  i pay now A 2021, same problem as in A 2019. version 17 and 19. I can see Debug lista point where i can chance false to true in this option i can open editor in A 2019. One i have try to open A 2021, but may handicapped  and it chance not formation in debug lista and not (Spam Link Removed by Mod)projects name in headsite. Can everybody help.Its boring pay (Spam Link Removed by Mod) again, can not chance to other product because no return right software. I have 4 Adobe product, A 4 and A 7 not problem, but this two has.

I have two different audio tracks on separate video tracks. I want to replace a section of the audio on 1st video track with a section of audio from 2nd video track. Clicking and dragging one audio track to the other audio track does not duplicate the audio track, it just moves it. If I copy the audio track I can't find a way to specify where I want to paste it. Is there a way to do this?

New Premiere trial install on new Dell XPS 15 laptop.  This is what I get, no idea why.  Any hints, comments appreciated.

Was importing 4k iphone vides downloaded from iCloud to do vide editing.Got HEVC and HEIF error from Adobe Premiere Elements Video Editor, followed istructions and installed both codecs, (had tp pay 99 cents for the HEVC)Installed, cleared Adobe cache. restarted app still getting error. Restarted the PC as well and cleared cache, still having same issues, any help will be appreciated.I know the codec is successfully installed because I'm able to play my iphone 4k videos on windows media player after installing codec.

I want to add special effects to clips for my video, but every time I try to "drag and drop" any effect the entire application freezes and I'm forced to use Task Manager to close it down. Thankfully it autosaved my work before messing up but it really feels like I'm not getting what was paid for if I can't use a whole part of the whole application.

Does anyone know if the 2021 version of Premier Elements allows you to randomly shuffle the photos or videos prior to creating the .mp4 video. with Photoshop Elements limiting you to 250 photos in their slideshow we have had to upgrade to Premier Elements. Unfortunately 2020 Premier Elements does not allow shuffling. thanksed

I would like get the wisdom of this forum for installing Adobe software on a new computer which is different from my current computer. I currently have a Windows 7 PC. I am thinking of buying a Mac. However, I would like to hold on to my Windows PC for sometime as I have got a lot of stuff on it. I have a combined Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 package for Windows. I have 2 questions.I would like to confirm that my license allows installation on 2 computers ?What if the two computers are different – one is Windows and the other is Mac ? Can I have the Windows+Mac installations with my purchase ? In other words, can the 2 computers be different ? One Windows and the other Mac ?

Hello, Using a HD camrecorder with memory cards, I produce video clip files which are numbered 1 to N on each card (.MTS files in my case). These files are transfered to AVCHD directories of my computer, obviously different for each memory card. Thus there are on my computer several .MTS files which have the same name, for example 00168.MTS, but are different in content and placed in different directories. In order to view, rate and select such MTS files prior to incorporation to a Premiere Element project timeline, I first import all MTS files from different directories to an Element Organizer Catalogue which class them by clip date and time. Using both 2019 and 2021 Element Organizer versions, I have discovered that, on some instances, the sound tracks of such video clips are either totally or partially replaced by sound tracks of  video clips wearing thge same file name (but situated on different computer directories). Have a AMD FX 6300 Six-Core Processor, 16 GB DDR3 RAM with a 2 GB AMD Radeon 7700 graphics card installed on a Windows 10 Education  Version 20H2 OS Build 19042.685 My computer crashes often when I use Adobe Premiere Elements 2021.  If you are Adobe staff, please note. Can anyone please offer me some advice on how to fix this recurring problem?

Hi, when I open Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 on my Mac (Mojave, ) it opens up fine, but then it crashes after 10 seconds. I've tried multiple times and restarted the computer, but the problem is still there.  Can you please help? I've sent in a crash report.  

