Premiere Elements

I am unable to use the Disc tab to burn directly from elements to the disc.  The error message states'No Burner Detected'.  I have a Dell computer with a BD ROM Drive. Is there an update to fix this problem? If not, would elements be able to recognize an external usb burner drive?    

I used to be able to add media just fine from a Sony cameraor from my hard drive.  Now when I try to, and select a video to add, error message:  File already exists.  Well, I know the file exists on my camera and hard drive, but I want to ADD it to the Premiere Elements Time Line for video editting.  But can't.  Help?

Apres avoir fait un montage vidéo avec la version d'essai de 2019, j'ai acheté la version 2020.Je ne peux voir mon montage sans la bande d'essai. Comment recupérer ma video sans avoir à tout recommencer avec la nouvelle version ?

ho  archiviato un progetto di premiere elements 12 per ridurre lo spazio sul disco: si tratta di un progetto che era già stato archiviato in precedenza, e dopo il trasporto in un altro computer vi avevo lavorato ( sistema operativo  windows 8.1 professional). Ma tentando poi di aprire il nuovo progetto  xxx_tagliato, windows mi dice che l'elemento non è disponibile, verificare il percorso e riprovare. Risulta quindi impossibile lavorare sul nuovo progetto archiviato. Come mai si genera questo errore? Non è possibile archiviare nuovamente un progetto già archiviato, con l'opzione di salvare solo le risorse utilizzate, oppure c'è qualche altro motivo? e come risolvere la necessità di archiviarlo nuovamente?Sul computer di provenienza del progetto originario c'è windows 10

Is there an issue with the built in youtube uploader in Premiere Elements 2020?  When I click upload to youtube, I just get a grey screen where my login information should be.  Workaround is to export and upload manually to youtube, but I'm not certain what settings the program uses for "youtube export" to get it in a smaller file size? Thanks

Hi,I have a Win10 system with the HEVC codec installed but Premiere Elements doesn't open MOV files filmed with an iPhone XR.Win10 plays correctly the files but I can't manage in making Premiere Elements (2019 version) doing it.I have already deleted the cache... Could you help me? Thank you,Iacopo.

I’m trying to record narration and I receive and it will not record. When I hit the record button, I receive a “failed to change setting” notice. The instructions continue to say to go to preferences, audio hardware, ASIO settings to correct input, but it will not do so.Any recommendations

One day I opened up Premiere Elements 14 and the tab for Style for titles is blank. I have restarted the program, deleted the working set as described in a previous post, yet i still have a blank Style tab. Support told me I could be provided with a download link here?? Please help.. other troubleshooting has not worked for me. 

For some reason, whenever I render my project, the audio goes out of sync. Is there a way to fix this or should I try uninstalling and reinstalling the program?

Bei "erweiterte Einstellungen" soll man auf H264 Blu-ray gehen. Zu den weiteren Einstellungen finde ich nichts. Ausgabe 1920x1080 ist klar. Weiß jemand, was man sonst noch einstellen muss. Über Exportieren-Computer-HD 1080 , Blu-ray mit Nero gebrannt ruckelte das Bild auf dem Fernseher. Gefilmt habe ich 4k.

I have been trying multiple things and I cannot for the life of me get the quality of my videos reasonable. I screen record while I am drawing with flashback and the quality is great when I export it from the flashback editor (I only have the free version so I cannot edit videos in flashback.) The top is great, you can read the text and video plays fine. The bottom is after I place it into premier, speed up the video, and then export it. It looks AWFUL and I am unsure of what to do because I have limited time. I have tried rendering the whole video before exporting at all the highest quality settings and nothing is changing. I just need help. It's frustrating and I am short on time. 

Hello, I'm struggling to have the hardware acceleration option (intel hd2000 and later) get to work in premiere elements 2018. Wether the option is checked or not won't change the result (no change in the use of the Quicksync hardware according to GPU-Z)Have you any idea of what the problem could be?  It would be a great option to speed up at least the renders or the MP4 AVC playback and exports on an old and rather slow machine. Quicksync acceleration is working perfectly fine with other softs (Handbrake for instance)

I am getting a transcoding error on Adobe Element Premoier 14 when trying to burn over 50 photos to a DVD or BlueRay disc. I did triy a trial version of Element Premier 18 and it works jusr fine.Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm using première elements 2018/Windows 10 and it seems impossible to import dnxHD rushes into the timeline. When I do, it stays on the "media pending" screen. It seems impossible as well to export in DNX HD (unknown error message).I wish to use a proxy workflow (editing with DNX36 rushes and export with DNX185 rushes into a DNX185 master). The Avid LE codec is installed and available in the export screen.... My rushes are recorded on an Atomos recorder.

Hi,The video and mp3 files I have play perfectly using any other app, but when I import them to Elements 2019, there is no audio. Was working fine yesterday, but not today. Tried some youtube tutorials like cleaning out cache, making a new common folder but nothing is working. Help resolving this would be great, thank you.

I have a video all put together with over 400 photos. I reduced them in size below 1000 x 1000. I added like 8 songs. All songs but one will play. The file is not corrupt, as it plays on my computer. I tried another song in that part of the video, and that one won't play either. I need this video by tomorrow for a funeral service. Any help appreciated!!!

So recently i havent been albe to playback videos that i put into premiere. It just shows a black screen and after several tries it will just crash. I tried with several other videos as well and old videos that were working are no longer working for me now. All my drivers and everything are up to date as well. The files i am using are normal recorded MP4 files from a game. Hi All! I have Premiere Elements 19 - anyone know if you can record your screen or do an audio voiceover? I can't seem to find that option - most other similar software includes this as a basic feature but I haven't touched this program in a while and was wondering if it is something included or I am just blind. Thanks!

Hi  I have very frustrating problem with APE 2020. Preview freezing at some point in my movie. When I open Premiere and load my project at first everting is fine. Preview is played without any problem. However even after very simple operation such as moving one clip can cause preview to freeze as some other location. I captured that problem: https://youtu.be/A2OgSQIsAiI 1. Opened the project2. Moved the coursor and started preview. Clip with motorbike was played without any problems. 3. Then I just  moved only one clip to the left and returned to the previous location and this time preview stuck just before the clip with motorbike.  This is just an example. Exactly the same problem occured for different clips. Video preview just freezes but audio is played OK.  All clips are 1920x1080. Computer is fast: Intel 8700k + 32GB RAM. Newest Nvidia Drivers.  Any ideas?Tom 

Having a video ready on timeline aerea to work, it doesn´t play even I click play several times, what happens, does is happen recently ..... help

How do you get chroma key for adobe premiere elements 15

have downloaded from adobe and have s/number but when i try to install it get to 4 % and come up with error 1 have turned off btdefender and fire wall still will not install , Have tried adobe and four agents gave me ways to install but will not work.

Is it easy to upload videos from premier elements straight to you tube ??? Need this for work and have to make sure 100% it’s no problem editing and then uploading to toutube . I apreciate the answers or opinions. Thanks!! 

Hi  I've just swiched from version 13 to 20 and need to strougle with several bugs. One of them is apperance of red frames in my clips. I have no idea why they are at those particular places. That clip has been only imported to Premiere. No effects have been applied  yet. Of course that are no any red frames in the source material. Any ideas?   Tom
