Aloha!*I'm working on creating a recorded webinar for on demand viewing and using Premiere Elements **. I'm getting the slides into the video ok, but the recording of narration is not working so well.**I have the mute playback while recording checked, but it's still audible to me slightly. Here's the biggest issue though - the playback of audio is broken up at the start and then whole audio track sounds like it was recorded in a tunnel.**I've tried * times to post this issue on the community forum, but when I click on 'Post' the button flashes, but it doesn't actually post!**I'm using the built in Realtec mic on my laptop to record the narration. I've also tried to use an external lapel mic, which plugs in fine to my laptop, and the computer recognizes it as a mic, but when it's plugged in it doesn't record anything at all.**The mic is designed to work with cell phones, but as I said, the jack fits perfectly. So I don't know what all the problems are, but I would like to get good, clea
The Blu-Ray burning feature was unexpectedly dropped in the 2018 version. Has it been brought back in the new 2019 version after all the user requests for it to be brought back?
First successful installed Photoshop Elements and can be run. After installed Premiere Elements, both crash and always unexpect quit... I installed both from DVD come with the package. After I remove both applications, and re-install from website, both can run now.
Besides burning my videos to Blu_Ray disks I want to save them for future burning of Blu-Ray disk or even future editing. What is the best format for saving files for future burning of Blu-Ray disks.?
After finding out the Adobe Premiere elements 19 does not creat blu-ray or AHCHD disks, I enstalled my older Adobe Premiere elements 10 on my Windows 10 PC and it worked fine to burn a AHCHD disk on a DVD.
I have preinstalled Adobe software on my laptop Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and Adobe Premiere Element 9. The laptop was bought with Windows 7. Support for Windows 7 stops in 2020 so I decided to upgrade to Windows 10. After installation of Windows 10 the Adobe product are disabled and moved to the Windows.old folder.I like to continue using both Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and Adobe Premiere Element 9. What are my possibilities?
I've been using Premiere Elements since May and this has only happened a handful of times. Once my video has finished rendering and is saved to my pc, I click on "open folder" and then proceed to open the file to make sure everything is ok. I see the video and hear the audio. I'm able to skip through it from beginning to end and everything is normal. However, once in a while (like tonight), I then close Premiere Elements and my file disappears. I did NOT delete it or move it. I would literally render/save it, go to YouTube to upload my file, and it would simply be gone. Once I go back into Premiere Elements and try saving it again in the same location, it doesnt even tell me the file previously existed. It's like it was made and then poof! I don't even know if this is taking up space on my pc without me realizing it. I've looked online and haven't found any other references to this. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.
Hi --Just purchased and installed premiere elements. went to import several avi files and each one has issues with the sound being slow or distorted. these same files open without problem in VSDC editor, Movie Maker, Movie Editor and Camtasia. What is the issue with Premiere (or what could I be doing wrong...)?Thanks in advance!
I'm an experienced user and I made a mistake but kind of knowingly. I have a video of about 20 minutes which I want to break into pieces of 4-6 minutes. I imported it, edited, and am now nearing the point where I want to break up the sections. The problem is how. One way to save the first section is to save the file under a new name then highlight every video after section 1, then delete. But this will take forever; some of the individual videos are less than a second long. Another way is to highlight everything then de-select all videos in the first section then save. This will take less time but still be long and tedious. What would be great is a way to highlight a section... then everything following that section (without clicking each individual video). Is that possible? The issue comes down to mass selecting/de-selecting; is it possible to highlight consecutive videos, other than by clicking each one?
I am us ing PE 2020 trial version and find it complicated and confusing. I was used to PE11. I have burned a DVD of a project as MPEG2-DVD on a DVD+RW disc using Windows 10 on my computer with PE2020. I looked up the properties and the format is NTSC, so that should play OK on a TV in the USA, where I live..But I want to send DVDs to my friends in the UK, and I do not see a way to burn my project in PAL format. Please help. I don't like PE 2020 as much as PE11.Do I still even need to format DVDs for the UK in PAL or is MPEG2-DVD universal?I looked at the posts concerning PAL and NTSC but did not find them helpful. Is it normal for Premiere Elements 2020 to estimate that it will take 120 hours to render and quick save an hour long project? That seems unreasonably long and I'm not feeling my purchase was money well-spent. I'm using Mac OS 10.15.1 on a MacBook Pro 13 inch with four thunderbolt ports (late 2016), processor: 3.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, ram: 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3, graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB, and more than 100 GB free to create the 2.8 GB final file. I saw a suggestion to turn off Hardware acceleration, that made no difference after a restart. I saw a suggestion to clear the cache, no difference. It's a fresh install of the software, and this was the first project I tried to create.
I can load pictures but I cant load video. I get and error that reads...File not supported / One of the necessary componets may not have been installed
Hi guys, I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 and there seems to be an odd thing when I go to export the video. On the timeline it shows it has normal widescreen but when I go to export it puts a border on it like a letterbox filter. I've added the pic so you can see. Any chance anyone else has had this problem? Or knows what's causing it? Not sure if this is my computer it is about 3 years old now.
Hallo, wenn ich ein Video in 4k (H.264 - 3840x2160 - 30 fps) exportiere funktioniet die weiche Blende nicht. Im fertigen Video habe ich statt der weichen Blende immer einen harten Schnitt!

Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 will not recognize my DVD burner. I keep getting a "No burners detected " message when trying to burn a DVD. I have newer Dell (2018) desktop running Windows 10. All drivers have been updated per Dell's website. I have Roxio burner software also. Any suggestions on how to get P.E. 2019 to recognize my DVD burner drive?
Bonjour . Cordialement .
It defaults to ridiculously dramatic zoom ins. Moving the initial frame is impossible. Maximizing the size of your frame takes numerous fiddly clicks. It's SO BAD?!?!?!?!?!
Hello,is there a possibility to save zooming in or zooming out (Ken Burns) as preset? Or horizontal sliding as preset? Thanks in advanceBernd
I am using premiere elements 19 and have noticed that projects appear significantly brighter on my television screen than on my computer monitor. Is this a recognised phenomenon? I work on a project to get the picture right then save the project as an MP4 on a USB memory stick. I then insert the memory stick into the television to see how it appears. Both devices are high quality HD (Panasonic TV and Dell monitor) set on the factory default display pre-sets. A commercially produced DVD also appears brighter on the TV than on the monitor. As the intention is to produce DVDs to play on television sets I am assuming that I should make the picture to appear good on the TV and therefore to err on the dark side when working on the project on the computer. However, it's a bit counter-intuitive! Can you offer any advice?
