Trying to print to front tray on my printer (Pixma Pro9000 Mark II), but can't find option to change paper source to front tray

I want to delete photos from my Organizer, but when I try I get message that photos are locked or read only.I checked my memory card and it is unlocked. I have been having problems with PSE 20 on a MacBookfor a month now. I can't edit photos. Too bad there seems to be no phone support for PSE because I would be willing to pay a "reasonable" fee to try to solve my problem. It seems to have started when I combined Nikon Capture NX-D  and View NX-1 software with PSE. I backed up my photos thinking I could then delete and reinstall from the backup.  But now my backup seems to be worthless if the photos are locked.

in premiere elements 2020 im trying to do the replace background and i can do everything, i can move the pictureand resize it but when i try and refine the edges i can only add but not subtract. does anyone know how to fix it? its updates and space on computer so i dont know what to do

This should be easy and intutive, and I think I've done this in the past.  I've got 22 photos in one folder in Organizer, but not in the order I want them.  I would think I could select one thumbnail photo and drag it to where I want it in the order of the photos.  When I have them in the order I want, I then want to rename them all so the naming is in the order I want them so I can load them to a photo website and they will be in the order I want them.   Help.

Hello all App setup experts,I just started with PSE 15 and I want to change it's skin appearance. From Photoshop I'm used a dark background and I want to setup PSE somehow similar.Is it possible?How to do it?Thanks a lot for any helpful hint!RegardsChris

How can i used a saved layer in many pictures

I’m in the process of learning how to use Organizer and am confused about how to handle my raw photos.  I shoot in JPEG and raw, but at this time I’m not editing the raw (too steep of a learning curve for right now).  Is there a simple way I can import/organize my photos so I have the raw when I’m ready for them, but in the mean time they aren’t in the way of viewing and working with the JPEG photos?

bonjour tout le monde, j'ai changé de PC il y a quelque mois, j'ai installé mon photoshop element 15 qui fonctionnais bien jusqu'à aujourd'hui, et d'un coup il s'est mis à beuguer, j'ai donc désinstallé et réinstallé et je reçois un message en espagnol (il me semble comprendre que mon produit est enregistré trop de fois) je ne parviens pas à faire l'étape suivante 😞 

In resetting up PSE21, PSE Organizer used a Catalog Location path that is not correct. Now I have unwanted folders in the Organizer that I cannot delete. The obvious solution seems to be to delete that path and set a new one by creating a catalog for the path I want Organizer to use to locate and save my photos. What is the downside if I do this, or is another solution preferrable? Ex: create a new catalog?

When I try to quit PSE 2019, I get an error message I can't seem to resolve....There is no application set to open the URL auphd://update?sapCode=PSE&baseVersion=17.0&platform=osx10-64&skipUpdateInfo=true.Is this because I removed my older version <PSE 14> from my computer?Thanks for any guidance.Elliot

I have hundreds if not close to a thousand of layer styles I purchased and could bulk upload in the past.  Is there a way I can do this in elements 2021?  It takes days to do it one by one. I tried doing it by adding in like I did in the past and they don't show up.   Please help.....

I have just purchase a new M1 MacBook Air, was on a Dell which had my photoshop elements 12 installed, I was hoping to be able to install it on my new laptop but so far can't find anything that tells me if I can or how.  Does anyone know if this is possible? 

Hello, I'm unable to sign in with my Adobe ID (whihc I'm using now to sign in at Abobe.com to access community support) when I launch PSE 9 on my new laptop,   The error message is:"ErrorPhotoshop.com servicesare currently unavailable.  Please try again later or check your connection. Error 400." I know it's an older version, it this due to PSE 9 being out of support? Thanks for any help,Marv

I have Photoshop Elements Organizer 2021 installed.All my pictures are in the folder C:\Daten\Bilder including sub folders. The Organizer doesn't showes all the pictures. Some pictures and folders are missing. It doesn't matter what kind of medis, jpg and mov and whole folders are missing.I hope someone can help in this caseMatthias

