Ernesto
I have Premier Elements 2018. When I import a video from my Motorola G7 Android phone, the audio and video are in sync until I make a split in the video and delete the unwanted portion (in this case the first minute of a 5 minute video), then the audio and video are out of sync. How do I resolve this?
I'm looking to upgrade my PE14 on a Mac and I've a trial version of PE2020, but there is no longer the facility to burn a video to dvd - why is this??Also does PE2019 still allow video output to a dvd??T/Y.
In premeire elements 14 the voice section of the timeline is not playing any noise. I thought it might be the amount on the timeline being much for the editer, so i exported what i did then inserted what is now a created file, but its still a problem. Does anyone know whythis might be and how to solve this?
I have a new Elements 2020 in a new computer (16GB RAM) and Windows 10. I imported a 3GB 50 minute MP4 video I created with my old computer running Elements 14. The video runs perfectly in my old computer when "added" to an Elements 14 track for further editing (add sound track etc). However, in my new Elements 2020, when I add it to a new empty project, the video runs for about 10 seconds and freezes. It restarts when I click on the "play" toggle, but freezes again after 10 seconds or so. Any solution?
I'm not so familiar with Premiere Elements though am frustrated when trying to use it now, by importing MP4 files from my smart phone, the system stops working, then crashes. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I made a film in Première Elements (Windows 10) and wanted to burn it on disk or to save to ISO file. In both cases I got the message 'transcoding error' and the task was not finished. What can I do to solve the problem ?
Adobe Premiere Element 2015:Any tips please... my dark blue background (00133A) is lighted with spotlight effect in the center. During the eddition mode, all looks nice and smooth. But when exporting the video or even a picture .jpg file, there are light circles in the background due to the spotlight effect. Any tips I could avoid this poor effect? Thanks for your advice. Juan
Je suis en Windows 8 1 64 et ce problème me gache la vie depuis Première element 2018.Avec les versions précédentes ,et je les ai toutes utilisées depuis la version 4 , je ne l'ai jamais rencontré .quelqu'un peut il m'aider?Merci d'avance
I've been searching and having no luck finding an answer to this. Maybe I'm just not finding the right terms. Or maybe I'm missing something obvious. LOL! At any rate, hopefully someone can help me out.I go through my original video files and cut out the bad bits and save individual short clips from that which I then use to build the movies. Years ago, I would use VirtualDub for this because it was fast and easy. But getting it to work with modern DSLR files is more hassle than I feel like doing. So I've been using PrEl for this initial step as well. The problem is, I can't see any way to just export the trimmed clips without re-encoding them. It's not a huge deal as the extra re-encode doesn't seem to cause any visible degredation. Still, though, it would be faster and cleaner to simply export the trimmed clips as is without the re-encoding like I did with VirtualDub. Only I can't figure out how to get PrEl to do so. Anyone know? Thanks,Michelle*Waves at the oldies that were on here wh
So I have a 4 hour long screen recoded video that I've been working on. I worked on a similar video a month ago and everything worked perfectly. Now on my 2nd video, everytime I do something like cut a part of the video to make a pan and zoom section or slide an audio clip just one second forward or add any new media to the time line, the whole thing crashes. I'm still able to save it and move around the time line, but the video screen is black and neither the audio or video will play. If I want to edit, I have to do one thing, save it, let the app crash, close it, open it up again and repeat.

