I was having a few small issues with Premiere Elements 2020. I thought perhaps bugs would be fixed in the newer version so I purchased and installed 2021. Now the app is unusable. It worked for a few seconds, but now when I open my project, it won't even playback, or do much of anything. I'm running 64 bit Windows 10 - latest update. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Y700 with NVidia GeForce GTX 960M graphics card (the app says the "Detected GPU is incompatible". I have turned off hardware acceleration, and closed almost everything else running on the computer. What could possibly be wrong?
Hello, I am posting in hopes someone may be able to help me with an issue I've encountered in nearly every video I edit with Adobe Premiere Elements 2020. I record video on my iPhone 11 and have no problems importing the media into the editor. However, seemlingly random, I have portions of clips flicker/turn upside down/flash at random points in the rendered file and I am not sure what is causing this issue. I've included a link to an example below for reference. Any help in terms of how to fix this would be appreciated! Example of Flickering in Rendered Video File
I do not understand why sometimes I get a video that I 'export and share' to my hard drive initially being laggy and other projects works just fine and dandy. Every video is me sitting in a chair with a chroma key background. I initially thought the projects that were laggy, were because my video card was taxed or something....when I'd wake up the next day and export the project to a .MOV file, it played back OK. So, I figured my latest project video would do the same so I uploaded it to youtube , and it is laggy! I'm not adjusting any settings...what could cause this? I have Windows 10 pro, Ryzen 7 2700X CPU, Radeon RX570 video card, 16 megs DDR4 memory , combination of SSD and mechanical drives....I don't get it....why is there this total crapshoot as to whether the video is going to be laggy or not?
I have a short clip (40 seconds) of timelapse sky, shot on a tripod. Beautiful sunrise but has prominent telephone wires. Can I erase them? I've moved into an apartment with a great view to the east, except for those dang telephone wires. I'm a long-time user of Photoshop, a newbie at Premiere and video in general. Thanks.
315/5000 Hi!In 2017 I bought the combination product Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and Premiere 15 and have used both the Photo editor and Video editor programs since. Now I can not start the Video editor. One possible explanation could be that I have just upgraded to Windows 10. What should I do? Uninstall and reinstall, or? Thanks for reply! Thorbjørn R, Norway
Hi,I recently bought Elements 2020. When you right click on a still picture in the time line, there is an option for Auto Pan and Zoom. Can one do this for multiple stills rather than individually? Thanks
Salve a tutti. La mia domanda è questa: come si fa ad importare più progetti in un unico progetto al fine di unirli tutti insieme?
Hej.Jag har Adobe Premier Element 2020 men har problem med mini dv fångsten det verkar inte funka.Hur går jag till väga?
When I import the images and render the video, there is always loss of sharpness. How can I keep my sharpness? See picture for the difference.Google Earth (originel):Before render (in Premiere):After render (in Premiere) lost sharpness: After export from Premiere (in AVI):
Any one have Premiere Elements 2019 ESD - exe file? I need to re-install. Thx!
How do I crop a video in Premiere Elements 13? I see 'pan and zoom.' And, it retains the aspect ratio automatically, but I don't always need the 'pan' or the 'zoom' -- just want a tight shot on an actresses' sunglasses, which reflect something she is shocked to see. When I go to help and ask about cropping, it sends me to Photoshop. Still learning here.
I have photoshop elements 10 and premier elements 2020. How do I link from one to the other? For example, I'm using premer elements 2020 and want to edit an image in my library in photoshop elements 10?
So I bought Premiere Elements Full License a few months ago, and it was working fine back then, it has always been laggy on my laptop but compared to how it is now, it was fine. I gave editing a break for a few months and came back to it yesterday, and since then it's been a huuuge pain, lagging, crashing, black screen, the most prominent issue that's bugging me right now is that the program won't let me save, every time I save or it auto-saves it freezes the program and then it kind of appears/dissapears on me in quick succession for about 2 full minutes, the brightness makes it dangerous for me as I am prone to dizzyness in siezure-like conditions. And then straight after that the program seemingly dissapears from my taskbar like it was never on in the first place.I cannot complete a single project right now and it's pretty upsetting because I need to get a commercial project done for halloween.Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
I'm trying out a replacement for Picasa, which does a fantastic job at location and face recognition organization. I've imported my library to Elements and made sure the preferences were turned on for face recognition. But in the media tab there is no "add people" button and when I switch to the "people" tab, it says "No media available. Please clear applied filter and try again"I don't see any process running to add faces. Am I missing something?
I purchased this new and want to install it on my updated Windows 10 64 bit is this possible?
Hi, I was wondering how to make time lapses in Premiere elements 10. I tried right clidking a photo and then clicking time warp and setting the time to 1 frame but I can't apply this to all the pictures. I also went to Edit, Preferences, General, and set still image default duration to 1 frame, but this does nothing.Any suggestions??Thanks
Just wondered if anyone can help. I've recently upgraded to Premier Elements 2020 and am having real problems with it. It keeps freezing, or goes unresponsive although it eventually recovers. This happened a lot when I got close to finishing my last video but it's doing the same thing now on a new video that has only 1 minute of content. I'm using Expert Edit and 4k files. Could it be because I'm saving the video down to my SSD drive? No system resource issues to speak of. I've recently installed a 1TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD, and have a chunky spec ASUS Core i7 ROG laptop with 16GB Ram.Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated!
I have a movie on a DVD disk which contains some sections that I want to add to a movie project which now contains only slides. The movie was improted to the timeline of the project but the video did not appear (only a black screen). A red line above the added movie indicated that it needed rendering. After 2 plus days the green line above the added movie finally appeared. Now instead of a black screen there is a blur. What have I done and can it be fixed. I'm older and a tad slow. While looking for music, my video project turned red as in disconneted. Nothing will load up from my past projects. One statement noted was posible codac error. How do I fix this and get my project back.Maybe I'm not bright, what topic lable fits my requet from down below? Why did the Adobe service rep send me here? Why didn't he just help me? I feel lost again. I have been using photoshop premiere since 2013. I'm not new. Not instalatlion. Not activation, Not ccFAQ. I guess cloud?
Acabo de obtener Premiere Elements y no puedo abrir mis proyectos de Premiere 2019 en los que estaba trabajando
I've read that AVCHD uses the DVD format. Does this mean that the nice HD camcorder recordings I have will, after being processed by PE, show nicely on a wide screen television? Does this question even make sense.
Hello. I have another question. Where can I find inspiring creative examples. When I search YouTube for Premiere elements, I often see videos about basic things. Does anyone have links to better material. Thanks in advance.
Hello, I'm new here so this may be a repost. I couldn't find anything really online to answer my question/issue. I have Adobe Preimere Elements 2020 and when I use the Time Remapping feature to slow down a small portion of my video, the audio keeps playing at 1x. How can I slow down the audio to the same video speed in that section of the video?
My goal is to be able to make simple lyric videos with my premiere elements package. I would like nice annimated text maybe a template of some sort. Is this possible with Elements? How so?
