Photoshop Express

Please forgive me for my not perfect english, as I am brazilian. I have 3 old Ipads, but only one is Pro, where I do all my creative work. It is running Ipad OS 16.7.5, the latest supported as it is from 2012. Since few days, possibly since the latest update of Ps Express (I have now 24.7.1 running) what seems to be the communication betwen PS Express and the app Photos is having trouble and the steps I took to put border, border colour, edge, edge colour on my creative photos is impossible to make. as I did before. On our other Ipads, running Ipad OS 12 and 14, all is working fine as always. First sign of trouble is that when I click on BORDERS, the pic I'm working on does not appear straight away on all the borders options, but a girl with hair to both sides (default pic I guess).I have fiber Wifi so no issue with Internet quality either. I did not see any such features in Photoshop Express on Android.

I have my cutout on the image. I want to make it smaller and move the bird next to the lady. I feel like I should be able to manipulate it from here, but the bird won't respond to my touch 😿 any thoughts? 

Hello! I really don't know if I'm too stupid or something, but I tried my best to turn off that I can draw with my finger, it still does! (Got an IPad gen 9) I have a pen and I turned off anything I could that has to do with drawing with your finger on any app, but it wouldn't work on photoshop! Everytime I touch the screen with my finger, it draws! My last IPad didn't do that. Am I stupid, or did I do something wrong? I'd really love some help... .—. (English isn't my first language so please don't judge my phrasing...)

I reloaded it and still have the circle thingy going around around and around please tell me what else to do

I've tried: - email login - login through google - login through apple ID - resetting password - ending all active sessions through account screen - uninstalling/reinstalling iOS app   I can sign in with any of the above methods in my web browser, but no matter what I try I get the error "An error occurred while logging in.  Please try again after some time" (see attachment)   Today is my second round of attempts, I first tried several days ago.  I thnk that counts as "some time"   Close to giving up trying to give my money to Adobe.  Very frustrating and unhelpful error message.      

why is there a permanent PS watermark now?

I can't log in to photoshop express onmy iphone, constantly says there is an error. I know the app works because I can use a different email and use the free version and I can use LR on my phone as a paid login.

Hi The photo I added is a section. The overall photograph consists of 700 horizontal circles and 700 vertical circles, that is, a total of 490,000 circles. question; How can I select only the circles in all the odd number columns in the vertical or horizontal columns or in all the even number columns and move the circles in the vertical columns up or the circles in the horizontal columns to the left?

Could I use Android phone to access PS Express I subscribed on iPad Pro? And how if yes?

I am trying to sort out to use combine images and layers, but all the help answers refer to a button/selection I don't have and a home screen that I don't have.  I'm using a Samsung S23 ultra and premium subscription.  Attached a photo of what my home screen looks like.

Olá, eu tive um problema, eu conectei meu cartão no meu celular e do nada o PS express retirou 104,90R$ da minha conta, sendo que nem instalado o app tava, no mesmo momento cancelei a assinatura, vcs podem fazer o reembolso?

Hello, after editing photos with Photoshop Express, all data from the recording location is deleted. It is no longer possible to trace where the photo was taken. How can you leave the geodata in the photo? Thanks

Bonjour, Malgré un abonnement d'un an à votre application, je constate que j'ai perdu tous mes looks personnalisés lorsque suite à un beug j'ai dû réinstaller l'application.  Je trouve ça incroyable qu'en 2024 vous ne sauvegardiez pas les looks sur un cloud. Je ne comprends pas non plus que ces looks ne soient pas automatiquement disponibles sur les autres appareils où l'on a installé l'application. cela devrait être synchronisé. Les looks créés sur tablette ne sont pas disponibles sur téléphone et vice versa.  C'est incroyable. Merci de m'expliquer cette situation et les améliorations à venir. 

 I can’t use premium features on my iPad and I Can on my iPhone and I’m logged into the same account. It wants me to repurchase a subscription. I've already tried hitting restore purchases and it didn't work. Attaching screenshots from my iPad and my iPhone, iPhone shows premium and iPad gives me the option to upgrade. Also, why am I  unable to start editing on one device and pickup where I left off on another device if it's the same account?    

After importing a photo, it is displayed in significantly poorer quality than in the Apple Photos app.I really want your help. Thank you very much. This is very important to me 

Hiya!Obviously I'm new ... and believe me, I'm desperately trying w/o having to bother the experienced - but ... HELP!Im in photoshop express on my iPad.  I have a photo with two people in it.  I'm trying to remove (edit out) one of the two people completely.Im on the screen which gives me choices of which objects I would like to get rid of.  I've chosen my object and that person is "high lighted" in a red hue.  I see boxes under that say " add + or - "  and also see a box that says "smartcut" and another box that says "brush".  I want to delete the object/person who's hilited - but I don't see how!  Please advise!

hi community, my PS Express app on my iphone is using 126GB and i need to off load some or all of my photos safely.  I have icloud backup but i have been told that if i delete PS Express i will also delete the photos from my iphone and icloud?????   Need advice urgently as i cannot download or export any photos off my phone.   fyi, my photos are only using 36GB of phone storage.  My whole issue is the size of my PSExpress app.   please help damsel in distress.

I need three features only: resize, increase saturation, and either posterize (preferred) or change to black and white. does ps express offer these? thanks
