Premiere Elements

I'm trying to download Adobe Premier Elements 2021. At the end of the download I get an error message: ERROR 199. When I click on the box which takes me to Adobe to see what the problem is, and enter ERROR 199, it tells me no such error exists. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks!

I recentlt purchase a batch of Premiere Pro Transition, but I only have Premiere Elements.  Is there a work around so I can use the Pro transition in Elements?

Adobe's choices are not helpful, especially with shadow and highlights but if you add the effect if comes pre-done and you cant reset it. I can't seem to find where to turn it off and I really want it to stop.

Hello, I am a new user of Premiere Elements 2021 and I am experiencing some troubles with importing my videos. Whenever I upload them, there is automatically a weird filter on it... There is no layer that I can delete and I have it with every video I import. It is really weird, because I have tried the trial version and did not have that problem while using that version.Anyone else having this issue? Or knows how to help me?  Thank you!Kaat 

I can't find it; am I missing something?

Relatively new user to Premiere Elements 2020. Making some pretty simple videos by merging a bunch of separate iphone (mostly) created video testimonials. Has been going smoothly, but suddenly, the Eport  Share to youtube isn't working. I select "Online", "YouTube" and "SD" Resolution but which I click "Begin Share" the area where normally it asks for video name, description, access, etc is just grey box:becomes This and it just sits there. Any suggestions, most appreciated. I'm working around by doing a quick export, but that's not very convenient...

Where would I get my money back. I hate this software now that I tried using it for over a month. You need specifics?Not able to adjust values on a form with the wheel, like photoshopworking with titles, creating simple centered text b/wThe timeline zoom feature has no mouse wheel abilitiesNo workflow, just a pile of tools.Its hard to become imersed which is a bad thing for a business. You cant copy a perfectly fine title and paste it in the next transistion. They stay linked and all show the same text.......basic crap.IMO:This is a basic software with real limitations. For $100 (premier elements 2021 retail) you do not get what you pay for. I have been a customer  and it breaks my heart to see the cheap software programming in this "elite" software. With the limitations I've had on this version, there is no way I'd buy the pro. I imagine worse value. It litterally wont remember your text selections on anything and defaults to a non-english language... Its upsurd.&n

Hi, I'm very new to using premiere elements, I have the 2020 version. I am totally baffled by this issue- not sure that its a problem with Elements but would be so grateful for any insight you can offer, especially if we can fix it. I downloaded a royalty free mp3 from online and have imported it to use, I am producing a slideshow. I am trying to time the photo changes with the beat ot chords of the music and was watching the waveform to do this, and i find that the waveform is a consistent small gap out of sync with its own music. I cant find anything online about this I assume thats because its not common but it could be that I lack the right terms to search properly.  So hopefully this screengrab will help, I have the track lined all the way to the left at the start of the vid, the music starts instantly and as you can see the wave does not. Any ideas how this has happened, can I fix it, I think it will be much easier to drop the photos in line with the

Opening of the Export & Share/Custom window takes a lot of time. This is annoying problem that has arisen some time ago. At the beginning everything was fine. I re-installed AP2021 but it didn’t help. I have never that that problem with AP2020   https://youtu.be/z8Uei7X9ofc

Hi, I recently bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2021. Before, I used Premiere 6.5 (professionel version). With this program I had much more possibilities for montage: many (moving) PIP's, drawing lines to frame an image, etc. Now it isn't possible anymore. My question is: can I upgrade Elements 2021 to a professional version and how much does it cost?

Is the Adobe Super Resolution plugin only available in CC or will or can I get it for my Premier Elements 2021? As it stands I have no available updates and I dont see the Super Resolution feature when I look for it as instructed in the tutorial. Guessing it's not for PSE 2021

Environment: Photoshop Elements 2019, Windows 10, 64-bit, 32GB RAM, 10th gen i7 After loading all assets in a project, I deleted a few empty tracks that remained, but was surprised (dismayed) that the paired audio and video track from each file were now separated to different locations in the track list; i.e., audio no longer followed it's matching video track. Very inconvenient.  How do I rearrange them so each audio track follows it's matching video track? The project contains >20 videos each with its own audio track, several image graphics, and text tracks. I'm creating a virtual music performance ala the "Brady Bunch" opening sequence and it would be helpful to change the stacking as I edit.  

I have some HD movies (1920 x 1080) that I have edited in PRE 19 and I wish to share them with family members in the UK on DVDs. The original MP4 file was input to PRE using project presets PAL DSLR 1080p 25.  I have divided the project into several short pieces and worked on them individually.  As far as I can gather from Steve Grisetti’s guide, the process would be:Export the individual projects to my computer hard drive as MP4sRe-input them into PRE to form one projectAdd menu markers and create a movie menuExport the one project as an ISO image with SD 576 resolutionBurn the ISO image to a DVD Is this the correct or best way of doing it?  I am assuming multiple projects cannot be written directly into a single ISO or burned to a single DVD without being made into a single project first. Can I burn the ISO image to DVD using Windows Media Player (Windows 10) or would it be advisable to get Steve’s recommended software ImgBurn?  What advantage does

Project assets was opening as a drop down window, then started opening as a separate window and now doesn't open at all. I don't think I changed any settings.  I have tried closing down and re opening, adding more media files opening new projects but to no avail!  Do you think I need to delete the program and reload it or is there an easier option first? Thanks in advanceElaine

It started suddenly... it takes many triesWhen it finally opens  the editor doesnt work right....I made a time lapse video which plays normally on VLC and all other players, but on the Premel timelineplays very very fast compared to all video players  and eventually freezes.  Are the two problems related?  How can I fix these problems?

I just started using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021.   (Win 10)   In there a way to "pin" the Adjustments toolbar?    Every time I want to edit text i have to select Window, then Adjustments to bring up this toolbar.   Is there an easier way?

Greetings and thank for taking my questionUsing elements 21.I added music from the software music election. I cannot set the volumn lower. If I use the mixer it lowers it until I start the track again and the volumn return to original. If I press apply in the mixer, it makes no difference. 

Hi. I hope you can help me.I am trying to export a very short movie with markers from a movie menu so that the video will be easily navigable. I understand that it has to be a windows media file or an apple movie to retain the markers so I am doing a custom export of a WMV. The export takes forever (or Im impatient after multiple tries) and at the very end I get an export error with no additional information. A file is in the designated location but it is a small file and will not play. I checked my storage last night and I have plenty of room on my computer and I have had no other issues exporting videos, just the custome export of a WMV.Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance. 

I am having issues burning DVDs. I finished a project and it burned just fine. Completed the second project and burned the disc but it only plays on my oldest DVD player, a way old Toshiba. Neither my newer Sony nor Panasonic players will recognize the disc. I have tried 3 other disc types and none will play on anything but the Toshiba. I attached a PNG with my system info. If you need anything else please let me know.Thanks,John
