Hi there, I have a Macbook Pro (Retina; 15-inch; Mid 2015) with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 (up-to-date).I am an average user with some experience. Recently, I have purchased a new external USB microphone (SAMSON G-track Pro)I can use this microphone on this MacBook with Audacity and Voice Memos apps, and everything is just fine. But, for some reason, I cannot use the same microphone on the same MacBook Pro, in Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and in Apple Audio MIDI setup v.3.5 All necessary adjustments were done (see attached screenshots):- Apple > System Preferences > Sound > Input > [Select a device for sound input: Samson G-Track Pro];- Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 > Preferences > Audio Hardware > [Default Input: Samson G-Track Pro]. I need to hook up this Samson G-track Pro with Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 as soon as possible.Friends, your advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Stay safe!

Yesterday, I tried to burn a DVD. I got the message DVD burn interrupted, an ISO file has been created to use later. It did not create an ISO file. Not only that, it ruined the disk. i thought that I had a bad disk, so I tried it again. Same thing. Today, I used a different burner, with the same results. I tried creating an ISO and burn it with another program. The program will not create an ISO file.Help please, Douglas BridgeWindows 10 64bitPremeire Elements 2020

Hello all. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. My display adapter is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050. Windows 10 has a plug and play driver for the GTX 1050 that works fine, but the driver is old (2017). I have installed a new application that demands newer drivers. The application would not launch with the plug and play driver from 2017, so I installed the latest NVIDIA drivers 461.40. This problem solved the issue with the new application and the new application runs fine. The problem is when I try to use Adobe Premiere Elements with the new NVIDIA drivers. I am getting the following error: "We have detected generic Microsoft’s display driver on this machine. To get a better and faster playback performance, please update your display driver." I can go into device manager and see that I am not running a default display adapter. Device manager says GTX 1050 with nvidia drivers dated 2021. As part of troubleshooting, I tried different versions of the NVIDIA drivers. I tried bot

Hi. I am working on a video project via an external SSD hard drive. Elements is stored on the internal hard drive, but the project and all media files are stored on the external drive. I usually backup my projects to another drive, a HDD one. But that one is currently full, and I bought a new SSD one, to use that one instead for backup. I accidently bought an internal drive, but put it in a chassi and thought it would work as an external drive just fine, as the people on the web told me. But: ever since yesterday, when I copied all the 900 GB worth of data from the old drive to the new one, something has happened with the two now identical projects on BOTH drives. Every media single file has now gone offline (and as a side note, my Ableton projects can't seem to find my plugin folders). I have tried to locate them separately BUT: I have files from four different cameras in four different folders with separate names, but the files themselves share names, there are four versions of

I was finishing up a project in Premiere Elements 2020 on my MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.2.1 when the audio stopped playing in the project one day last week.I am able to play the same video clips used in the Premiere project through Quicktime on my laptop and hear the audio.All other programs have no issue with audio playback.I've tried starting a test project twice with a video clip that contains audio that works in Quicktime that will not play the audio portion in my Premiere Elements project. I've searched on the Community, on Google, and then tried Support today, only to be told it's not available on the weekends. Any fixes out there for me to try? Been using Elements 2019 for a while now on the same laptop..... But It wont render. The button click as such, but nothing happens. Ive tried the fault fixes on elements20, but that doesnt fix this.  Help.... Before I throw it all in the bin.  Im running Win10 to the latest updatesRun Norton Security Ultra. Other videos have been fine, but i had to delete my last video as its as if i over cooked whatthe device could manage. From that point onwards my laptop has been very very slow.  ** This is my first post, so be gentle if ive missed something imortant or technical **  

I need to upgrade my macbook Pro to OS Big Sur. Will Premier Elements 14 and Photoshop Elements 10 or 14 work when I upgrade? Please help this old mom figure it out. 😉

I was trying to import a video with an unusual resolution of 1920x1056 mp4 as stated in windows file properties. When I inserted it into my timeline, it has a horrendus green bar on the bottom of it, with a partial duplicate of the video running at the same time with a diffrent color pallet on the side. I decided to check the properties of the video within Premiere, and it has a resolution of 2560x1408 with a pixel aspect ratio of 1.0. From what I can tell, it is combining the normal image size of the orginal video, adding a green bar to the bottom, and duplicating the video to the side to fit the new image size. I am fairly new to video editing, so sorry if I left anything out.    

V2018 W10I've been using Elements Premiere and Photoshop versions for many years. When I start Photoshop it starts up with Organiser presenting a particular catalogue. I am sure that when Premiere starts up it used to open with the Organiser and it's possible I turned this preference off some time in the past. I think the Catalogue is common between both applications. I know I can access the Organiser from Add Media > Elements Organiser but what I really want to do is have Premiere startup with Organiser showing a  video project .prel files. Is there a trick I'm missing please?I have used most search tools to find the answer (including YouTube) but have drawn a blank. Any links to training/help sites/videos would be helpful.Thanks.

