Premiere (Beta)

Installed the Premiere Pro beta for the first time, the first thing I norticed in the Import dialog was that Shift-Select did not select a range. Shift-select does like Command-select, and multi-selects a discontiguous range. I expected Shift-select to select the range in between. Screen recording attached.

Porém toda vez que volto para a LEGENDA a aba TEXTO está vazia, pois não carrega a legenda se somente eu trocar de abas ou fechar e abrir a aba. Erro terrível, pois o projeto que estou fazendo é longo, então demora pra carregar tudo, então não deveria ser assim...

Wont let me go back in a folder, I get stuck in a folder and cant click back. Solved with closing the panel and reopening but it is happening a lot

I have a project that is 1:45:00 long. It took me 8 hours to correct the transcript that was full of errors. I clicked create captions but the system did not complete the task. After waiting about an hour it duplicated the same text as in the transcription and did not generate a subtitle track. I'm using the latest build on a Mac Pro.

I try to play a clip in a new timeline and the sound is like hi-speed, same clip plays perfectly on Premiere Pro 2021. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v15.0.0.19    OS: Windows v10.0.19042, RAM: 31.91 GB, CPUs (logical): 12

Hi! In both Premiere Pro Beta And Premiere Pro 15.2 stable release the Render And Replace Function faults sometimes to render correct ranges if the MoGRT 1) made in After Effects 2) has Responsive Design Time markers inside it and the stretching in premiere has been changed from default and sometimes you have to change the stretching -- just to any differing amount + or - from the one set before then you have to reset MoGRT duration in the menu then change the stretching to a desired one that you intended to use and then hit the reset MoGRT duration again -- and after all this steps render and replace finally renders the correct stretched animation. This bug has been around since the Responsive Design-Time was released and the only partial fix was the added reset mogrt duration option.

Hi, i just wanted to open Pr Beta, but it won't. Heres the failure note i get (but like 5 times with 5 different Thread IDs. What should i do & how do i get rid of the problem?Thanks for helping!

Is the speech to text transcription stored in the cloud when you start the captioning process?  What is the transcription flow for the program?

I have been unable to create any type of captions after auto transcribing and clicking “Create Captions” it just spools & nothing ever happens - or it just crashes and does a Force Close.

This is happening in both the lastest PP 15 beta version and the PP version 15.2.  When trying to edit the caption style, the Essential Graphics panel is missing some tools (see attached image).  For example, the only Text editing functions I have are the ability to change the Fill color and the ability to change the Font.  NO Stroke, Shadow, etc.  Also, I can't edit the Background.  I can't see any Background either.  What is weird about the Background is that I do have the drop down menu to changed background color, but the selection for Transparent is always checked and I can't turn it off.  I can choose another color (Black, red etc) but the Transparent remains checked therefore the Background is always transparent (invisible). Anyone else have this issue?

Yesterday 15.3 worked great. Handled 265 footage great and the timeline was yellow. Now the auto update to 15.4 today and the timeline is terrible and I have the red line of death in the timeline. Render times are terrible. Tried to go back to 15.3 but the installer keeps getting stuck.    [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forums. Hi, I'm trying to open my project on Premiere Pro Beta v15.4.0.33 but .braw files appear offline and when I try to relink them I get a message that reads: file format not supported. Is Premiere Pro M1 going to support .braw files? Thanks, E

Just started on a job and am using the trancription feature and am blown away so far. My biggest question has to do with the plain text export, which is awesome (though only seems to work on the beta and not the release version), but I would love to be able to have the timecode in that text file as it is in the trasnscript and the option for speakers to be listed especially with multiple speakers.

Yesterday evening, I was working with a coleague on a team project in premiere pro.We have been using both the beta version (15.4 build 18) and the regular version (15.2 build 34-35), she in an iMac i7, with 32gb of RAM running Big Sur and me on a PC running windows 10 pro for workstations, on a Dell Precision 7750 with an Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-10885M CPU @ 2.40GHz up to 5GHz, 128 GB of RAM, nVidia Quatro RTX 5000. Everything was fine yesterday - aside from some audio issues -long beeps caused by faulty audio previews-, but this morning, after an update done automatically to Premiere Pro (both the regular and the beta version) by the Creative Cloud Desktop app, now when we try to open the team project I created a couple of days ago, it says "Unsupported Project Version: The project was edited in a new version of Premiere" and instructs me to install the latest version. But I already have the latest one you can install with creative cloud today, June 04, 2021.I thought that maybe

HiI upgraded to Premiere v15.4 today and discovered a problem editing captions. When I merge two captions together it reverts back to the default text formatting. Also any edit I make to the video track takes about 15-20 seconds to complete before I can continue playing or editing.

Hello,  In the latest beta version of Premiere (15.4.0 build 24) there seems to be a bug when a project renderer is set to GPU. I am attaching a .zip file demontrating how a simple sequence render gets totaly different results when switched from software renderer to a GPU one. It's happening on Windows and Mac (Intel or ARM version). How to reproduce the issue:  1. Download a sample project from here (I wasn't able to attach the project here for some reason):https://www.dropbox.com/s/vudq52udk8ce9zz/Premiere%2015.4.0%20build%2024%20GPU%20render%20issue.zip?dl=02. Open a sequence named "Sequence"3. Change renderer for the project to see different result The bug happens when you use multiple Transform effects on top of each other which is pretty common for some types of transitions. However, it probably happens to other effects too, I haven't tried that.

I've been using the new transcribe tool now for a while and I love it. However, there are some words (in UK English) that always default to the least likely word needed or don't pick up correct grammar to help with spelling. A couple of examples are:cheque = an order to a bank to pay a stated sum from the drawer's account, written on a specially printed form check = every other meaning of the word and therefore the most commonly used practice = nounpractise = verb Is it possible for the transcribe tool to offer the most common version and/or apply grammar to decide which to offer?

Editing captions has now become a complete nightmare.  Edits I've made to text completely disappear, changes are not saved even when I save them...overall, the functionality is buggy at best, unusable at worst.
