Photoshop (Beta)

According to the VFX Reference Platform Photoshop is using an outdated OCIO version (2025). Please update to the latest version (2.5x 2026).I’ll omit a deeper description of my system etc. because this bug affects all platforms and color managed pipelines.
It used to happen live, now you need to tab out of the field in order to have the preview update.
Smart Sharpen dialog panel error when accessing adjustment sliders section.
With you’re latest update, which I did today, I was adding masks suing the landscape function to create a few masks and made my adjustments but when I hit toggle visibility the mask does disappear but then when I unclci it takes a long time for the masks to reappear. I’ve noticed other issues but this one’s pretty annoying.
After the update, it’s not possible to select the generative AI engine because they are not visible.
In the latest Ps, 27.7? program is way slower than the previous versions
Since updating to Photoshop Beta 27.6, the model selection interface in the Contextual Task Bar has become non-functional. While the 'Choose a model' dialog box triggers and opens correctly, the selection pane remains entirely blank, failing to load or display any available AI models (Firefly, Gemini, or Partner models). This is a persistent regression; the feature was fully functional in previous beta version, current version : Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.7.0 20260415.m.3506 55a492a x64 (beta, PublicBeta)

Apply image drop down used to default to the last used , it now does not and you have to manually enter settings each time.
Partner models doesnt show up when i try to generate , It only shows firefly in the begining and after few firefly generation partner models shows up, when i try to generate on a empty layer, there is no other models except firefly, once i generate with firefly and create new empty layer and try to generate then all models shows up, kindly fix the buy , very annoying. Thanks
Just like described in the subject, worked perfectly until I updated today and now the GPU fails.
some wires removed, but not all
Mac OS 26.4.1Photoshop Beta 27.7After selecting a layer or selecting part of an image, the bar for “generative fill” pops up too close to the selection. I have to keep moving the bar away from the area I am working on. It interferes with my work flow. There is no need for it to keep popping up every time I make a selection. If I want to use it, I know where to find it. I think it should appear below the image or on the bottom as the “select image” bar does.
I have plenty of credits to use, but no model to choose from.
When I am in Bridge, I have set the option to open images automatically into Photoshop Beta. When I do this the first time it seems to work fine, but when I select new images to open it fails to open them. The Photoshop Beta then fails to quit and I have to force quit and restartI’ve updated to the latest version of Bridge and Photoshop Beta, I’ve closed everything down and rebooted my system and I am still experiencing the same problems.
I can repeat this every time with this image, but I haven’t tried with other images; I’ll give that a go.I also just noticed that if I reduce the size of this image, I couldn’t repeat the issue. I’ve zipped the original version to attach it to this message so you should be able to repeat it with that.Steps to repeat:On the layer ‘Post’, CMD+click the layer to select the pixels * CMD+T to transform selection Click Rotate Object on the context toolbar You should still see the entire wooden post, now as an interactive 3D object Rotate it slightly around the Y axis using the blue handle at the bottom of the transform box Click Done on the context toolbar The wooden post disappears, leaving only the circular sign* If you don’t select the pixels, and just hit CMD+T > Rotate Object there’s a different issue: The wooden post disappears as soon as it enters the 3D editing mode. I’m on version 27.6.0, can’t see any further build references or build numbers.
After the latest Beta update, the Beta version crashes when clicking on a photo, both with the mouse and with the Wacom drawing tablet! I have reverted to version 27.5.0 (so I am not installing the update that is currently available).
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Generative Fill / Generate in Photoshop BETA.After selecting an area in the image and clicking Generate, the following error message appears:“There was a problem and your request could not be completed. Please try again later.”The issue happens consistently every time I try to use the feature.Could you please help identify what may be causing this issue and how to fix it? Thank you.
You have to fix again every preset-color settings - preferences etc from scratch
I’m on Windows. I have the correct update. It won’t respond when I try to remove distractions that I wanted to keep with the “-” button.
Full version PS runs fine.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the new Gen fill dialog box (Apr 7 beta). But the escape key is still disabled to cancel out of it. Is this intentional? I assumed it was a bug and was a quick fix.
