Photoshop Elements

Hallo ich besitze Adobe Elements 2021 und möchte den neusten RAW Konverter 14.1 auf dem MAC (Catalina) installieren. Nach der Installation welche ohne Fehler angeschlossen wurde, erscheint jedoch der neuste RAW Konverter nicht im Programm. Kann mir jemand weiter helfen !!   [Mod: Moved to the appropriate Elements forum]  

I purchased Elements 10 back in '11 or '12 and installed it onto the computer I had then. Elements 10 has a 3-disk package to install using a CD/DVD drive. Fast forward to now. I lost that computer years ago but I still have the 3-disk package. It seems the makers of laptops have gone away from a CD/DVD drive.  The HP laptop I have now does not have a CD/DVD drive. When I try to register my serial number on the Adobe website it tells me that the number is "NOT VALID".So, I went to the forums specifically about "non-valid serial numbers and what to do or whatever", nothing worked. The account I had back in '11 or '12, the email associated with it, is long gone. I can't recall it, I tried inputing old emails I had back then. Nothing.  I tried installing the files from Adobe for Elements(.exe and .7z) but that still didn't work because my serieal number is not recognized.   I have this new Adobe account. I need to be able to download the full User Guide (pdf) for off line usage. Adobe say they don't offer this facility for version 2022, Why Not? Not everyone has access to the internet 24/7.  When on a photo shoot in many unpopultaed places on earth there is NO Internet. I take my laptop with me for editing, OFF LINE help is essential to learn / remember obscure editing proceedures. J.

We have released an update that fixes the hang-on launch issue with Photoshop Elements 2022 on macOS Monterey (version 12).   Fresh installation of Photoshop Elements 2022 downloaded from the Appstore and Adobe's website will not experience hang issues at launch on macOS Monterey (version 12). For existing installations of Photoshop Elements 2022, please update Photoshop Elements 2022 to the latest version. Build numbers in which this fix is available: 20211122.Git.e2022-mas.e8ba7d6 for build downloaded and installed from Mac App Store. 20211214.Git.dot.221c6b7 for build downloaded and installed from any channel other than Mac App store. Note: The fix provided by Adobe applies only to the latest version of Photoshop Elements. There is a known issue in macOS 12 that is causing the hang in earlier versions of Photoshop Elements and is being actively investigated by Apple at this time, we'll share more updates on the Photoshop Elements community. Stops working after I work on one picture. Have to reboot my computer to get it to work again?

I have used previous versions of Elements Editor for many years and recently upgraded to Elements 2021. I'm using a Macbook Pro with OSMontery and Elements Editor 2021 will not open after shutdown. I can open the Dashboard but Editor will not start up. The icon bounces up and down in the dock until I force quit to stop it bouncing. I've tried reloadong Elements, restarting my Mac (which helps in one out of four tries), and it's totally frustrating to go through all this trouble trying to open Elements Editor 2021 hoping it will open...or not.  Doees anybody know if Adobe are aware of this issue and are they working on a fix, or is ther something I can do myself to fix.Thanks

I have PSE 13 on an old laptop with an extensive catalogue with tagsin Organizer. I recently bought a new desktop and installed PSE 22. How do I move the Organizer catalogue and existing tags to the Organizer in PSE 22 on the new computer?

Am I doing something wrong or does organizer not support network folders on mac os for watch folders ? I can add pictures from a network folder but can't add that folder to the watch folder of organizer

Photoshop Elements 2022 is detecting an Intel(R) UHD Graphics Processor on my computer when I look in the Performance tab in Preferences. However, my computer is using a dedicated Nvidia Geforce RTX Graphics Processor on my Acer Predator Triton 500 SE laptop computer. How can I change this so it recognizes the Nvidia graphics processor?Roger

New slide show in Elements for birthday party.  Have old version 10.  Does Version 20 support adding music?

I installed a newer Photoshop Elements and the old version is still installed, can I just delete the old version?

I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 and attempting to search for photos using tags.  When I attempt to find photos, I get a blank screen with "No media available. Please close applied filer and try again."  I have no idea what this means and how to clear applied filters.  

Can the elements 2021 of my property be installed on my mobile?

Elements Help. First time user of Elements 2000,having an Organizer problem .Loaded all my photi's from folders into the organizer and noticed that I was missing 2 big folders of images. Into the request box I go asking for the files and am told they are not available? I go back to the folder and through searching find out the were input into Organizer but are not listeed in the info part. So I go and download the files onto my desktop so I can input them into the organizer and I am told that the files have already been input.I go through about ,no joke,60,000 images to see if the files might been listed wrong and I find out that there not in the Organizer yet I can't put them in cause they have already been put into Organizer. Help me find the lost folders,Please.

Hi. I bought and was using PS Elements 2019 and then I updated my Mac to MS Montery (12.0.1). Now it won't load, it just hangs and eventually just quits. I have tried various advice I found on the community pages such as uninstalling, reinstalling, changing profiles etc.  Any further advcie please as I now have a programme I paid £80 for and can't use! Thank you.

Hi, I have recently re- installed photoshop elements 12 after an Adobe bug wanting me to re-register my product.Now I am unable to load Sony camera .ARW files, I get a photoshop message saying something like it doesn't support this extension. Well prior to the re-install of this version of photoshop elements I have processed hundreds of .ARG files from the same camera in raw without a hitch, After much searching, Adobe hopeless help, google and forums and downloading the .dng file converter which works but  it is wow such an incredibly clunky way to process raw files. Any help in trying to resolve this hitch would be very much appreciated.

Hi,I just received a new Sony A7iv, and I did some shooting that created RAW files (.ARW). According to this:Cameras supported by Camera Raw (adobe.com) I think that is saying that the Sony A7iv should be supported now, but when I try to open a RAW file from the Sony A7iv, I get a popup:The Help => About => Plugins => Camera Raw shows:I checked the Updates in Elements, but it is grayed out.This is what Help => About shows:  Can someone tell me how I can get Elements to handle the RAW files?Thanks,Jim    

Am trying to add a new fill layer with a solid color and all i get are black or gray or white. What's going on as this used to work fine!

I use an imac (Mojave ver 10.14.6) I wanted to purchase a later version of Elemenets , the current version Elements 2022 will not work on my machine , will not install . I downloaded trial version of 2021 , and that works good , but when I went to puchase it,  Adobe only allows me to purchase Elements 2022  , that will not work on my Mac. Is it possible to purchase Eleements 2021 , do not want to upgrade Mac . thanks ,

I am using Canon's Print Studio Pro 2.2.5 with Elements 18.0. Everything works as it should except if I happen to strike any letter on the keyboard after the print job is finished, Elements freezes.  Any one have an idea why this would happen?  Thanks.

Hi, I have used Photoshop Elements for few years now across few PCs. I am satisfied with its features and don't need to upgrade to newer version. Recently I was moving from my old Surface Pro 7 to new Dell XPS 13, so deactvated (signed out) of PE on Surface, installed on Dell and entered product key. After completing install, there is a popup saying the product key cannot be validated because it was shared / expired / etc. I have never shared this key, and actually I have a box install where it is imprinted.I am a bit concerned by this behavior - I purchased a product so I should be able to use it on as many PCs as I wish, after I upgrade to new one. Kindly please help with getting installation validated. On the website I did not find any other support channels than this forum.
