Photoshop Elements

I have just installed a trial of Photoshop Elements. The UI font is very, very small, making the software unusable. I have searched online for a solution and found none. I have had this computer for over 2 years and never had this problem with any other software. I tried to contact Adobe for support, but they don't even want to allow me to ask a question until I've spent $$ purchasing software.

Every single time I run PSE 13 I am told an update is available and I can run the update now or on exit.  I run the update and I am told it was successful.  The next time I launch PSE 13 I get the same message!  I have to apply the same update EVERY time I open the program!  I searched the Adobe Support Communiyty and was told to run a fix to the Application manager.  However when I clicked on the link I got an error.  Is this Adobe's way of forcimg me to upgrade???

I am very new to photoshop, bought photoshop elements 2021 a few months ago. The other day I loaded it and it said there was an update, so I updated it. Now my problem is when I first started using it, when I clicked on photo editor I could click guided (I think, or quick) and it would take me to a different page to show tons of fun things I could do. I could click on whichever one and it would take me to it. However since the update none of that is there and I can't find where to really do anything. When I click on crate not many options are there and nothing loads right if I do click on it.Please help me figure this out, thanks

HiI can't apply last update because UPDATE is grey in HELP menu (cf. attachment)Any tip ?(current version is 20210126)  

Adobe says I can download vElements 2021 to upgrade v2020 for $59.99.I can buy a brand new disc of Elements 2021 in the same Adobe box on Amazon for the same price (with free shipping).It doesn't seem right that a loyal customer can get an upgrade for the same price anyone could buy new.Am I looking a gift horse in the mouth?Planckster

I have had Elements 12 installed for years.  Suddenly, when I try to start it up, it tells me that I have a trial version, and wants me to pay for it.

Opened PS Elements 2021 (still claimng to be version 19) to see a notice of an available update (2021.3). According to the app, I have version "20210304.m.156367". It is tempting to interpret "20210304" as "2021.3xxx" but I don't think "logic" has anything to do with Adobe. Ay any rate, one has a choice when encountering the update notice: "Install Now" or "Install on Exit".Either choice, even after several Restarts and Forced Quits rsults in a dialog with the following:        There is no application set to      open the URL auphd://update?    sapCode=PSE&baseVersion=19.0    &platform=osx10-64&skipUpdat                      eInfo=true.     Search the App Store for an application      that can open this document, or choose      an existing application on your computer.There are 3 buttons: "Search App Store", "Chhose

I have photoshop elements 2021.  used it many times..last time- last week.  today it will not scan. message says it is "in use or not installed", neither apply. Have power, and light on.  did unplug and re plugged from power and computer, several times..no change.I'm not a geek, so at loss as to correct this problem.  Help greatly appreciated...Grannie 

I am a 4th year IT student, and for my final year project I am making an image editor application using Machine Learning. So in my project I want to include Adobe Photoshop's Add Anchor Point Tool. So can anyone help me by guiding me that how I can train my ML mode using Anchor Points? ps 2020 .There are no other  options on the eyedropper tool.I cannot create sample points.

I had to re-install photoshop elements 11 but now the thumbnails don't show date or photo# or any info. Is there a way to fix that? 

I have recently purchased a Wacom One tablet and have been trying to set it up with my (also newly purchased) Elements 2021.  I can find many YouTube tutorials about connecting it with Photoshop, but not Elements  And suggestions about Videos, Manuals, sites, etc.  Gary

Both adobe reader dc and photoshop elements 11 have worked up until this week. Now, after about 30-60s and no matter what I do, they both freeze and do not respond. This is clearly preventing me from doing work, so is fairly urgent. I have Windows 10 Home (x64) 10.0.19042Support has suggested I post my issue here. Actual help would be appreciated please. --Thank you

When I press print Elements just shuts down. Any indeas?

Techno dinosaur using older version of Elements.  Trying to put together lots of photos for a family reunion.  All of mine are working well because they are already Jpeg files.  Many relatives have sent photos in PDF formats and I cannot figure out how to convert them to be able to use them in the slide show.  I am hoping this is a very simple question? 

I have bought a new Mac and Elements will not start up.  I am asuumed it is because I didn't sign out of Elements on my old computer so I started up my out computer and started Elements, went to Help and clicked on Sign Out [Personal information removed by moderator.]  and nothing happens.  What is the solution to this problem.     Thanks for any help you can give me   Fred

This is quite possibly the worst version of Elements ever! I am not sure how the windows version works, but the macOS version has massive memory leaks and always becomes unresponsive with the simplest of tasks. Tried everything to fix, but I get the "its not my problem, its the other guys fault" from adobe all the time. SIGH!

After upgrading from Photoshop Elements 2018, I upgraded to Photoshop Elements 2020. Bonjour, la liste des étiquettes (mots clés) n'est pas triée par ordre alphabétique (cf. pj).J'ai l'impression que les étiquettes importées sont en premier (triées), puis ensite celles les nouvelles que je viens de créer (triées aussi). Mais l'intégralité de la liste n'est pas triée.Les étiquettes en question sont toutes dan sla même catégorie.Une idée ? 

Help!  I'm completely at a loss at what has happened to my Photoshop Elements 2021.  I purchased this earlier this year and until recently it has been running without problem.  For the last couple of days though I have had time to have a shower, make a brew and watch tv whilst waiting for the program to load the home page.   Once the home page comes up it works ok.My laptop operates using Windows 10 and on checking the last Windows update was mid-August so I am assuming this has not had an umpact on the Elements program.I have looked at various help pages and am loath to disconnect my anti-virus support which is one option being suggested.Is there anyone on this community who could help me please, with my limited knowledge of IT I can follow instructions but do not have the indepth knowledge to start dabbling with the operating systems.

Looking for suggestions, here is my tale of woe.... PSE 2019 organizerGot a new hard drive, installed it as C:, orginal hard drive is now E:Did a full backup from catalog on E:Restored the backup to same folder name on C:, restore file structure.All my pictures are now disconnected, when I try to reconnect to files on C drive it will not, "files already in catalog".In tree view folder structure appears on E: and is grayed outIf I disable my E: drive in device manager catalog is fine, all conected, file info location is correct, C drive.Changed my E drive to F: just for kicks, now folder structure appears under F:16k disconnected pics.... Infuriating....  help.....  Please.

I am using MacOS Catalina and Photoshop Elements 21. I cannot get the remainder of the images under "backgrounds" in the graphics panel to show. When I click on it to try to use it anyway since it will give the name of the item, I get a window that says the server must be busy but this has gone on since I purchased Elements 20 and 21. I am connected to the internet. It doesn't matter the time of day, I get the same results.

Hi, After opening the exe file to start the installer, the installer opens but remains blank. (see picture). I'm not able to start the installation proces or to hit continue in order for the program to be installed on my laptop. I dowloaded the exe file from the adobe website. Help is much appreciated. Kind regards, Ria
