Photoshop (Beta)

I click the generative fill button, whether I write something in it or just leave it blank it starts going and then stops after half a second or two and goes back to the original screen where I can type something in and click "generative fill". Can't use older versions cause the fill isn't available there(?). I just get error 400 bad request. I have the newest update, however I see that for me that's 24.7 but googling around I see there's an update 25.0 which might be unavailable to me? Would appriciate any fixes or anything, thank you!

Generative fill is not working, I have the latest beta app, it is not working even after I tried the older version.The option is not grayed out for me, it is enabled. But after I typed something, it starts processing then there is no generative graphics. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried the older version, I tried signout from Behance, and I tried signout from the creative cloud, after trying all these options still I couldn't use the generative fill option. please assist somebody to sort this issue out.

How can I save my PS beta file? I've tried save, save as, save for web - with no success at all.

When I want to transfer photo from Lightroom classic to Photoshop Beta, after the lates update, I get a message that photo cannot be transfered because Photoshop Beta will not start. Before update everything was working with no bug. My comp is Apple studio 2022

Hei! Trying the new beta AI PS. Wow, pretty cool. You probably know all about this but one immediate issue I noticed is the AI has problems with prodviding seamless coverage for new interventions for areas of the canvas which have been previously been expanded - pic attached shows expanded area in red. The mountain were added first to the right handside, then the image expanded to include the red box area then some lighting effects were added but these did not expand into the redbox area - also for any other image intervention I attempt to add to this combined area. hello i am unable to use refine edge, refine hair, quick selection and even lasso during select and mask mode in photoshop 2024/beta, may i know what happened? is it a bug or did i make a mistake unknowingly? thanks 

When I click on generate the progress bar shows up and gets about a quarter in and then disappears and nothing happens. I am on a Mac using Ventura 13.5

I've tried opening the Photoshop Beta version many times. I've even restarted the computer multiple times, but still can't open it. Please help me resolve this issue! Thank you. 

Greetings,  I'm trying to install the new Photoshop beta and am directed to adobe creative cloud for a download link to beta, then install from there. My problem is even after uninstalling and reinstalling adobe creative cloud using the adobe uninstaller, I get the same issue.  Install complete.  Then it says initalizing and just hangs forever. Is there a way to install Photoshop beta without using the adobe creative cloud app? Thanks Bill

Maybe not a "bug" per se, but I used generative fill for the top 1/3 of what's in view in this screenshot. As you can see the bottom 2/3 has very sharp defined lines but the top 1/3 looks like have enlarged the image beyond what's acceptable but I havne't enlarged it at all. I did do the generate fill while zoomed out to be able to see the entire image but that's it 🤷‍♂

Just upgraded Beta v25.0 today and it keeps crashing before being able to load the photo. The first few times I saw a segmentation fault (SIGSEGV), but now it's silently crashing. Prior to upgrading today, things were fine. Anyone else seeing this?

Since the last update, when saving it seems to stick and not finish saving.  stops at 99%.  Have to force shut it all down and restart.

While using the background remover tool photoshop ramdomly freezes. Thank god it still lets you save the image as is but so frustrating to have to close and reopen over and over. Any fixes or am I the only one? Using Photoshop (Beta - version 24.7). Happens after removeing background and while using the +/- options to clean around edges.

I had removed a background from a photo with a flower. This was done, but not very precise. while I was correcting the mask, adding and substracting the program crashed.

Can one go back to previous editions of beta?  This new one seems worse than previously (see my two posts).  Thanks.

Why thetre is no Photoshop Beta in the list of my applications? It appears in the list of updates only. The last update leaded to the problem with the launch of the application, so I would like to return the previous version. But I cannot do that, because there is no Photoshop Beta in the apps list

HiI have MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM and 500 GB of storage, along with fast Wifi.  Everytime I turn on Beta, I get this message (Your grapics proessor is incompatible. OpenCL unvailable, insufficient VRAM. Does this mean I will never be able to operate it on this Mac? 

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help me sort out this issue. I tried to update Photoshop Beta to 25 from 24.7.0 but could not see the 25 version in my CC, so I uninstalled and reinstalled CC hoping to fix it. Instead, I now don't have Photoshop Beta in my list of apps to install in the Beta tab of CC.  There is a box above asking me to try it out, but when I click on the link nothing happens. Probably because it is still installed on my desktop and I can't uninstall if I wanted to, 'cos that option isn't available either. Any suggestions, advice, help is most welcome. 🙏

when i try to do somethink with ai it doesnt load and i cant do my job

I have a series of photos that I would like to add a generative AI backround to. Is there a way I can submit all photos, tell photoshop how much bigger I want them to be and then leave it to add the backrounds to all photos? Rather than having to open every photo invididually and manually add the AI backround to each? Thanks

I down loaded latest LRC and PS Beta V25* Opened up both LRC and PS (Beta) in LRC, I chose to edit image in PS and it works fine.* I closed the Beta and started regular PS and tried the same thing, then get the answer that LRC does not find PS 2024.*Finally tried to uninstall the Beta and just keep the regular ones, then Edit in PS is greyed out. Under LRC's settings, Photoshop is grayed out there as well.Can't you rename PS 2023 to PS 2024 so that it is found by LRC?

Tengo un error al crear la capa generativa. Hago la selección, introduzco el prompt y todo bien hasta que genera la capa. Cuando la capa se genera, se queda marcada la selección en lo que se genera ya que se queda la capa algo más oscura. Hago captura de pantalla para que se comprenda mejor.  

When selecting "Subtract from Selection" from the already selected area, it behaves like a normal selection instead of subtracting from the already selected path. It makes the selection of that path instead of subtracting that path. I tried this with multiple different selections but the result is the same.  Please help rectify this bug. As a workaround, I am using Lasso Tool in '-' mode. Thank you,Nayan Soni Photography
