Photoshop Elements

I do not use the Organizer at all and am having storage issues. Is it possible to delete the Organizer folder from Program files? I only need the Editor. I'm using PSE 2019. I keep getting "scratch disk is full" messages.

 I am trying install Adobe Elements so that Bridge will work with it, but I need help. Bridge worked well with Elements on the previous computer (which died recently), so I am reinstalling on the new computer now. My goal is to open a batch of several raw files for use in Elements, and this used to work on the previous computer. However now on the new computer reinstalls, even though Elements is present there, trying to open menu Bridge - Preferences - Camera Raw Preferences just immediately says Camera Raw is disabled - Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed. But Elements should qualify (and used to work), and Elements itself (menu File - Open in Camera Raw) can easily open a raw file and Camera Raw OK, works as before with Elements, and from Elements, ACR can put the RGB file into Elements as it should. I have been adding photos to a folder that is setup as a watch folder for a long time without any issue.  Everytime I have added a photos to the folder, the next time I go into orginize I have been notified and presented with the new files.  Today, after adding about a dozen photos I opened orginizer and nothing happend.  Even after rebooting my computer and repairing the catlog the import window is not appering.  Nothing came up in my search for help on this so I would appreciate help on resolving this. ThanksCharles

My eraser was working fine yesterday and then suddenly instead of  erasing and leaving the base photo intact, it is erasing right down through everything and the under lying color which is showing (bsically making the eraser a paint brush". This happens no matter what typr of eraser tool I select.  Any help on how I can get it back to it erasing only what needs to be erased and leaving the core iamge intact would be appreciated. I have tried resetting the tool to default settings.I cannot figure it out. Thank you Core image  placed a white X on it tried to erase the white X

I have been using Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14 for many years. This year I upgraded to Premiere Elements 2022 to take advantage of the new Shadow/Highlight effect. When I started Photoshop Elements 14 this morning, I was asked to purchase the product.  The screens did allow for entry of a registration key if I had one, and fortunately I kept the keys in my password manager. All's well that ends well.

Photoshop elements 14 freezes at startup for a few minutes. When removing connection to the internet before launching PS everything works fine. I reinstalled PS without result.It seems like PS connecting to adobe, but there is no response coming.   

I would like to know how I can warp a text around a image for my website with texture in Photoshop and Illustrator. I want the texture in the photo to be in the text and deform it.

I imported my photos from previous version, but the videos are not opening. as "codec not installed." I installed Quicktime as suggested, but still not working. There is no number to call support, so I am trying here instead.

I have a many large TIF files I want to convert to smaller JPG. When I do that, Elements Organizer 2022 cannot automatically suggest reconnection from the old TIF file to the new JPG file, though they  have the same filename. I have some 6,000 files to convert and do not wish to do each one by hand. Any suggestions?

Habe Elements 2019 gekauft, leider hatte ich Probleme mit meinem Notebook und musste 3x die erworbene SW installieren. Dieses Mal kann ich das erworbene Elements 2019 in meinem Kontoprofil nicht mehr finden, weshalb ich es auch nicht mehr auf das neue Notebook installieren kann. Seriennummer weiß ich nicht.

In Quick Edit mode, the View always comes up showing "After Only".  I want to change the default to be "Before & After - Horizontal".  I'm tired of having to do this every time I close and reopen Photoshop Elements 2022.  How do I do this?  Thank you.

Hallo! Ich mußte meinen PC neu aufsetzen und möchte jetzt mein PH Elements 2020 wieder installieren. Leider erscheint immer die Meldung das ich mein Betriebssystem aktualisieren soll, da das jetzige nicht unterstützt wird. ich habe die aktuellste Version von Win11 mit dem aktuellen Edge Browser. Kann mir jemand helfen?

