Photoshop Elements

Problem: We have a 32 bit version of Windows 10.It is absolutely not possible for us to upgrade it to 64 Bit (even though the CPU architecture is compatible with 64) because we run proprietary legacy software to drive a number of printers and that software will not run on a 64 bit system. Replacing the printers is not financially viable (we are talking $50K+ to do that) I have followed a number of links on the Adobe website that say they lead to pages where I can download older versions, but they all end up leading only download links for Photoshop Elements 2021. Is there any way around this?

I am trying to instal Photoshop Elements 2021 on my 2021 imac running Big Sur.Every time I click on the Photoshop icon I get the message.'An Error has occured while installing selected updates' Is there a solution to this problem.AR.

 When I try to run Elements 2021 I get this error.  I have a valid license, the software has already been activated and my internet is working.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks

Discovered a folder is missing from the list. It is on the hard drive, it has all its photos in it, but PSE21 isn't listing it. How do I reintroduce the folder to Organizer?

I am concerned that by PSE thinking this is a "trial"version, I'm missing the update message. How do I get the program to recognize it is not a free trial version. I followed the directions for opening PSE Editor to establish the purchase info, then opened Organizer. But weeks laters, program still showing "How are you enjoying the free trial" message. Have not received a message telling me its about to end yet....

I have a vailid and running PSE 2021 version 19.0.After update to 19.1 I have to enter the license key again.Why?I cannot find it at the moment.

I have Photoshop Elements 2018 installed on a windows 10 desktop computer.  I have RAW images from a Nikon P1000 camera.  I have not used PE for 18 months.  Elements will no longer read these RAW images.  I have tried downloading and installing the latest Camera RAW.  It still doesn't work.  I am currently using the DNG work around but would like to be able to use Camera RAW directly. 

Seit gestern kann ich meine Texte in Photoshop Elements 19 nicht mehr in normaler Schreibweise formatieren. Es wird nur noch alles in Großbuschstaben ausgegeben. Habe keine Caps Lock aktiviert und selbst wenn ich in Word etwas schreibe in Groß und Kleinschrift und den Text in Photoshop einfüge, wird dieser auch nur in Großbuchstaben angezeigt. Meine Fehlersuche bei Google hat mich auch zu keiner Erkenntnis gebracht.Kann jemand helfen?

My wife and I have been twisting our brains over the weekend and need some help.We are trying to size a photo for an art submission.  The photo starts as a TIFF and is saved as a JPG for submission.  The photo file size as a JPG is 6.5 meg - the first submission contraint.  The file size must be 5 meg or smaller.  The pixelwidth of the JPG is set at 1920 - the second size contraint. We have tried to reduce the file size by reducing the resolution.  The JPG being submitted is for review and printing.  We have reduced the file between 300 and 100.  When we reduce the resolution, the pixel width falls below the 1920 criteria.   We did notice that if we change the pixel width to 1920 and then reducde the resolution, the file size reflects the change.  As soon as we change the pixel width back to 1920, the file size changes back to 6.5 meg.We are in need of assistance and you are free to make me feel like a fool.Thanks

I have looked all over your site, and only get tutorials on 13 which is useless for advanced user, as 13 has different controls, added buttons,.Where can I find this? Regards,Millard

I began installation of Elements on my Dell Windows10 laptop 6 hours ago and it has not yet successfully installed.  Any suggestions?

In the past, I could edit a psd file in "edit" => "add blank page" . I don't see this option anymore. did it disappear?

I posted a few weeks ago but still can't fix. PSE 2020 on Win 10: I have two printers 1) a Canon TS8220 for photo printing and 2) a Brother laser printer for documents. When I send a photo print job to the Canon, it prints on the other printer. Sending other jobs (e.g., Word) to the Canon print correctly. I uninstalled and reinstalled PSE and did the same with the Canon printer. Drivers are up to date. Didn't fix. Suggestions?

For some reason whenever IHit the create slideshowButtonIt only gives me part of the screen that is available.It does not allow me to change the musicAdd photosOr make any changes at all. It cuts off the upper and right side of the window.  And I can't minimize the window to see everything.  Has anybody else seen this?

In the past I wrote for some faces wrong names. These names are now proposed when I want to give a name to a face. How can I delete these wrong names in the list that the program offers? Thanks for the reply.

Hi all, finally I'm moving to a new mac. I have an iPhoto library (Version 9.6.1) of roughly 45.000 photos. Don't laugh, but is there a way to import my iPhoto library and keep it's structure (all folders and subfolders, edited photos, orignials, events etc)? After having used the demo version of Lasersoft SRDx plug-in with Photoshop Elements 2021 I bought this plug-in for further use. No problems sofar. In the menu structure it shows up under the menu Filter. When choosing SRDx in the pull down menu as the latest used filter the plug-in bombed out completely and it refuses to be reinstalled alltogehter. It fails to show up in the menustructure so that I cannot enter my registration data to authorize use.Has anybody encountered this or a similar problem and maybe have a solution? 

On Elements 13, I was able to see picture information such as aperture, shutter speed, etc.  Is this information available in PSE 2021?  If so, how to I access the information?  Thanks

Hi ,Recently I bought a copy of Photoshop elements 2021 on disc. Since then I have had to get a new laptop which has no optical drive Can anyone tell me if there is anyway to download the program without paying again.    

RE: PSE 2021 color picker after the Feb 2021 updateAnother PSE 2021 user who updated is experiecing the same problem with the color picker..not just meThe color picker is not functioning properly as it was before the update and has always worked in many versions of PSE. It is "easy" to work around, but not the way it should be.When the color picker eyedropper is used to select a forground color in the image, the actual color position should be indicated by the small O .. then it is easy to shift ↑ ↓ → ← to get the hue and value desired. Here is a shot from PSE 2018.  But now in 2021 after the update on Feb 4 or so, when I click on the foreground color to invoke the color picker tool, and then click somewhere darkish in the image to select the color I desire, the "new" color appears in the color picker panel, however, there is no little round circle to be seen anywhere in the color window and that's important. Some have suggested using Topaz DeNoise AI and I am wondering if this would work with Elements 2018 and if so, how do you load it into the 2018 program? Also wondering about Topaz Sharpening AI ?? Thanks for any help. I have Win. 10/