Hi,Just bought PS Elements 2021 (version 19.0)  and loving it. Using an iPhone 8, iOS 14.6.Can someone suggest the best way to view photos on the iPhone? It seems you were able to do it in the past using iTunes which is no longer available. What apps/workflows do people use now? John

Hello I am using Photoshop Elements 2021 and use the paintbrush tool to change the colour of the background on my photos. The colour I use is black but for some reason the paintbrush tool will not use the black colour. I can use any other colour I want but not black. I have been using the pencil tool as a workaround but do not understand why the paintbrush will not work. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. 

I've seen other people have this problem without any solutions, but I'm hoping there might be someone here who encountered it and has a solution now.   I have Photoshop Elements 2 (I've seen people with this problem with other versions of Photoshop as well, so I don't think this is specific to my version) and I'm on Windows 7 (I've seen this problem with Windows 10 as well, so I don't think it's specific to my OS either). Every time I click a tool in the toolbar, it opens the sub-menu/hidden tools for that tool. I have to click twice to actually select the tool I want to use, and it's really annoying.   Notes about this problem:   -IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ALL THE TIME. Sometimes when I boot it up, the tools behave normally. I have no idea what makes it work sometimes and not work others. It's NOT CONSISTENT. -I've changed the double-click speed on my mouse and it does nothing. My mouse works perfectly on every other program on my computer, including other Adobe programs. It ON

I am getting the 'check email and password' message when trying to validate configuring email to be able to share photos from photoshop

Hello, First post. I have had photoshop elements for years but never was able to get it out of first gear. I now have photoshop elements 2021 and cannot get this out of neutral.  I am trying to fix a photo that is too dark. Everything I have seen says, best way, add adjustment layer, and select curve. There are more steps after but I cannot get the frst step. I can find the layers, no problem but 0 curves can be located. The half blue circle in layers gives me the options:Solid colorGradientpattern Levelsbrightness/contrast etc.No curves. Any help would be appreciated. Paul

Obwohl ich PSE 14 auf meinem alten Computer deaktiviert und deinstalliert habe kann ich die SW auf meinem neuen Computer nicht aktivieren. Ich habe die SW neu aus meiner Adobe ID heruntergeladen und auch die entsprechende Seriennummer verwendet. Ich bekomme die Meldung "Diese Seriennummer für Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 konnte nicht überprüft werden. Wenden Sie sich an den Support." Guten TagWenn ich den Kontrast etwas zu stark einstelle, erhalte ich in der Mitte des Bildes fehlerhafte "Ringe"Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diesen (evt. grundsötzlich) Fehler zu beheben?Wenn ja, wie?Woher kommen diese Ringe , evt. Hi,I seem to have lost all of my photographs.Everything was working fine but now getting the message, No media available. All my files are shown in Organiser, but no content is available when clicked.

I have Elements 2021 installed on a Mac M1 running Big Sur. I get the nessage every time I try to open Organiser Strangely enough I then get this message, but I then click on my current catalog anm then able to open my Catalog OK . Does anyone know why this happens - I have been opening OK this without this error for 6 months and this error has just started to happen, it is annoying but at least I can still open my catalog.

Last year I downloaded the Trial Version of PSE 2020, installed and used fro 30 days in Windows 7.  Very happy with the product.  At the end of the trial period I purchased PSE 2020 (I thought).  Adobe emailed me a key and download link.  The download link was for 2021.  PSE 2021 required Windows 10 and would not install on my Windows 7 computer.  I requested and received a refund since I could not use PSE 2021 on my Windows 7 computer. I still have PSE 2020 installed on this computer.  However, because the 30 day trial period is over, can not use.   My question(s)  How can I purchase a key for PSE 2020 and unlock the PSE 2020 program on my Windows 7 computer.   Incidentally, I still have the original PSE 2020 installer .exe file on my hard drive.   Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
