file to export layers as pngs with transparency the resulting files are trimmed and there is no way to avoid that. Making a way to include a shortcut (to Generate Image Aseets in this particular case) as a step in an action would be awesome.
Until recently when I discovered Kyle Webster's brushes for PS, I had always done my illustration and comic work in Clip Studio Paint.I've almost completely moved back over to PS now thanks to those brushes, however, there's one feature in CSP that is keeping me there for comic work, and that's the ability to set a layer as a ref layer, which makes colouring so much easier when you set the brushes to anti-overflow as the ink doesn't go past the line art above it. If PS had this feature it would be amazing.
I would like to embed metadata field values in text layers using metacommands such as those used in Lightroom's Filename Template Editor, for example, {Title} or {Creator}, etc.
When I hit auto select, I'll go through all of them and it would be really nice to be able to remember a number of the ones I liked so I can compare them. I'm finding myself going back to see which one I like more and I can find the first one I liked. So having a number under them or a way to remove the ones you don't like so you can look at the ones you do side by side, I'm would make it much easier
The new User Adjustment Presets is a handy feature. I have some use cases where it would be helpful to have the LAYER MASK(S) saved with the corresponding adjustment layers. I propose, if there is a layer mask on the adjustment layer, that the layer mask be saved in the preset. One can alternatively drop the layer mask before saving the adjustment layer as a preset.
Dear Adobe Photoshop Team, I am writing to propose the addition of an automatic gender detection feature within the Camera Raw person selection tool in Adobe Photoshop. This feature would significantly enhance the editing workflow, especially for photographers and editors who work extensively with portraits and images involving people.Feature Description:The proposed feature would automatically detect and categorize individuals in an image by gender within the Camera Raw interface. This would allow users to apply targeted adjustments and effects based on the gender classification, streamlining workflows for tasks such as batch processing, targeted retouching, and personalized adjustments.Benefits:Efficiency in Workflow: Automating the process of gender detection could save editors considerable time, especially when working with large batches of images. This would eliminate the need for manual selection and categorization, allowing for quicker adjustments and enhancements.Targeted
Siempre que trazo algo y le doy nueva seleccion, me aparece la seleccion invertida.. osea aparece seleccionado el entorno...quiera que empezara con el objeto seleccionado, como cambio eso?
I would really like to be able to scale the UI in Photoshop the same way it can be scaled in Illustrator and InDesign. The 100%/200% options are not adequate, and don't scale in the same way that the other apps do. Is it possible to implement a slider scale in PS?
We can introduce Convert photos to vector art or outline style like comics. more detailed and with enhanced Ai output
If the Adobe team or someone from Adobe is reading this...Can you guys make Photoshop (Web) have more tools or stuff, becasue the Photoshop web app is petty bare-bones. It doesn't have tools unlike Photopea, photopea is petty much a full desktop Photoshop, but on the web! Was making a full desktop Photoshop on the web for Adobe was too hard for them or something, aint you guys have lot of money. Photoshop (Web) needs more inpovement... Let me show you this! Even CANVA has somethings that Photoshop (Web) dosen't! This post is for all my ChromeOS (Chromebooks) and my Linux boys! Photoshop (Web) [Looks barebones!] Photopea [Looks like a full desktop app, but its not!]
Hi there! I love photoshop and I love drawing on the iPad Pro ! However, it looks like there is no way to do FILL COLOUR MASK such as the computer version... So useful to modify easily the color after creating it. Also awesome to color using only black and white on the mask... Please add it to the next UPDATE Why having two apps so close the one to the other (Photoshop and Fresco...)??? Fresco can deal with the guides and create perspective guides! Whaouuu and Photoshop not?... why? Please merge these two Bro' app one day! Or at least let me create cool guides in photoshop iPad... Favorite brushes: how do you deal with your favorite brushes on Photoshop iPad? I constantly search for the previous ones and the Hide/show/delete in the Brush Manager is sooo boring. Just add a star next to the brush and add it as favorite when drawing. If anyone got tips or solution for the above, please help, otherwise APPLE TEAM PLEASE develop these great tools soon! We are getting so
There's an option to Soft Proof in the Develop module of Lightroom but as far as I can see it's not available in the Camera Raw filter in PS.This is a nuisance (for me) as it's necessary to add separate adjustment layers to an image using soft proofing mode which are less versatile than the adjustments available in Camera Raw.