Hello.  I have Premiere Elements 2018 and Photoshop Elements 2018.  Photoshop will open, but Premiere won't.  It's not even opening enough to crash, but I can open and use Photoshop with no problem.  I have tried deleting and redownloading Premiere, but that didn't work.  Does anyone know what's going on?

Greetings, is there a way to export an entire movie to a series of JPGs? I can save a single frame as a JPG with "Publish and Share" (Premiere Elements 11.0) but would like to export the entire (very short) .MOV file in a single step if possible. Thank you. 

Can I use Premiere Elements 2021 on two computers and have my photos stored in Onedrive so that I can access my files from either computer? (I realize that I can only access one computer/license at a time.) ThanksNick

I ran it, and it did nothingLater I read a message from another nvidia owner, who had to run the update multiple timesI went back to where I had saved the program and ran it three times in a row... SUCCESS !!!My project settings now show that I have CUDA GPU hardware acceleration enabledI added a video to my project that needed to be adjusted, and then clicked to RENDERSubjectively (without having a stop watch) the render process ran quicker than beforeSo, if your card isn't in the default support list, fill out the contact form -and be sure to run the program at least twice in a row (twice in a row may be enough)

I searched around the community, but I never saw anything addressing this particular issue, but I use pretty much the exact same menu everytime I make a dvd and SOMETIMES, not every time, the menu and the picture associated with it come out fuzzy or blurry. Why is this doing this and what can I do to remedy it?  PE 12 is what I'm using.

I purchased the Premiere Elements 2021 on the 10th of December and everything was running smoothly. The next day I tried to run Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 through the Desktop shortcut and I got a white screen. I restarted my Laptop but unfortunately I got again the same screen. I tried to load the PremiereElementsEditor.exe directly from C:\Adobe Premiere\Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and it works. How can I fix it and launch the Home Screen again? My System Specs are the following:Windows 10 HomeIntel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz8.00 GBSanDisk SDSSDH3 500G Thanks in advance!

Hi,I would like to remove the trial version watermark from my video. I purchased the full version of Premiere Elements and read this thread, saying that one is supposed to click on "Delete Rendered Files for All Projects": https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-elements/how-to-remove-trial-version-watermark-on-premiere-elements-15/m-p/8957468?page=1#M7284 The problem is that I can't find any button to click on that's called ""Delete Rendered Files for All Projects" (my version is in German, but I can't find anything correspondent). Hello!I have been trying to copy some very old VHS tapes, for a mate. I have a Samsung DVD-V5600 DVD VCR unit if I connect it to my Panasonic DMR-EX77 DVR the picture on the tv is very good, and copies made to DVD work well. However, some of the tapes have anti-copy protection so will not copy.  I purchased a device that is supposed to copy VHS to my PC, but it doesn't work very well, lots of pink & green stripes and dropouts, which I thought was down to the copy protection. but it's the same on non-protected tapes. I thought that if  I connect the HDMI output of the Panasonic to an HDMI to USB capture device will PRE15 see the device and allow me to capture the video?Cheers,Colin

Premiere Elements 12... trying to burn a bluray multiple times and it gets to 98% and says device error. I've burned blurays muliple times with a seperate program, but can't get it done with PE12. Using Verbatim BD-R 25gb 16x and mthstec external blu‑ray player. I clicked the selection to fit to disk... the free space bluray shows up. PE recognizes it but then it gets to the burn and errors out. ??? 

I do not know if this is an issue or the way Organizer works.  I just updated to Photoshop and Premire Elements 2021.  Next, I opened a cataloge that had only photos and one of my video files was imported even though it was not in my watch list.  I don't understand why, but that's ok.  I happen to notice that several un-named faces were from the video file.  I can click the face and open the video to that person which is fine. There are two things that I don't understand:1.  I have several photos of one person who have been named.  Should the system reconize this face?2.  Once I named the face I opened the video back up.  There was no indication of who this person was.  I added the name from the viewer clip but the name still does not show up.  Should I be able to see the name in the viewer?ThanksCharles