am I doing something wrong or is the eyedropper broken inside the three-way color corrector effect?I'm on a Mac (Mojave - 10.14.6) and Premiere Elements 2019I have footage shot on two different Nikon cameras and having a bit of a challenge to match the colors on both of them; the exposure parameters were matched on both while shooting, but upon reviewing them in post, I can see the colors being off 😕😕couldn't fix it with the basic tools in 'fix' tab, so turned to effects; the three-way color corrector looks promising; I do have a bit of white space in the frame (i.e. parts of the frame that should be white) that shows as part of midtones in the tool (that's fine - it's part of the background and/so shouldn't be the brightest part of the frame); so I thought if I match that white part to actually be white on both pieces of footage, then the rest should be fine/better/improved too;and I thought a good shortcut should be to use the eyedropper to indicate which pa
I was editing a video in Adobe Premiere Elements 10. At some point, the aspect ratio of the preview screen in Premiere changed from 16:9 to 4:3. This causes the video to be surrounded with black bars. I Right clicked on the video in the Project pane and I chose 'Interpreting Footage'. It allows me to change Pixel Aspect Ratio of a clip there but it only stretches my video. Saving in 16:9 aspect ratio only cut the corners of my video and saved as 4:3. When I start editing a new project from the begining, it seams to keep the screen aspect ratio correctly at 16:9.How do I change the aspect ratio of the Premiere's screen so my 16:9 video is not inside 4:3 screen? In other words, how do I tell Premiere that the video I work with is 16:9 not 4:3. I need the 16:9 video to be in 16:9 screen in Premiere. Take a look at the photo examples:
Reinstalled the App using download provided via Plan tab when logged in, and once installed have full access to Organizer - after launching the welcome screen I try to start the application (Elements 11) and it just cycles, never opening Any help is appreciated, but surely this is Adobe trying to make me 'upgrade'...
So I've watched a lot of videos stating that Premier Elements has a green screen key, however mine does not. I have attempted to contact Adobe, but they were not much help.when I type in key, this is what shows up. I'm not thoroughly impressed if I knew it was going to be such a pain I would stick with iMovie. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
I was just using Premiere Elrments 2019, I went to start a new project because the sound wasn't working, so I decided to close the program and restart it to see if that helped. When I booted it back up, it keeps asking me to enter my serial number although I did this a long time ago already. Then when I enter it, it just keeps asking for it and won't let me access the program. Help please, thank you. [image deleted by mod. Do not post serial numbers on a public forum!!]
Using Premier Elements 12 on Windows, I have completed the creation of the clips, but the camera picks up loud sound. I've deleted the audio track, and would like to replace that with a narration track. When I open Narration, and try to record, there is an error message that reads "Your current audio hardware selection does not have any input channels. Please use Preferences>ASIO Settings>Input to corect this problem." Going to Preferences>Audio Hardware it says my Default Device is Premier Elements WDM Sound, but there is no other option in the drop-down. I'm using a Logitech headset with a microphone that does record voice in other programs (and functions in Skype). Device Control, if that's a factor, says Devices: "DV/HDV Device Control" No option to add my headset. What do I need to do to add this headset? I have no idea what "WDM Sound" or ASIO settings are.
Where can I find step by step instructions for interfacing Premiere Elements 2020 with Apple iTunes for slideshows?
I completed a video, but when I finished the volume was to low. How do I increase it?
As above Premiere Elements is simply too S L O W working with HEVC video, I have a powerful Windows 10 computer with maxed out memory, I have the installed HEVC codec and cleared cache, you can`t play back HEVC video, even if you render first, stop start, useless, to be of any use you should`nt have to render first, it`s no good trumpeting this feature unless it works, the video I was using was from iPhone 11 pro....I would like to think that Adobe will sort this out as PE is so good, ALSO where is support for BLUE RAY!... The only video this program is ok with currently is standard video/dvd.!!
Hard drive died, retrieved all data, installed new hard drive, installed updated version of premiere elements (from 12 to 18), moved all files and projects on to new hard drive. I can see all the files and I understand they are not projects in my newly uploaded version. can I move my projects into the new version? all I get is offline content.
Hi all,I am interested in Premiere Elements 15, because I use Windows 7, AVCHD, Blu-ray and Intel Quick Sync Video. But does this program use Intel Quick Sync Video?
For those who have used both, does Premiere Elements pretty much match the capabilities of Final Cut Express HD? What are the pluses and minuses?
