Premiere Elements

Can Premiere Elements get an update for a timer/countdown in it? And have it so you can change the font, cause I have PE 15 and I couldn't find nor see this in the software.

Well another year and another disappoint Premiere Elements update.I have version 2019 - can anyone give a good reason to update to 2020 for $79.99?The ONLY new thing worth taking a look at is the Noise reduction. BUT I highly doubt it is really as good as those show.Don't need Animated skies,Fill the frame to Match your video - You can ALREADY do that.Find by Faces - worthless to meI have never used guided edits be the years I've used PE. Don't need moreExpanded HEIF and HEVC suport (Don't need that either) SO after a whole year this is all they can come up with for th update?Again no hardware encoding for my 1080 card. Saying all of this I probably will upgrade because I use this software all of the time, butwhy can't Adobe give Premiere Elements some love?Every year it feels that Abobe wants to push us towards the full Premiere and it's monthly fees.

Won't burn DVD, get a box asking for encoder activation code...which can't be found at the website listed.  Where can I find it?  Thanks! 

Trying to burn a DVD, destination folder says "Invalid Folder", and dosen't recognize DVD drive.

I know this is an old piece of software. Tried contacting Adobe with no help at all. I have the license and I initially downloaded this software on my first Mac. Adobe doesn't offer a way to download a clean version of this software today. I even tried deactivating it on my old computer but am running into errors that Adobe will also not bother to assist with. I tried copying the application onto a thumbdrive and move it over to the new computer but get an Error 6 code when trying to open it. Any suggestions at this point?Thanks for your help,AJ

Has been working fine, using HP Officejet Pro 6968, Win 10, Alienware computer. Last 2 days it suddenly crashed when I try to print, sending a report and closing. Can edit, cut, paste, etc - just can't print. No update notices, so no idea what is going on. Can anyone help with this one? Not computer expert, just small Scentsy business and ESO player. LOL

HiExport and Share -> Image -> Gif - Animated Gif.The default frame rate is 10, how can I change this? Thanks.

Using Premier Elemnts 15 with Windows 10.  I have created a slide show with music background, but want to add narration over the music. (I have an exterior mic) I need to be able to listen to the music while I'm narrating, but if I mute audio, I can't hear the music...if I un-mute it, I get feedback. I've tried muting it on the Windows Volume Mixer...muting the voice element on the Premier Elements Audio mixer...but no matter what I do, I either hear no music and my narration, or music with horrible feedback from my narration.  I know I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure out what...Help!

Using Adobe Premier Elements 2018, when trying to print a picture just starting receiving a red "X" and "because the default printer could not be found".  I do not know what has changed since previously printing pictures worked fine.  Printing anything else on my Window 10 PC continues to work fine.  Is there a default printer specification somewhere in Elements I need to change?

Having trouble Drag/Drop Video Collage into place.The file was created using the VC Tool within ElementsKeep getting this messageERROR Message: This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed. Please Advise

I created an 8 hour video.  When I inserted a disc, I got an error that it could not handle that size file.  So I tried to burn to a file and I got a transcoding error 9% into it. Does anyone have any idea on how I can split the file and burn on multiple discs? 

I am finished with Adobe. There is no customer service or product support. If I had known I could not burn a Blu-ray with Primier Elements 2019 I never would have bought it. This is the last time I will be cheated by Adobe. I will never use your Creative Cloud if this is how you treat your long time customers. How do you stay in busuness. I will be spreading the word. Somehow I don't think you care.

HiI have a "Elements Creation Notification 2020" in my Windows 10 start menu.Running it doesn't appear to do anything much - can somebody please explain what this is?Thanks...

How come when I search for a fourm on google and click on the link I'm always directed to this home page:https://community.adobe.com/ Even if I enter in a direct URL, such as: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1622059 I still land on this page: https://community.adobe.com/ The adobe support community never used to be like this.. The new update is making it impossible to access any fourms. 

I have used PE 9 until the MAC OS 10.13.5 would not work this version, PE9 would take in video and audio via firewire. Having installed PE2018 this route no longer works but I have found that I can input into iMovie then transfer that onto the desktop then import into PE2018. This is a tedious process. Is there a better way to get the required result? I would love to hear one.

I am having problems importing DV video via FIREWIREI’m trying to import DV video from a JVC SR-VS30 miniDV/S-VHS combo deck via FIREWIRE. I’ve just had the deck serviced by JVC. The deck show up as being connected in OS X System Report. It shows up in FCP X. Unfortunately, FCP X is unable to import without crashing. I used to be able to use FCP 4 & 5 but v10/X is unstable.I was told that Premiere could import my old DV home movies. DV is listed as supported on Adobe’s website. But my FIREWIRE miniDV deck does not show up in the “Add videos from cameras & devices window".Has anybody been successful using Premiere to digitize DV video via FIREWIRE in Premiere Elements 15?If not, any suggestions how I could import these priceless home movies on a Mac via FIREWIRE? Beste Adobe Premiere Element usersMet plezier heb ik nu reeds een 10 tal films van mijn reizen gemaakt en ik beleef daar veel plezier aan. Nochtans heb ik nu een probleem. Ik heb een aantal back-ups gemaakt en als ik nu een van de gemaakte films verder wil aanpassen gebruikmakende van de back-ups, slaag ik er niet meer in om alles opnieuw op te roepen. (De originelen heb ik van mijn PC verwijderd…) Ik bekom het volgende:Het enige dat ik terugvind zijn de namen van de foto’ & films en de teksten. Doch de beelden zelf komen niet te voorschijn. Nochtans is de back-up een mirror kopie van de files van de laatste generatie van de film. Het proces dat ik toepas is het volgende:Ik positioneer mij op mijn back-up zijnde de verwisselbare schijf “H”Voor mijn film van Lissabon ga ik dan naar Adobe Première Elements automatic opslaanDan roep ik de file Lissabon 2018 5-1-5b opHet resultaat is de foto hierboven…Wat doet ik verkeerd? Hello, I have permiere elements 3.0, and I am trying to run it on Windows 10, are they compatible? The actual program loads up and opens, but then it pops up with a window asking me to visit the link and copy the serial number online and the link to the website brings up a 404 error as if the page doesn't exist anymore? Is this because this version is so old its not supported online anymore? any help or advice would be hugely appreciated! thanks!

Dear all,I am working with Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 on a project and suddenly I stopped to hear audio. Using playback, video is OK, I see audio track, I can edit it, but I do not hear it. And I could hear it few days ago. Also, when I play source MTS files outside Premiere, I can hear audio. I have Windows 10. Do you have an idea where the problem is please? Thank you

How do I save my video on to a DVD so that I can send it to my friend and he can play it in his DVD player.I have the latest Premier Elements and although it shows under 'Export & Share'  .  How do I save it and do I need a seperate DVD burner?  Sorry for such a basic question but I have tried a few times and I can't get a result.   You will have to explain each step to me please>
