Photoshop Elements

For the last few years I have used Lightroom 6 and Elements 12 with no issues. I upgraded Elements to version 2021, and it seems that Lightroom would not transfer images to Elements 21. After waiting some time I get a message that lightroom cannot open Elements 21. The after the message Elements opens and the image is transferred. I have re-installed both Lightroom 6 and Elements 21 but the issue continues.Have I got settings wrong or has any one else seen the issue?Geoff C

Just bought the new fuji xe4 and having difficulty importing images (raw) from camera to PSE 18. Being told that the images are corrupted or PSE doesn't recognise them. SD card has been formatted. Any help would be appreciated

Hi folksThis is annoying.I bought a new Windows 10 pc and tried to install PSE 2018 on it, my second installation with the first on the old pc.It said some elements didn't install and referred me to a link which didn't go anywhere.I persevered.It seemed to install so I tried to update and it said my licence had been revoked, because the original wasn't official.It was clearly official enough for me to use for the last 3 years!Every link I try on Support goes nowhere.All I want is to update my official copy of PSE 2018 on my new pc and update it (think there was a Camera Raw update). As far as I can see, I am allowed two pcs running PSE 2018.Can anyone please help?Brian

I bought Photoshop Elements 2021 to replace my old version Elements 10, but had a bad surprise: I cannot print my pictures in the size A3+ and I have not a lot of other settings I have in Elements 10. Do you know why? Thanks

I know this is going to be simple (ie I'm being stupid)  but somehow I've managed to compress the workplace option bar  "Quick" "Guided" and "Expert" such that they aren't visible !They are there but only identifiable by a "small bar" located where the "workplace fucntion" should be.Probably best "explained" by ref to attached screen scrape.Any suggestions as to how I get the normal workplace back?(Closing/restarting the app doesn't change anything, invoking from Organiser doesn't help. Have tried clicking/double clicking the thin bar, nothing happens unless I hit one of the hidden functions which is then activated, ie I can switch between "Quick" "Expert" etc but by trial and error !)

I purchased the Photoshop Elements 2021 software on Amazon to download to my Mac.  I have tried for days now and can't seem to get it downloaded.  When I signed into Adobe and started the process to redeem...it asked for a Code that was 6 spaces - and my order does not give me a 6# code.  Only a long serial number? 

Can Photoshop Elements 2021 add canvas by extending background? I have selected Canvas Size, made the appropriate adjustments including selecting background as the canvas extension color but when I click Edit the Fill Selection choice is not active. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,    I'm creating a Slide Show in Photoshop Elements 8 (using Windows 10).  When I attach some audio clips to the slides (using mp3 files), I notice a fading of the sound in several clips.  My voice sounds sufficiently loud for a while, then it fades a bit.    The fading does not seem to be there in the original mp3 files.  At first, I thought the cause might be the "fade" transition I was using between each photograph.  But, when I changed the transition between slides to "none", the problem did not go away.    I can boost up the sound in Audacity, and re-import, but I wondered if anyone in the Community might have an easier solution.

Currently using elements 18. If I download the latest ACR version 13.2 will I be able to use the enhance feature Thankyou

First time using Photoshop Elements. Have about 45k photos and it started doing facial recognition and moved pretty fast to about 5k photos analyzed. Well hours later I went back and it is still at that exact same number. Shut it down rebooted the computer and it restarted does about 10 photos and locked up. Shut it down restart it does about 10 photos and locks up again. Left it alone for an hour and it still stays at that locked up number. Disabled Metaanalysis for everything else and it kicked off 20 or so photos and then locked again. Windows 10 Computer, 32gb of RAM. Nothing else running the background.  Any help or thoughts or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated

I have Elements 2018 on a dead PC, installed from CDI have a new PC with no CD Drive How do I remove the license from the old PC and Download/Install Elements on the new one?Thank You

I have an early 2015 Macbook Air using OS High Sierra version 10.13.6 and am using Adobe Elements 14. I plan to upgrade my Macbook Air to the 2020 version and to install Elements 2021 on it. How can I transfer over the albums etc from Adobe Elements 14 on my current Macbook Air? Or is that not possible so that I will have to reimport the photos from the folders and create new Albums?Thanks

Purchased Elements 2021 through Amazon.  Order page shows Redemption Code, but no Download Button.  What is the process for downloading from Adobe site?

Using PE 2020 (20200120.m.139570), literally any time I attempt to use the Spot Healing Brush, the program crashes on me without "healing" the picture.  I have used various versions of PE over the years and have never had this problem. Any suggestions as to how I might be able to restore Spot Healing Brush functionality?

Adobe Element Photoshop 9 stopped running on a computer. For three years everything worked fine.1. I'm reinstall Adobe Element Photoshop 9 from disk. Entered the serial number found on the box. The installation was successful. Done. I restart my computer.2. I'm run the program with administrator rights. The program does not start.3. I'm open the PSD file on the computer. The start of the program appears. .Then the download stops and the download of the program is not displayed in the Task Manager. Adobe Element Photoshop 9 won't launch. What should I do?

Hi everyone I need some help. I have a picture of the Eifel Tower surrounded by trees, and there's this lightpost in the corner of the picture. Because of where I was standing, this lightpost kinda is slanting into the corner of my picture. I'm trying to remove it with no luch. I've tried using the quick selection tool and also clone tool to make the tree that are surrounding it to just "cover up" this lightpost. I have PSE 2015, and I just want this lightpost gone. With quick selection tool, when I remove the post it leaves this weird "film" behind and doesn't blend into the picture. Any ideas??thanks

Hello, I have a physical disc of Photoshop Elements 14. However, my new computer does not have a disc drive. I tried to find a section with old versions on the website, but the only thing I found is the new Photoshop Elements 2021. I installed this version and tried to activate it with my Elements 14 code without any success. The serials don't even have the same length. I don't care about having the newest version for what I do with Photoshop (very basic use). I only want the software I purchased to work, nothing more. How should I proceed? Thanks! Phil

Seems like this should be simple, but I'm not finding the answer.Running PhotoShop Elements 2021 on Windows 10. Have a scanned document (.jpg) and I want to circle an area on it. Using the ellipse tool seems like the way to go, but it fills the area I'm circling. There doesn't seem to be a no-fill option. Going to Edit>Stroke, Stroke is disabled (greyed out). I don't know why Stroke is disabled. Any thoughts on how to do a simple un-filled circle or ellipse? Thanks

Downloaded PSE 2021 on Mac but can't open.  Keeps asking for ID and password but nothing happens. I've tried changing passwords, reinstalling, etc., but keeps returning to same issue. Someone help me please! I've lost the will to live!!

Hi,Working with a new computer and on installing setting up Elements Photo 2021I have moved pictures from an old computer but had to start from new.I have done a back up manually but on leaving the Organizer I am promted to back up. However I get the erorror message "System has not enough space. Back up can not be performed". I do believe I have plenty of space, but where does the progra try to put the back up? Which setting is deciding? Hi! My Mac is late 2012 (High Sierra 10.13.6) so Elements 2021 does not work. I got the trial version of 2020 from Adobe, which works just fine. When I want to purchase it, it shows me in the checkout box Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021! I do want the 2020 and not the 2021... How to? Please does anyone have a solution for me???? Thanks!