I'm using Photoshop Elements for Mac, version 2021.19.  It's running on an Intel MacBook Pro on OS-X Monterray 12.4.  I'm doing some line drawings and am coloring in some sections.  But sometimes a color somehow becomes "dominant," and I can't brush over it with another color. I'm using TIF files at 600dpi.  I've tried saving the graphic under another name, but the problem persists. Any ideas? Thanks - Glenn

Hallo in die Runde, ich bin verstört über eine Änderung in Photoshop Elements 2020, es geht um "Bearbeiten --> Farben --> Farbe/Sättigung"  Früher hatte ich hier einzelne Farbfelder, die ich verstärken oder reduzieren konnte und deren Auswirkung ich in der Vorschau sofort neben dem alten Bild sehen konnte. Mit dieser Funktion habe ich in den letzten 12 oder 13 Jahren Tausende von Bildern abgestimmt. Das neue Tool, welches seit irgendeinem sch... Update in meinem Programm erscheint, ist absolut kein Vergleich gegenüber der vorherigen Version. Ich brauche dringen die alte Version wieder, habe die leider nur noch auf einem uralten Rechner, den ich "eigentlich" nicht mehr nutzen möchte... Welche ältere Version von Photoshop muss ich in ebay "jagen", um diese alte Version von "Farbe/Sättigung" wieder zu bekommen?  Danke für jede Hilfe, Gruß Anne 

"Could not complete this operation. An unknown error has occurred." I have tried command-option-shift restart, and a restart of the mac. This will not save for web anymore! This is Adobe Photoshop Elements 17.0 purchased from Apple Store. How do you get real support here?

I want to edit the metadata to my image file (.HEIC or .jpeg) to add a caption or description.  In Organizer, I add the text to the Caption field in General Information.  Then use File->Save Metadata to files.  A .xmp version of the image file is created.  In Elements Editor, I click File Info on the image then add text to the Description field.  When I save the changes a .psd version of the image file is created. How can I save the metadata to the original image file?

Hi allWhen I try to add text to a picture in my photoshop elements, then it only writes with capital letters.I guess I might have pushed some botton somewhere, but I can't find it.Anyone knows how to solve this?And before you think my caps is locked.. then no 😉greetings from SwedenChristina

I have just spent an hour on with Tech support who cannot tell me how to get my edited photos out of Elements.  He keeps giving me links to Lightroom.  Anyway, I edited and starred photos in the editor expecting to be able to sort by star and export as a batch.  But the stars do not carry over to the Organizer screen from the Editing screen.  I just need to filter the starred photos.  Please someone tell me how to do this without individually saving each picture because that would be ludicrous. 

I am wirking with Photoshop Elements 2020 on my MacBook. When I select a tool from the tool panel, the options bar that would allow me to choose my font, color, size, etc. doesn't pop up along the bottom. The same is true if I select a different tool such as the crop tool or shape tool. How do I get the option bar to show? 

I have an iMac OS Big Sur 11.6.1 and PSE 2022. I'm confused about loading .pat .ttf  .asl .atn and .abr files.  I think if I load them, they will not be in PSE the next time I open PSE.  So I think I have to install the files. Hi I had to install some other ADOBE Tax Security SW in April, then could not get anything Adobe to work. Started turning off products, and one must have been something to do with the 12 Photo downloader, as now all I get is 'Commmuications Error' message when trying to download pix and Im stuck. I found the original ADODE PSE 12 software package, and thought I'd be okay doing reinstall. I backed up the Pix Catalog and thought all I needed to do was to RE-install using the original SW then enter the product key and all would be good.... but it was no good. Would not do anything..?  no place to enter a product key... Whats the deal, or is this just 'Forced Migration' to a newer version of the PSE SW?  [Personal information removed by Moderator]   Can anybody help me with what I have, or am I just screwed? Only tutorials open, not Organizer or Editor.Mac Catalina 10.15.3

I seem to recall this problem many moons ago but its back with a vengeance. I recently switched to Win 11 Home and one of the things I had to do was re install PSE. My images in Pictures are all  the blue PSE Logo. I had this problen a short while back and it was found that my NikonP1000 when photographing in RAW caused this. BUT, today, all my jpg and png images in OPictures are logo; they weern't last night when I went to bed! The question is fairly obvious - WTH is going on????   Clock is ticking on whether or not to through said rig out of window!!!