I have  Premier Elements 2020 Version 18. My new drone footage records in MP4.  Elelements allowed my old drone MP4 footage in. This one does not. Wondering if anyone can help me with this? It also won't load into Handbrake in order to covert it. Do I need a different version of Elements? Thanks in advance.. 

Just downloaded the 2021 versions of Photoshop/Premier Elements onto a brand new high spec laptop and transferred my files across. Photos just great but video (of any file format) wont play on either Organiser or Premier E without really bad horizontal lines/banding and discolouration. Sound is OK. Can't seem to find an answer anywhere - help!

Hi! I have a problem with Premiere Elements 2020. When I create a project sound and picture are not synchronized. After two hours of a video the sound is 7-8 seconds before the picture!

I bought adobe premiere elements 2021 and the whole view of it when i open up on my laptop and view it on my screen  is different than the utube videos screen view to learn how to use this app any advise thanks

Hello, I would like to cut a video inluding audio. I would like to make a cut precisely before someone says a word, but every time I miss it, because I don't know how to play the video in slow motion. To be precise - I dont want the video (the result) to be in slow motion. I only want to play it in slow motion while cutting it for better and more precise and accurate details. Thank you 

I tried to deactivate the GPU Support in PrE 2021: But also after deactivating, the GPU will still be used:Only if i deactivate the graphic driver in windows setup, the GPU will not longer be used and the CPU calculates the video...

I had to uninstall and reinstall Adobe premiere elements 11 and now when I try to load my projects it is giving me a long number to copy and paste into a website link for my mpeg 4 function. The link is 404 unavailable when I go to it. Does anyone have the codes for premiere elements 11 for mpeg? Thanks in advance!Kara

Adobe Premiere Elements. I tried to create a timelapse with assistance. Step by step I came to the place where we set the time. The only option according to the manual is 00.00.00.04 or 05. I need to enter the number of frames per second, just like in other timelapse programs. E.g. 24 frames / sec. Is there also such a setting in Adobe Premiere Elements? For now, I have this test program, and I was thinking about buying it.

This is the dumbest thing. I'm trying to make a custom export preset for Premiere Elements 2018 and now all of a sudden it only shows the 4K presets. Before it would show all the presets, from 480p to 4K. Now I can only see the 4K presets. I have tried to fix for two days and I am about to buy new software.When I modify the preset to be lower than 4K, the file size is ridiculously big. Almost as if it is a 4K video but only displaying at the resolution I chose. Can anyone please help me fix this

hi.i've just installed premiere elements (on a macbook) and i got the first screen to load fine, but when i click on Video Editor it says 'loading premiere elements editor workspace...' for a while and then nothing happens.does anyone know a fix or a way i can get adobe to fix please?

Is there one complete copy in the PREL original file, another copy in the Auto-Save file, and now would there be another copy in the Project Assets/Expert file?  My main computer is always going up in C: Drive!  Ex: 216GB of 1.81TB.  Think it was about 221GB when the C: Drive just goes red!!!  Then the BIG CRASH WOULD COME!  Been there, do not want to do that again!!!  Please help, JJ  Thank you:(    🙂 ...i love Premiere Elements!  This is what i love to do!!!

After starting Elements and running Organizer from the startup screen, the program (listed in task manager under "Apps" as Adobe Premier Elements 2021) will sometimes continue running Elements Auto Creations 2021 in the background. (Identified in the Task Manager "Background processes"). This hogs memory and CPU usage, causing a slower response on other programs.  On my PC, the strain is sometimes identified by my PC's fan being on, presumably to provide cooling to the system. Is this normal - how can I prevent it?  

Good afternoon, I just purchased APE21 to do some video editing. I have 2 monitors - primary is a 1080p gaming monitor, and my secondary is a 4k monitor. The secondary monitor is the one used for all of my editing purposes, but I cannot get it to open up on my 4k monitor, so what happens is it opens up on the 1080p monitor, and when I drag it over to the 4k monitor, it looks terrible and most settings are greyed out. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thank you in advance for your help!

After months of work to edit a video; at the time of export I realized with great disappointment that export with Blu ray burning is no longer available.Using the Export-Share function and choosing Personal - Advanced settings, changing the parameters from time to time, I saved a dozen versions of the movie in the PC, obtaining, as regards the video, a bad result especially for the moving clips that appear with a kind of ripple as if water was flowing on the clip. The audio, on the other hand, is perfect. The only fairly good export in which the listed defects are present, but reduced to a minimum is the following: H264 Blu ray format; 1920 x 1080 (1.0); 25 fps; Superior; VBR 2 steps; Destination 32.00 Mbps; Max 35 Mbps; PCM 48 kHz, Stereo. Selected: Render at maximum depth. After exporting, I find myself in the 4 files destination folder: 1 .m4v file - containing the video1 .m4v.xmp file (5 KB)1 .xmpses file (6 KB)1 .Wav file -