If it is possible to control the speed of Flick Panning, navigating the image would be very handy and convenient to handle big documents. It would be very helpful.
I just picked up a Sirui lens with 1.6x anamorphic squeeze. I am using it mostly for stills. Camera Raw does not have an anamorphic desqueeze option. Neither does Lightroom as far as I can tell. In Camera Raw under Geometry there is an "aspect" slider, but it vaguely goes from -100 to 100, and at -100 it only stretches the aspect ratio by about 1.2. And it shrinks the vertical resolution in the process.... Can we please have a proper pixel aspect ratio option that allows you to type in a custom value as a decimal of a percentage (eg. 150% is 1.50)? And if it's stretching the pixel horizontally, it doesn't affect the vertical resolution; and vice versa.
目前色板缩小到最小是这个状态,但是我只想要显示历史颜色就足够了,能否取消色板缩放限制,使得我能够像下图一样方便使用
Could we have Crop tool triggering Content-Aware Fill also in instances when we're not cropping out or in but use crop tool to move the image (left right up down) and thus create new image space?Right now this doesn't let us use Content-Aware Fill and we need to scale the crop even just a bit in or out to fill that new part of the image.
Auto AI resizing in Photoshop using the one ad size to multiple ad sizes. e.g. We have created one 300px x 250px ad and on one click the layout will reflect on all horizontal sizes using artboard. It seems Creatopy has been implemented already, Maybe, I am late to the party. Please refer to the below link. (Timestamp: 1:43)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLLmJjgPIJk Hoping for the best. Thank you!Girish Dalvi
The Neural Filters Colorize option always has somethings that need to be fixed. Colors usually bleed from one object to the next. Part of the image usually has the correct color but identifying that color correctly is almost impossible. Why not add a color picker so that we can get the exact color.
Is there a reason why Save for Web > Save Optimized As doesn't let us copy and paste directory path? It feels like this PS pop up window belongs to Windows 3.1.Forcing us to click through folders in search of the destination folder on that little pop-up window makes this saving system clunky and inefficient.I already have my destination folder opened in Windows Explorer. The directory path with its' subfolders is long. Why can't I copy this directory path and paste it to Photoshop "Save Optimized As" to save myself time and frustration? Imagine if you have to do this multiple times on daily basis...In short,Please make "Save Optimized As" pop-up window to look like "Save As" pop-up window.Thanks.
Once again, I've accidentally closed photoshop after flattening an image to print. Most of my typical projects will be saved as either 11x17 or 24x36 pdf. I usually just flatten the image, print, then undo to retain all the layers and edits, since I know I'll be making minor adjustments here and there. I've read many posts about duplicating the original file first, then flattening the copy... and it just seems more tedious than "good practice." Why can't that there be an option for saving to pdf that allows the project to be temporarily flattened, then revert back to the original once the print is complete? Wouldn't that eliminate the need for duplicate files? I recognize when saving to jpeg it automatically flattens the image, but why not provide that option for pdf?
Why not add the ability to mask the face, eyes, clothes, hair etc to photoshop the way that lightroom does it? this will be so much better and precise.
Please add full image path information to image tab (mouseover or right-click)."reveal in explorer" is an unnecessary step - photoshop knows, where the image is located when it is loaded - so just make this information visible without leaving PS.
I think that Conditional Actions are long overdue for some additions. Conditional Actions only support two main categories of features – Document and Layer properties. What other categories would you like to see added? I think that checking for the existence of the following would make a good start: Document - Has Spot Channels (specifically spot, not just generic alphas) Document - Has Paths (not vector shape layer content) Document - Has Clipping Paths (not only a path) Layer - Is Text Layer Or should these be split into new categories for Channels and Paths and not grouped under Document? What would you like to see added? Please vote on the main topic and add your thoughts. Some additional ideas here: http://actionlogic.blogspot.com/2006/03/sivas-photoshop-conditional-action.html
